So I was considering going to the Jersey mikes a few stores down. I'm glad I gave this spot a chance. I wanted to eat something a little lighter than a sub and this spot was perfect with the different ways they prepare chicken. I was expecting a regular size wrap but this wrap was massive. About a foot in length. I ordered the super duper hummus wrap. Tried it without any sauce and the chicken is well seasoned. I ate it along their creamy dressing and the cilantro dressing. But we're very savory and perfect for the wrap. Wrap came with some fries which took me by surprise. Over all they were fairly quick in preparing it during lunch hour.

Best chicken wrap I've had in a long time. Would come here again if I'm in the area.

I took my mom here on Thursday 28th sometime between the lunch and dinner rush. Perfect timing because we could take our time exploring the menu and asking questions. How has this spot been here for so long and me not know about it. So good, and I can't wait to go back to try other things on the menu. Get the wrap it's such a good deal and it's bigger than your face! I was shook when it came out to the table I was not expecting a wrap that big for the price. Also shout out to Humberto for being so kind and helping us order for our first time here. You can sit down to eat. Fast casual establishment. They have a four sauce bar with garlic yogurt, dill yogurt, cilantro jalapeño, and fire chili. Self serve drinks on tap. Parking is plenty it's a huge lot.

Food? Fresh & Delicious! Sauce? Amazing! Service? Excellent! 5 out of 5 from my family!

Every time I visit SoCal, I try to hit up The Kebab Shop because they're one of the few places that can accommodate my celiac disease. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I came here on Sunday, April 19, 2026 around 4:30 PM and noticed that the tables were not bussed, there was no soap in the restroom and the sauce bar was a mess.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There were at least 3 people working and there's just no excuse for there to be a mess. If there's no soap in the bathroom, which I informed the staff about, how many aren't washing their hands before going back to the kitchen? Staff was also slow when more people came in to order and were just standing alone at the register because all the staff was in the back kitchen. The food didn't even come with pickled onions on it and we had to ask. The staff used a gloved hand to reach into the pickled onions which cross contaminates the whole container of pickled onions with whatever was on her gloves. Won't be back to this particular location. Visited: April 2026

Genuinely love this place so much. The ambiance is great. The restaurant is so clean and the workers are so fast, friendly and efficient. Ronald, the manager, really makes sure that you're okay and are well accommodated for! I always get their bowls here because the portion is huge for how much food you get. The food tastes super fresh. I highly recommend coming here because it's easy to order and customize what you want and how you want it.

Once again, for teacher appreciation week, we catered lunch from the Kebab shop in Burbank. Once again, they provided yummy dishes for a reasonable price. Their mixed grilled vegetable tray is to die for! Meat is always tender and cooked to perfection! Thank you Kebab shop for providing healthy meals at an affordable price!

The customer service is great! They are so polite and friendly. The food is excellent, my wife and I brought our family members here for lunch when they were in town because we know the food is always good!

Every time I come, the service is absolutely amazing. They're very attentive. Everything moves very quickly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience is quiet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's more of it to go place the food though that's why I keep coming back. Besides the people that work here the food is absolutely amazing. I get the combo steak and chicken plates usually with vegetables and the jalapeño hummus absolutely amazing. I get it at least three times a month. It's so delicious. Came in last minute with a pretty big order 14 bowls and asked if it was okay before placing it. They reassured me it was no problem and absolutely took care of me. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and the whole order was ready in about 30 minutes. It definitely helped that I came in early, but I'm really grateful they were willing to take on the order for clients I was visiting. JUL2024 Good for a quick meal. Service was helpful with any questions, water self serve. I had gotten a falafel wrap. The falafel were nice and crispy which was nice. Sauce was plain though and size was kinda tiny for the price. I think main change would be having more of other veggies to balance things out. Was a lot of lettuce and just filler not really adding anything into it. The green sauce had a good kick to it but would look for something else to accentuate if visiting again. read more

Everything about this location is just *chefs kiss* First shout out to the amazing staff who have kept this place running in amazing condition. I mean I love having my food ready fast but dont want to compromise for slop bowls. I have had their bowls/wraps/ and even had been highly praised for my choice to have the kebab shop here be my #1 go to food spot. Not too salty, quality is amazing too! The sauces are beautiful and this spot has clean decor, clean bathroom, and friendly staff. Be sure to also use your rewards! You never know! I got a free crave fries and got to use my 10 off coupon! First time trying out The Kebob Shop so we were curious on how it works. To our luck Humberto was our server and he helped us so much. He told us how the ordering works and even told us that kids eat for free on Saturday and Sundays with full meal. We thought that was so helpful of him to mention. We ordered a wrap and a chicken platter. And for the kids we ordered the kids plate with lamb and chicken, rice and fries and salad. I was shocked how much food the kids got. Their hummus was amazing !! I loved the meat. Very flavorful and tender. The chicken was excellent. And the wrap just burst in flavor. We also loved the sauce station. My favorite was the yogurt garlic sauce for sure. We will definitely be back here. It's very chill, friendly and inviting. read more

It's nice when a business does better. I tried The Kebab shop a few more times because I like their food and I was impressed with their customer service. It has improved a lot, they have nice people working here, helpful, pleasant, they honor the Yelp Check in which is nice, it saves you a bit more money. I still like their food- the wrap is delicious, fresher ingredients, the carve fries are to die for and the yogurt dip is always nice and cooling. I do take out and the order is ready to go fast. Glad they improved their service. It matters! read more

The chicken souvlaki was flavorful, but the rice was a little dry and could have been warmer. The Greek salad was fresh, although it was a bit light on the feta. Our server was friendly and checked on us a few times, but our entrées took longer than expected to arrive. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it also wasn't particularly memorable. I might give it another try in the future and order something different.

