First time coming here and I was very impressed. Food was delicious, it is a good amount and everything tasted so fresh. I ended up getting their chicken salad that had some lemon vinaigrette. The skin on the chicken was so flavorful with a little crispiness. But the chicken itself was so tender it was delicious. Everything in my salad paired well together, there was beets and feta cheese. Hummus and pita sticks were delicious. Although the pita bread and hummus ratio is off. Would have wanted more pita bread for how much hummus is given. Overall this place has many options to choose from. They all seem like a healthy options. I will be back!

We are at Vessel on our last night in Park City and what a treat it was! The restaurant was clean and smelled amazing as soon as we opened the door. I got the Med with chicken and my husband had the trout dish. My kid had the beef with Mac and cheese and we had a side of hummus and pita. Once our food arrived, the owner was concerned about the size of my husbands trout so he brought him another helping - not necessary but whoa... what amazing service. The trout was a little fishy per my husband but otherwise amazing. My dish was great. The pita and hummus were so tasty! My kids dinner was also amazing. We would absolutely return and would highly recommend!

Yum! One of our favorites in Park City. Always great food, always quick. If you have leftovers, they're excellent too.

Wow the Utah bowl was amazing the chicken was nicely seasoned I could have eaten it by itself. I asked for the sauce on the side so that I could enjoy the flavors and it was very tasty and filling! I thought I might need something else so I ordered the pita strips with hummus another great idea. The hummus was a little plain but still good.

Amazing options. Tons of flavors recipes...so many you cannot pick. Excellent portion size. Appears very popular with a fairly steady stream of traffic. Staff is patient and willing to offered suggestions. Plenty of windows allowing tons of natural light. This is a must do healthy choice restaurant.

The food is delicious. The wait wasn't long at all. The ingredients are healthy and the options are endless. Everything is so tasty, and I've tried different options each time. My favorite was the Uncle Rico! I highly recommend the brownie cookie, too!

My $17 steelhead trout plate takeout, where they forgot the trout, and gave me only 6 brussels sprouts. Lame.

Imagine my face when I got to my cabin after getting takeout from Vessel, after snowmobiling in, starving, pulling out my steelhead trout plate, only to see no trout, and literally 6 brussels sprouts. Not happy at all. I did call and spoke to the manager who apologized and comped my meal, but still so upset, I guess it's the hangry in me. I thought you should all have the heads up to check your takeout before you leave.

We ended up at Hearth and Hill because of the Yelp reviews, and I'm glad we did. The lunch menu was pretty small, and we almost left. Our server told us what he liked and why, so we trusted him and ordered what he recommended, I'm really glad we did. Everything was great, the fries were so good and we loved biscuits! (Forgot to take a pic of those) only bummer was the house ketchup, it was not my favorite. Was glad they had regular on hand. The service was great, and the restaurant was clean and a nice change of pace from what we were eating the whole trip. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Park City.

When we requested a table, the host informed us there was an active reservation for our table in 1.5 hour and we could dine as long as we could be gone by that time. That took me by surprise as the restaurant was very much empty. We were too invested now to find a different restaurant, but it felt degrading. So, I agreed to vacate our dining table on time, if they could ensure our food would be served in 30 min. So, we sit and order hastily. So, here a hastily written review to match our dining experience. The cheddar biscuits were tasty. The smash burger is just another burger with a side of fries. It had some fun Parmesan crisp for extra flavor and texture. The birria tacos were very unexciting in flavor. The burrata salad was interesting, and sparked my culinary curiosity. I didn't want to push my luck with dessert. To not overstay our welcome, we paid and skedaddled. Although I felt rushed and judged, the server was polite and kind. In conclusion, the food ranged from interesting to disappointing, but service was great. Maybe next time I'll make a reservation for a table that comes without a hot timer... if there is a next time. Also, when we left, only about 30% of the tables looked occupied. The forced rush was really unnecessary.

The Utah elk with huckleberry jam was a standout, such a unique and well-balanced combination. The elk ragu was also amazing, super rich and full of flavor. I loved that they source locally. It really shows and makes the whole meal feel even more special. The presentation of each plate was beautiful. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food, and everything felt intentional and well seasoned. I also really appreciated how they handled dietary needs. The menu clearly labels gluten-free and dairy-free options, which made it easy to navigate without any guesswork. Our waitress was attentive and gave great recommendations throughout the night. Even though it's located in a strip mall, don't let that deter you. The interior has a modern, elevated feel, and the easy parking is honestly a huge bonus. We ended with the strawberry apple tart and the brownie sundae, and both were fantastic.

