Favorite place to come even though their wait time is usually long . For the sandwiches I usually get the crispy chicken sandwich with sourdough bread instead of the croissant and it is delicious. This time I went with something new, the Cuban sandwich . It was actually pretty good and filling the only negative is that it was a bit salty. I am disappointed in this restaurant. Since the original location in Gardena, I enjoyed the Pan's good vibes, energy, and food. However, yesterday I ordered breakfast from this location and when I arrived to pick up my food I was informed my order was just recently given to a different person. I was shocked. I got more disappointed when the young women working there told me as she shrugged, "I dont know what happened?" I was confused and responded amicably, "were you not here? Didn't you give them my order? I was not here. I do not know what happened." She then laughed off what I said and told me, "Well, the best thing we can do is remake the order." I took her laugh and her response as a sign of disrespect. I understand we are human and prone to make mistakes. But please, admit your flaws and learn from them. FOOD THREE STARS - I ordered the lemon pancakes. The lemon pancakes were good especially if you love lemons. (4 1/2 stars) One of my daughters ordered chicken and waffles. They were little on the dry side, but it did come with blueberry jam and syrup which was good. (2 stars) My other daughter order crepes and said it was rubbery. (1 1/2 stars) I have you admit, the presentation on all the dishes could have been better. It looked like they slapped it together without caring what it looked like On the plate. SERVICE - ONE AND A HALF STARS. our server was nice when she came to take our order, but then was out of sight after she brought us our food,.. 45 minutes after ordering). We did not have the server come by to check on things while we were eating. The only time she came was to give us our check. This surprised me since the restaurant wasn't super busy. I used to be a fan of The Pan until today. I'm not sure if it's the location since I usually go to the one in Gardena. The place itself is nice and clean but it was too cold. Coffee was cold and when I asked for a replacement I got it until I was half way done with my meal. I had The Lumberjack and my eggs were not how I ordered them... the house potatoes were screaming for seasoning and were really soggy. The pancakes were just OK but not delicious (party in your mouth) how they used to be at the Gardena location. My friends weren't satisfied with their food either.
