The only bad thing I could say about this place is that when I went there there was a couple that walked in who were definitely both completely smashed. like they shouldn't have been allowed more alcohol lol. everything was normal until a little bit later on into the night when the woman started doing yoga and took off her shoes in the middle of the restaurant trying to show everyone how flexible she was. her date took a call and went outside and she went on to tell everyone that "she's paid for by her dates" like after this she was literally straddling her date and making everyone in the room (about two tables worth of people) uncomfortable. it was even worse because there were not many people there lol. just seems that the staff doesn't care how people act in there. other than this experience the food is great and the prices are reasonable. don't order the beyond burger and you're good haha. read more

I was having high hopes for this place and I was disappointed. It was more like a 2.5 experience rounded up to 3. The service was very slow and took a while for someone to get our order. The restaurant had 3 tables total including ours so I don't know what was holding our server up. Now onto the foods, the wings were alright but nothing worth raving about. You can get the same quality at any Wings Stop and Buffalo Wild Wings locations. Now onto the main dish that I ordered. I got the steak, shrimp and brussel sprout served with glass noodles. The foods were way overcooked! Steak lacked flavors and were chewy. Tasted like they were frozen and got heated up and served. The glass noodles were mushy and fell apart when were picked up. Last but not least, the foods are overpriced. I have no issues paying more for foods as long as they are good but this place is one place I would not spend what I spent for what I got. My friends weren't impressed with their dishes neither. Hope the foods quality will improve to justify what they charge. read more

Went to dinner here on Valentines Day and got food poisoning . We were served raw Chicken appetizers and raw Shrimp.

I brought my two (pre-teen) kids here and they both said they definitely wanted to come back. It's pretty much create your own meal which was perfect for them, as they are polar opposites. I had the surf and turf salad - super good and lots of surf and turf. My son had the chicken, mashed potatoes, and mixed veggies. My daughter had salmon, Mac and cheese and broccoli. We all agreed the mashed potatoes were freakin delicious and I was jealous I didn't order. My son even ate his veggies! The mac and cheese was probably our least favorite, but still good. Staff was great. Food was delicious and filling. Bill was decent. We can't wait to go back. A great addition to downtown Tracy. read more

Where has this restaurant been? I was introduced to this restaurant about two weeks ago and it is phenomenal. Finally a healthier choice restaurant that you can enjoy. Food is fantastic, not to mention I started the meal prep program too and food tastes just as good as it does if you are eating it at the restaurant. We discovered it in late 2019 and were floored by the quality of the food, extensive and diverse menu and the creative and beautiful drinks. Great for all ages! Downside: they are going to need more space once more people discover it. Nothing special about this place. The people were nice but so many other disappointing things about the food. For starters the Brussels sprouts were burnt. $14. We were very dissatisfied. It was a large portion but didn't eat most of them. We had salads and a burger. They told us they were out of fries when we ordered the hamburger. We were offered another side and choose the Mac and cheese. They charged us $1.00 for the substitution but the fries showed up and they still charged us for the Mac and cheese we didn't get. That was strange. The dressing for the salads looked and tasted like the Costco sweet and sour chili sauce. The Salmon Salad had so many wet rice noodles on it, the salad became soggy. I love this place. The menu is so simple but with lots of variety = choose a protein, a starch, a veggie, and a sauce. Most hot plates are $10. I had the steak with chimchuri sauce, brown rice, potatoes n carrots. All were great and I felt good for eating healthy options. I also felt good about supporting a downtown business. First off, my rice was undercooked so it was HARD, my shrimp was OLD because of the discoloration and smell, on top of that.....they played me with my steak! Wish I still had a photo of the steak because it was the smallest piece of steak i've ever seen been served in a meal. My meal was $18 + tax and believe me I wanted to complain on the spot but since they were closing i gave them a break. My tip, don't come here when they're close to closing they won't give ANY care in the world about your food and another tip, dont let them play you on portion size. This my favorite place to eat in Tracy. It is both satisfying and healthy. They have delicious salads or you can build your own plate choosing your protein, sauce, veggies, and carbs. Its so nice to have a place like this in Tracy the town of fast food restaurants! I had the steak kale salad and it was really good and huge! I was full when I left and still had enough to for another meal. They fixed up the place since the pizza/Italian its very comfortable. Price was not bad considering how much food you get. The service was a little slow the day I was there (I think someone called out sick). I know its a healthy place but I do think they should have adult beverages like maybe just beer or wine. First time eating here, we got it to go. I was very excited when I first heard of this place and all the reviews it had seemed promising. Price is very reasonable, portions are a good size. My husband ordered chicken, with risotto rice and vegetables. It had a good flavor, but the whole plate was very dry. My veggies were mostly corn, luckily they were sweet and made the rest taste good. The noodles very plain, not boiled in any seasoned water. The salmon, I thought you could not go wrong. Had a great taste, a little crispy at the top and soft in the inside. Only one thing, bones. I had to shred the salmon with my fingers to avoid tiny and large bones. Especially since I was sharing with my child. I cook and order salmon regularly, this is the first time I have lots of bones in it. Slightly disappointing.
