Bar tender (Laurel) is rad. Other than that if you like being surrounded by pretentious Cu#ts, this is the spot. Maybe I'm just biased cause I live on a quiet country road and it has been "discovered" and I find myself stuck behind many a spandex warrior on a windy, pot holed road..... I am, in effect, surrounded by the enemy... behind enemy lines, pretending to be all hipster with my 5k mountain bike. This was a great place . Didn't look at food menu to closely, but it smelled good. Good local beers on tap. Small bike shopping area, and a mechanic on duty. Love the old, very clean bikes hanging on display. Pretty sweet little place. read more

What a great find. Very close to Annadel State Park and is a great place to start your ride and finish with great local beer or Sight Glass coffee. If you're traveling to the area to mountain bike, they offer some of the highest end mountain bike demos (Pivot, Santa Cruz etc). I went read more

My husband and I started a mountain bike ride in Anadel here. They have a great coffee and breakfast menu. Fast forward to after the ride. Great lunch items and an excellent beer menu. They also sell some good beers to go. We had the Godfather sandwich and the quinoa salad. Both were very tasty. The icing on the cake? They have a SHOWER that you can use. $5 for a shower or a beer plus $1! We had to go to a party straight after so it was awesome that we could clean up there. The ambience of the whole place is great. Plus, of course there is bike storage inside! read more

Trail House - Bikes Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

I am not sure why good customer service is hard to find these days. I also rarely leave bad reviews but I feel like if I don't maybe the owners will never realise they should give their people a little customer service training. I road in today on my mountain bike with my two little girls in my trailer, thinking I could grab a quick snack and have them look at my bike as the trailer keeps making my bikes gears stick. First the counter girl was not very friendly ( I don't get why unfriendly or unhelpful people work in the service industry) I had to ask about the beers and ask if I could taste and the tasting glass she gave me was cracked. After sitting with my little ones and finishing i went to ask the hipster bike dude if he could take a look at my bike. I must have stood there for a couple minutes, kids screaming before I had to say "hey could a get a little help?" Which he replied that he was busy finishing another order. How hard is it to say "I'll be with you in a sec"? Not to hard especially when it's not even busy. Don't think I will be back and will be sure to share this story with others. read more

What more can you ask for...Pliny and I didn't have to wait in line. The food selection isn't huge, but by right that's not what this place is about and the food I did get hit the spot. They have a pretty solid beer list and great vibe. I happened to come in on a day that I didn't go mountain biking, but this is the perfect post ride place outside Annadel. Came in last week and had a wonderful experience! The blonde bartender was knowledgeable when I had questions. I like the atmosphere and will definitely be back! I also saw online that they will be brewing Land and Water coffee starting the 13th!! That's my favorite local coffee so now I will have to come in for my morning coffee too! read more

The bike industry as well as the gourmet coffee industry can be very unique and diverse. What I enjoy the most about Trail House is that the people who work there as well as the services and products offered represent that diversity. Sure the menu may be limited or the selection of beers not for everyone but I have always been able to find something to drink, eat or socialize with when I swing in. read more

Jack is the bomb!! However, he is hugely unsupported by the rest of the staff and appears that he is left on his own every time I come here, week after week. I saw he was low in energy the previous night. I asked him what was wrong, and he said he hadn't had the time to feed himself for 12 hours that day. Came by here with the kids after a rainy walk around Howarth. Good ambiance and vibe... kinda reminded me a bit like a snow lodge (minus the fireplace). Did not have any beer but looked like a good selection. We ordered two hot chocolates and a mocha. All were tasty, but served on the lukewarm side. Besides us, there seemed to be a large group gathering so was starting to get a bit loud which made it difficult for us to talk between us. At that point, we decided to take our drinks to go.
