One of my favorite teriyaki places around here. I had their general Tao and teriyaki chicken. The food was prepared quickly and it was delicious as usual, the salad was crispy and the portion was large enough for me. Service was excellent as well. Plenty of tables for dining in if desired.

Tasty, fresh food for an average/slightly higher price. Good amount for lunch and leftovers.

There is a lot of chicken in the plate. I'd say it's a bit overcooked but overall still quite tasty especially with the sauces they give. The cucumber they have in the foil is okay. I'd prefer if it was some other vegetable. Overall, it came out to over $17 so it isn't the cheapest, but solid if you are looking for something large to fill you up. Took a while for food as well around 5 PM.

The rule of thumb is that the best teriyaki in Seattle is the local spot nearest to you and I certainly feel that I got lucky with Teriyaki Plus. I went on a weekday about 30 minutes before closing and waited around 5 minutes for the food. It cost about 15 bucks for the regular chicken teriyaki, but they are super generous - there were 3 layers of chicken. The flavor was solid: solid char and great balance of sweet and savory. The cucumber salad is fresh and tangy, making for a great side dish with the meal. Overall, the meal was delicious, relatively healthy, and solid value. The restaurant itself was very clean; though as others mention, the parking situation could definitely be a bit better, as for some reason half the spots are all reserved for Jack in the Box.

Went back for dine in today. Super friendly service and chicken was perfectly cooked. Still a really good value.

Great teriyaki place in Kirkland. The portions are generous and the gal who took our order was very polite and patient. They have lunch specials which includes an entree and 6 gyozas. Their spicy teriyaki was delicious. The place was also very clean and has sand sanitizers at each table.

After one visit, I'm happy to add this restaurant into my list of favorite teriyaki restaurants! I stopped by for takeout 30 minutes before they closed. The restaurant is clean, bright, casual with little decoration. It was fairly empty but lots of people coming in and out for takeout. Parking is easy to find. I got the chicken teriyaki and katsu, which comes with a side of cucumber salad and garlic dressing. The salad dressing was really good! The chicken teriyaki was great, the sauce was really good and flavourful! I didn't purchase additional teriyaki sauce but I'll be buying more sauce on the side next time! The katsu was on point. The staff was nice, I had no problem with picking up the order. The portion was generous for the price, I have half of the meal leftover for the next day. I will definitely come back!

This is a really good local teriyaki spot I like to go to. I always get takeout and it is a very smooth and seamless experience. So far I have only tried the teriyaki and the yakisoba. I'd say the move is the teriyaki as the portions are huge and it comes with lots of chicken. The taste is of course really good too as the chicken isn't too fatty or dry and has a nice char. It always lasts me multiple meals and one time I got double meat so it lasted me even more meals. One thing I really like about this place in comparison to other teriyaki spots is the fact that they give you a marinated cucumber salad instead of the usual iceberg lettuce with an overly sweet mayo based dressing. The cucumbers are lighter and pair better with the rice and meat. They use a good amount of sauce on the chicken as well but I always like extra sauce for my rice too. The yakisoba is also really flavorful as they use lots of sauce for it as well and it is also a huge portion. It does not come with as much meat as the classic teriyaki w/rice combo though. I do like the mushrooms they add to it which most places don't do. If you want it spicy it does cost a $1 extra and they do close early so be aware if you are getting hungry later that they may not be open as they close at 7:00pm or 7:30pm. In my opinion it is one of the best teriyaki spots around so if you are in the area it is well worth a try!

It's been a few years since we last dined here. It's one of our go-to restaurants whenever we visit Seattle. Over the years, the menu has changed and so have the prices! I noted the higher menu prices but I wasn't surprised since the economy has been unstable lately. We were a family of four dining and our server graciously took group photos of us before and after the meal. What a cute gesture to offer to take after meal photos. hahaha! I think our smiles were bigger then. The fresh seafood, friendly and efficient service, and tasty Japanese food makes this still my go-to Japanese restaurant. I recommend this place.

