First time going to a Togos but I've heard such great things and was excited to try it. Ordering was extremely unorganized. There were 4 people working and no one seemed to know which sandwich was whose. They made the person, in front of me, sandwich wrong TWICE. They mistakenly added mustard to my sandwich but after waiting 10+ minutes I said i didn't care just to be done. When I got home to eat it, the bread was so dry and old that I couldn't eat it. The sandwiches here are on point. When you first walk in I like how easy it is to make an order for the food. Maurice and Revelin greeted me as soon as I walked in. As they were making the sandwich they genuinely asked me how my day was going and made the sandwich look so good. I'll definitely be back because of them. read more

Last night's crew needs additional training. We waited over 30 minutes for two sandwiches and a salad. The two customers after us received their orders and flew out the door. One of the customers told me that the crew were testing my patience, and it looked like it wasn't working. I told him, "I will not be back." He replied I completely understand. The person in charge mentioned they needed to chop up cucumbers. Where in the process did prepping the station get missed. The two individuals at the end of the line looked confused. They kept looking at the sandwiches they just prepared - WHY? We are from San Jose, CA where we have enjoyed Togo's for decades and have spent Thousands of Dollars with this company, perhaps this franchise should have not entered the Nevada market. Got the hot pastrami and california club. Both really good and tasted fresher/better quality than a lot of sandwich shops!

The sandwich itself and service was great. This is a fairly new place. Nice ambiance and I was greeted right away. They had my type of bread which is sourdough. Generous in the pastrami and I got everything with it plus pickles and pepperchinis. The bread was soft but it held up to the filling. Will definitely return to hopefully get the same quality and service. read more

Ordered 3 sandwiches Friday for pickup, got home 1 missing. Called the were amazing, apologized and gave us the 3 sandwiches free. I picked the sandwiches up Monday and had no problem. I would recommend the shop 100%. read more

This review is basically for management only purposes I ordered a pastrami Rubin and there was no cheese and no sauerkraut my wife outordered the Turkey club and Wanted no tomatoes and no pickles which there was tomatoes and pickles on the actual sandwich to the management have your employees listen to the customers and get the orders correctly to customers check your order before leaving the store because this is our first time in a brand new store which just open on rainbow and they need to do better to start to the manager that helped us when I called in to complain and gave us a refund on our sandwiches keep up the good work you're doing a great job customer service is better than food itself the bread also was a little bit stale doesn't look like it was too fresh it wasn't fluffy it was flat read more

First time trying TOGO's and the staff were friendly and personable. They also were very clear about letting us know the order will be ready in 30 seconds which was nice. Ordered from the kiosk so we could customize our sandwiches easier and wow there's a lot of customizations and options so definitely recommend to view the menu beforehand. The place was really clean and felt like a very well run sandwich place. Nonetheless the food was very good, #32 and #36 were great. To top it off, the portions and flavor of all the sandwich components were the best part. We both got to take some home and eat the next day, and it was still very enjoyable. I visited Togos for the first time. Oh my Togo's is the place to go, forget about Subway. Does not compare. Soft bread, full portions and clean, oh my goodness clean bathroom. Only problem is the slamming sound. There were a few employees there but the was a manager or person in charge, and he was moving around as if he was the only one there. Slamming the microwave doors, speaking loud, and joking with the staff. Very inapropriate. read more

We have been waiting for this Togo's to open on the southwest side of town and eagerly awaited the "True to the sandwich" experience. Well, it's like when you were a kid on Christmas day hoping for that new toy and getting socks. Utter disappointment. I remember when Togo's first opened in Santa Cruz California many decades ago. They were known for heaping mounds of fresh sliced meat and huge portions. The modern day Togo's is nothing like its former self. I guess I should have expected it from a chain restaurant that evolved over the year that is being tightly controlled by corporate decision makers deciding portion rules that are lacking. I ordered a Pastrami, (regular size.) It was "smallish" compared to other chain sandwich shops, (Jersey Mikes, Subways, etc.) The pastrami was sliced so paper thin it was almost transparent. It was flavorless and devoid of any pastrami taste. The condiments were virtually nonexistent. Price: it is inline with other sandwich shops of around $13 before taxes. As noted above, it is considerably smaller than comparable chain sandwich shops. The restaurant is new and as such is very clean and welcoming. The franchise owner was hovering over the cashier like an expecting father; Nervous and ready to correct the brand new cashier who was obviously felt a ball of raw nerve endings with the boss so close at hand. I really wanted to have this Togo's a success because it's only 5 minutes from my house. Sadly, I will not be a patron of yet another corporate driven, taste-lacking sandwich shop. You may read other glowing reviews but I believe they have a level of acceptance of what has become the norm for today's terrible standards of a good restaurant.
