I had a mixed experience at this Verizon store. When I came in to purchase a new phone, the customer service was fantastic -- most of the staff was attentive and helpful. However, that level of service disappeared the moment I returned for anything else. It felt like they no longer cared about keeping me happy as a customer and just pushed me to the side. One big frustration was with the screen protector I purchased. I was told I could come back for a one-time replacement, which made the expensive price seem worth it. But every time I've gone back to get the replacement, they're conveniently "sold out." It feels like a scam. On top of that, there was one female employee who kept staring at me and giving me dirty looks. It made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and confused. I'm not sure why someone would work in customer service if they don't enjoy interacting with people. Anyways, if you're just buying a phone, you'll likely have a great experience. But if you need ongoing support or value professionalism, don't expect much. read more

By far the best Verizon I have been to. The employees at this location are all knowledgeable they know what they're doing, unlike the other nearby locations. There is no long waits here, they're straight to the point and the best part... They're fast!!! I went in to check my bill, Pon (the manager) welcomed us in as soon as I stepped in the door. He analyzed my account and for the same price I was paying before, I got 3 upgrades and a wonderful tablet as well and my bill remains the exact same!!!! They even went out of their way to show me the computer screen so I can see my next bill and they included a break down. That right there is awesome they made me feel right at home and they do that to all their customers everyone was attended with a warm welcome and with respect. Out of my 17 years being with this company the Verizon in San Pedro, hands down, is the best location I have ever been to I recommend everyone to come here if u want outstanding service they will take care of all your needs. read more

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Horrible service, undisclosed policies, hidden charges. Awful. This is a reseller store. Go to a real Verizon store. Very rude to anyone who isn't buying a phone and if you are buying a phone watch out because there are all kinds of fees and hidden charges they don't tell you about. Another scam they pull is having you sign on a signature pad without showing you what you're signing for. Better ask, because it is full of fees and shady charges! PS if they offer you a free anything, it isn't free. It's bull. There's a charge. And when you find out and return the unopened item, there's a charge for that too. STAY AWAY. PSS the company posts replies asking people to contact them if there's a problem. I already tried to contact them when all of this happened. No reply, no help, no nothing. When they scam you, call Verizon and keep pressing, you can get a refund from Verizon. Maybe if enough people complain about these scam artists, they will be shut down. read more

DO NOT BUY VERIZON! They will promise you a brand new phone but then start charging you every month for it...you can call and call and each agent will tell you they will make sure this gets taken care of....at least a dozen calls and 7 months later I'm still dealing with this. They convince you to get their phones and buy their plans but when Verizon overcharges you they say something like oh, Im sorry I can only credit you back for 2 of the 6 months. This is not a true Verizon Store! Such false advertising it should be illegal! This is a third party site called 4G who is authorized to sell for Verizon but it it NOT true equipment. Verizon will not even support me in resolving my issues as it is a separate entity. This is the same as purchasing from Best Buy or Target. My experience with the Verizon store on Western was a great one. We purchased two iPhone 13 pro plus cells and we were given exceptional service. I would highly recommend this location for services and purchases. Christian went above and beyond to help me out! I dropped my phone the other day and the screen was unsalvageable, so I came to upgrade to a new phone during my lunch break. They didn't have the exact phone/size that I wanted so he pulled some strings and made it happen for me nonetheless, and even hooked me up with a better deal on my plan than I was expecting based on what I saw online and on the App. This is where you need to go! read more

I went to the Verizon store at the crossroads in Torrance and stood in there for 15 minutes and no associate ever came up asking if I needed help.