I'm placing this as one of my new favorite sushi spots on the Eastside! Four of us came for an early dinner around 4:30P on a Saturday and got seating right away in a booth. The restaurant is on the smaller end with just a few tables on each side and a few seats at the sushi bar. In addition to an appetizer, two of us shared three specialty sushi rolls and the other two in our group ordered the chicken katsu meal set. Our sushi arrived beautifully all on one plate. Each specialty roll included 10 pieces and they all contained a generous amount of filling with a relatively thin rice layer, making the average price of $18 - $19 per roll worth the value. + TAKOYAKI ($7.50): These deep-fried dumplings had a soft creamy interior and housed a small piece of tender octopus. Four pieces came in an order, topped with mayo, unagi sauce and bonito flakes. I loved the crispy exterior and they were served steaming hot. I am not sure they were made in-house or frozen, but they were delicious. + KOUSHI ROLL ($17.99): A crab, avocado and cucumber roll topped with cajun seared salmon, spicy mayo, unagi sauce, green onion and fish roe. Between the crab filling and spicy mayo, this is a pretty creamy roll. The salmon on top had a very light sear, so while the smoky flavor was noticeable, I considered it closer to raw. The unagi sauce added some sweetness that offset the mild spice. + NAGOYA ROLL ($18.99): Tuna avocado roll topped with salmon, ponzu sauce, sweet sesame sauce, green onion and fish roe. The freshness of the fish especially shined here between the large cubes of tuna inside and the meaty slice of raw salmon on top. The sauce simply enhanced the roll without taking over the flavor, so it didn't distract from the purity of the ingredients. + SETO ROLL ($18.99): Spicy tuna and cucumber inside topped with tuna, ponzu sauce and green onion. This roll is HOT, like at least 3/5 stars on the spice scale! As spicy as it was, I really enjoyed it, especially since half the roll was topped with medium fatty tuna which was such a nice treat. Lean tuna draped over the other half. Chopped green onion on top added pops of freshness. The chicken katsu meal ($16.99) came with salad, rice and miso soup. I tried one piece of the chicken which was tender and had an excellent light crunch! Service was great as the two employees managing the dining room checked back a couple times and were actively watching in case any of the tables needed anything. I know I'll be back again for more sushi!

It came out pretty quickly and it was all good. The portions are great. Not too much and not too little. The Ramen were really good and they hit the spot. They had nice pieces of pork and we added the soft boiled egg which was cooked perfectly. The Takoyaki had a nice sized piece of octopus in them. I didn't see any offer to top off the dipping broth with daishi broth (soup-wari). Not a deal breaker though! The chicken kaarages were a little disappointing because they didn't lock down the texture. It was crispy for some part and kinda soft for others. I love Japanese curry, and was so stoked to see such a unique curry on the menu (made with dark chocolate so it gives a richer flavor). $5 more to add shredded cabbage and miso soup; I definitely think this is worth it because there's no other fresh greens in the entree. It helps cut the heavy, fried-ness of the katsu and provides a different texture. My shrimp (ebi) katsu curry was so flaky and crispy, which is so hard to find at katsu shops where the breading is cakey and falls off the protein. However, the shrimp to flakes ratio was off and I could hardly taste the shrimp or know when I bit shrimp versus the flakes because there was so much breading. This wasn't a problem for the pork katsu, though! The portion size is massive; half the plate is rice, and the other half is the curry. For $29 for the shrimp katsu ($34 total pre tax and tip after adding the shredded cabbage and miso soup combo), I think it's worth the price if you're starving or sharing. I think it'd be cool if they did a protein combo where you pick two proteins, especially because they have a variety of pork options. This would help people justify their cost while tasting more of the menu with less overwhelming commitment. Servers are kind and attentive, and they don't rush you when you order or need more time. The interior is beautiful and well-lit with bar seating, tables and booths, and high top tables too. I'd come again if I wanted to share a katsu entree with a friend!
