Pad Thai

This was taken to go, however this place was pretty good. We got the Thai fried rice with chicken (spicy level 4), the pad Thai with chicken (spicy level 3), and Tom Kha Gai soup. The chicken was a little dry, but the flavors were pretty decent. Everything had the right spice level. I also never had Tom Kha Gai before, which I generally get curry dishes (however I was encouraged to try something new lol) and it was amazing. Would recommend to anyone, but I might try pork dishes next time.

I ordered the Tom Kha Gai and it is the worst version I have ever had. It was all coconut milk with a ton of onions ( partially cooked) and tomatoes! I realize the menu shows tomatoes but why? I honestly don't know how they let this go out the door. It was awful. Do not order it from here.

Mango sticky rice

Absolutely amazing food and such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The staff and owner are so personable and kind, this is a family owned business and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Everything was so flavorful, and delicious. Our new favorite Thai restaurant around! One of the best massaman curry's we've ever had & the mango sticky rice was SO GOOD! Already can't wait to go back

Thai Hut is a 2 minute drive from our house, lucky us their food is amazing every time whether it's dine in or take out. It's a simple restaurant but clean and the staff if great. Today I chose Pad Cashew with chicken spice level 2, it's so flavorful and if it wasn't proper decorum I would lick my plate clean Next time you are looking for a great Thai restaurant check out Thai Hut.

Huge portions. Good quick service. We did come during lunch and it was a bit slow so that worried us. Checked this out because friends had ordered delivery during Covid and highly recommended them. Food quality was expected. Nothing crazy with flavors. Spicy scale is low, got the 4 and still didn't have much spice. Ambiance was not romantic, just open seating and space. Large and small tables. Plenty of room. Clean. Lots of parking. Would be back to try other foods. Happy eating!!

i'm torn between giving this place a 3 star or 4 stars. This place is definitely 3.5 out of 5 stars. I placed an order on Doordash and it the food was made quick for me to pick up. When i got there, the lady (who i assumed is the owner of the place) told me next time to call in and order to circumvent doordash and its fees. i ended up getting a pad thai, pineapple fried rice and the mango sticky rice. Both entrees were delicious and if i didn't get dessert (mango sticky rice), this place would be a solid 4 stars. However, the mango sticky rice were extremely underwhelming. The sweet syrup was not good and the sticky rice was hard. On the bright side, the pad thai and the pineapple fried rice was packed full of flavor and the size was decent for the price paid. I'll definitely come back and get other items from the menu, but will skip the dessert.

Kids orange chicken (really nice portion)

4 stars for this little hidden gem! We ordered and the server missed bringing our dumplings, when we told him he brought them and at no charge. So we had the dumplings while we were having our meal. We had the chicken noodle soup, Mongolian chicken and a kids orange chicken. All was very well done. The rice was a bit hard, really the only thing we didn't like. I was worried as there was only one other table while we were there but it was 2:00 in the afternoon. Will certainly be back. **the coke mix seems off. Wasn't a fan of the soda.

I've eaten here plenty times before. My family and I are here today to celebrate me for Mother's Day Service was great ! The food was delicious! And the ambiance was very relaxing and welcoming.

C1. Red Curry

Stepped out of my comfort zone and tried red curry for the first time ever. I was intimidated by the smell at first because i got the 4x spice but it's actually the perfect amount of spice for me. When i took a bite i literally thanked God for creating all the ingredients used to make it because this stuff is f**king amazing. I also got the miso soup which was the best i ever had and the thai tea which was nice and smooth.

Food was so-so. Sushi was tasteless and rangoons were cold but beef soup was good. Definitely not authentic thai food.

Hubby had their specialty - Khao Soi, a yellow curry broth with noodles, veggies and protein of your choice. He got the seafood and said it was delicious. The service we received was A+ - friendly and helpful. We've finally found our Thai place in Fort Worth. When dining to the restaurant, they have recently changed their name to "Thai Zen" and the Street Sign says "Thai Zen by Thai Terrace." Thai Zen is still owned by the same folks, so if you liked Thai Terrace, keep going back! The dining room is cozy and bright with several lovely booth spaces to keep your dining experience a little more private.

And on this JUSTIN gets a 10 on the yelp scale of 1-5 Well done & we look forward to our next visit Dale & Linda B

While the bahn mi isn't exactly traditional, it is still very good -- I'd highly suggest getting it with the pate. The sampler appetizer has a little bit of everything and is great for sharing. Pineapple fried rice was delicious. Pad Thai also great! If you're a spicy eater like me, just go for very spicy. They have 4 spice levels (mild, medium, spicy, very spicy) and this is a reminder to myself to get very spicy next time. Thanks for the delicious meals!

Malai Kitchen in Clearfork is a welcome detour from a shopping afternoon, Thai and Vietnamese…read morecuisine in a bright, airy space that makes you want to settle in for longer than your credit card probably intended. A quick note on seating: the patio is lovely in theory, with the optional open windows and a breezy feel, but the chairs are not winning any comfort awards. Inside booths are the move. Also worth noting, this is Fort Worth, and once the thermometer hits triple digits, the patio conversation ends itself if the windows are open. Plan accordingly. Malai starts every table with steamed sticky rice and an eggplant dip, which is a charming little ritual and a genuinely good one. We also kicked things off with the Edamame, a heads up on the heat level there, and the Fried Imperial Rolls, filled with ground pork and shrimp and served with a sesame soy sauce. Fair warning: these do not photograph well and arrive at the table looking a little shy. Don't be fooled. They're flavorful, subtly spicy, and well worth ordering. For entrees, we tried the Basil Vegetable Fried Rice two ways, one vegan and one with chicken. The vegan version was a genuine surprise, with vegetables cooked just right and a flavor that didn't need the chicken to make its case. The mushrooms, however, had the texture of something you'd find in a hardware store. Chew at your own risk. The Green Curry, meanwhile, was a case of too much of a good thing. The curry was so heavy-handed it drowned everything underneath it. Sometimes restraint is a virtue. Save room for the Banana Pot de Crème. It's creamy, subtly sweet, and a graceful finish to the meal. The service at Malai is enthusiastic, and I do mean enthusiastic. The staff works as a team, all smiles, attentive, always nearby. Occasionally a little too nearby. More than once a plate nearly disappeared before we were done with it. It's a small complaint, and honestly a far better problem than the alternative. They're warm, cheerful, and clearly enjoy what they do, which goes a long way. Portions are generous, so order a few dishes and share the wealth. For a lunch stop between shops, Malai Kitchen punches well above its weight.

I've been to this restaurant enough to know it's one of my favourite go-to's when I am in the area…read more I seen the previous reviews by some of my fellow yelp elites, and they have not steered me wrong. This place is legit, the real deal! I recommend stopping by if you are in the area because it is so worth it. They are located in a small shopping strip mall thing on the Haltom city / Fort Worth border. I have had their duck, the tum yum soup, a rice noodle dish, and an appetiser I can't remember. During my most recent visit, I had the green curry with beef at a level 2 spice and the drunken noodles level 4. I love that they make sure to ask what level of spice you want on every dish because i have been to a couple of places that just make them all the same level as your main dish. In the past, I have gotten their Tum Yum soup, and its delicious. I had their pad se ew with beef, amazing. I had their spring rolls, pork belly, and they are one favorite things on the menu. I always end up ordering more than what I can eat, so i usually order dinner here and then take my leftovers for lunch to work the next day. The service here is great; they have lots of space to host a big lunch rush. Highly recommend yall try them out.