I guess it's semi-full service? It's order first at the cashier and then they serve at the table with your assigned table number. Located in the de facto exterior food court of the Burbank Airport (right outside the entrance,…read morewhere everyone stops before or after a flight to grab something to eat), George's has to compete against a bunch of corporate heavy hitters: Del Taco, McDonald's, Denny's, Panda Express, etc. It can't be easy for a privately owned spot, where the rent is probably sky high, and where there were precious few customers inside at the height of lunch hour on a Thursday (they all seemed to be at the other restaurants). That may account a bit for why the lady at the counter and the guy doing the cooking (I assume the owners) seemed to be in a sour mood. They weren't overtly unpleasant, but wouldn't win any awards for friendliness either. The space is roomy and well-maintained, with the usual Hellenic decor of fast-casual Greek places everywhere. The menu is fairly broad, with pita sandwiches, plates and salads, plus a large selection of mezze. The problem is, as others have mentioned, the prices are awfully high for fairly routine Mediterranean dishes that can be found all over the city. I had planned on getting a Greek salad with Gyro meat, but the $22 cost seemed kind of crazy -- and upon checking, the same dish at Joe's Falafel in Studio City is $6 less. Again, it may have to do with the rent, but nonetheless I didn't go for it. Instead, I ordered the Gyro Pita and a drink (also overpriced, but better). To be fair, the sandwich was generous, the veggies fresh, and the tzatziki sauce cool and tasty. The Gyro meat could have been hotter, but was freshly sliced, juicy and had good flavor. It was an enjoyable sandwich, and the atmosphere was fine. I should also mention that -- somehow -- this little place has gotten themselves a liquor license, and they have a full bar available. If I had a long layover, I might come out here for drinks instead of hanging at the airport bar. And maybe that's it. Maybe this isn't a place for locals passing by in their day-to-day and looking for a quick bite. Perhaps it's really for travelers coming and going from the terminals, who are already in the "airport prices" mode. If that's you, then you'll definitely get better food at George's than inside the airport or at any of the adjacent chains sharing the parking lot... and for that I wish these folks well.

The only downside is that every time I've come, there has usually been a bit of a wait, especially because the restaurant itself is pretty small with limited seating. The inside is cute, but small, so we usually end up sitting outside. This is where their Monrovia location does have the advantage because it has much more space. Parking can also be tricky. Good luck finding a spot close enough where you don't have to walk far. We usually end up parking in the residential area around the corner. That said, the staff are wonderful and always try to be as accommodating as possible despite how busy they are. Highly recommend this place if you're okay with possibly waiting a bit for seating. The food and cafe de olla are worth it.

My burger came out well beyond medium and was completely well done. I'm not overly picky about things like that, but the burger itself was just... okay. Honestly, I've had better burgers from some fast food places. The pastrami melt got good reviews from my friend, but the chicken chipotle sandwich was underwhelming. The fries, however, were very good, and the portions were generous. After seeing Wild Carvery all over my social media feeds, I was expecting a lot more. Maybe this was just bad timing, but with dining out being more of a luxury these days and so many consistently great restaurants nearby, it's hard to justify taking another chance that a third visit would be better than the first two.

Not sure what happened but something's changed. The crave fries were smaller. The wrap was not great. My wife went in to order and was forced to use a kiosk instead of talking to someone and wasn't sure what to select. I eat here weekly and was surprised that what I normally get doesn't seem to be an option anymore. Maybe cost cutting measures? I've never been asked what rice to choose, for example, I usually just order a wrap with chicken schawarma with everything. This one ended up coming with Saffron rice which kind of tasted like soap sadly. I did not like it. I loved coming here but not sure I will return now as it's already a bit risky eating out because of the cost. Maybe it was just a one time issue. Hopefully they can reply to this comment and clarify if things are in fact changing and how to navigate the new changes and menu - like the kiosk. I have noticed a menu change in the last couple of months so maybe this a continuation of that change. I don't really like the new menu they display as it's a bit confusing and overwhelming. I will say the last few times I've been in there the vibe was a lot different - less friendly. Just downgraded my rating to a single star sadly. I feel a little queasy and all I can taste is soap. I loved this place for the last year or two. Loved it. Looked forward every week to it. Very sad it's taken a turn. I assume just the economy crashing like everywhere. I came in with a very grumpy toddler and Humberto the manager went above and beyond to help us when he saw my little one wouldn't let me put him down and was fussing and whining. He helped pack up and clear our table for us and even assured us it wasn't a big deal when my kid inevitably dumped his plate on the floor when he was finished. The food was fresh and big portion sizes and truly a good value, but it was really the people working there who made it a great experience. Going out with little ones can be amazing or it can be a last resort after days on end of tantrums, clinginess, whining, etc. In this case, we were recovering from an ear infection and had all been suffering with the grumpiest kid who wouldn't let me put him down to even get dinner cooked...as mortified as we were by our kids behavior (he's 1 btw), the staff all pitched in to help and assured us that they'd all experienced the same at some point with their own children. That really made the experience special, feeling that the staff saw what we were dealing with and instead of just doing their job duties, they showed their humanity. Bravo Humberto for leading a wonderful team. We promise we will be back with happier kids soon! read more

Wasnt good. All visual, no flavor. The owner is all over each comment like he cares with all his heart but when I went inside it was run by minimum wage employees. I've been coming to this place for 5 years and it never disappoints. Whenever I'm Craving some really good grilled chicken and saffron rice this is my spot! I stopped by for the second time. Drove from LA to this place just because the first time was such a good experience. Good fresh and delicious.