This restaurant is on a second floor so if you've been on the slopes and jello-legged - be prepared for a few steps. The space is nice and the service was so kind and inviting. It can get a little loud depending on who the other patrons are. We've been where the din has been muted but also there when raucous kids provided an unwanted accompaniment to dinner. The food is definitely top notch and the servers are happy to provide some insights to what is good. Complimentary hummus with crudite kicks off the meal - but don't be afraid to order the bread it's carbolicous and baked in house. What we've had: * Fried mushrooms. A mix of battered and fried earthy goodness. We liked this and those who like these nightshades will too * Spicy clams. A big hit with us with the slight spice to it - dip the crusty bread in the broth and savor * Creamy Celeriac Soup. A delightful surprise - a creamy soup that has wonderful flavor accented by the spice oil. I would recommend this for soup lovers. * Miso Chilean Sea Bass. A very solid dish with greens and lotus roots. It's not a huge portion but enough. * Crispy Duck Leg - Delicious and full of flavor and the potato perogis are a great accompaniment * Filet Mignon - This was a perfect medium rare and a well composted dish. The Yukon potato mash - ridiculously good (we ordered more to go) * Banana Cream Pie Stack - this topped off a great meal For a cocktail - The Night Shift was a winner.

Definitely a good spot if you're looking for a place to grab cocktails and sit somewhere that feels a little elevated. For drinks, we ordered the Smoked Old Fashioned and the Prickly Pear Mezcal Margarita. Both were solid and nicely made, though nothing particularly memorable. Appetizer wise we tried the baked brie dessert wise tried the baked Alaska, and banana pudding. The baked brie came with lingonberry pomegranate jam and crackers, but the rind gave it a bit of a stronger flavor than expected and it didn't quite hit for us. The desserts overall were decent, but none were standout enough that we'd go out of our way to order them again. One thing that stood out was that it felt a little pushy toward ordering entrées, even though we mentioned we were just there for drinks and dessert. Happy to come again and try the entrees maybe that is where they truly shine.

In terms of attire, it's a mixed bag as with other places here.. we were pretty casual but some were dressed up a bit more. Our server was wonderful, and the food and drink was phenomenal. This was, hands down, the best meal we had in Park City. We started with cocktails. The gin cocktail I had was the perfect combination of floral and citrus and left me wanting more. My husband enjoyed his as well. The wine menu here is insanely overpriced, so next time I'd ask the corkage fee to consider bringing our own bottle. They brought out a bread that was cooked with a Japanese seasoning on it and a side of butter, and it was delicious. The bison was the best thing we ate; incredibly tender and cooked to perfection, if we lived here we would be back often for this. The elk was very good as well, with fresh herbs that helped bring out the flavor. Can't go wrong with either of these dishes but the bison was the star to us. My daughter ordered the kids pasta with butter and parm, and my son ordered the kids chicken fingers which came with potato wedges. Both were a good portion for children. For the sides, we ordered the Japanese sweet potatoes and the fried rice. The sweet potatoes were something different and were tasty but not our favorite or something we would order again. The fried rice with egg was delicious; it was full of sliced garlic and amazingly seasoned, we could not help but finish it all. At the time of the check, our server offered cotton candy for the kids. It was very flavorful and soft. It was a nice finishing touch. We'll definitely be booking this restaurant for our next trip to Park City.

The spicy tuna on top was really flavorful and well balanced, bringing just the right amount of heat without overpowering the dish. The miso soup was also a pleasant surprise -- the portion size was generous and perfect for sharing. It was warm, comforting, and a great start to the meal. We also ordered the karaage. Unfortunately, this was the weakest dish for me. The chicken itself didn't have much flavor, and if it weren't for the dipping sauce it would have been quite bland. It was also made with dark meat, which I'm personally not a big fan of. The hamachi nigiri was fantastic. The fish tasted incredibly fresh and clean, and the simplicity of the dish really let the quality of the hamachi shine. Another standout was the Wasatch roll -- a true dynamite roll with lots of flavor and fresh hamachi. Every bite had great texture and balance. To end the meal, everyone was given a small bowl of cotton candy, which was a fun and unexpected touch. I hadn't had cotton candy in years, and it was a playful way to finish the night. Overall, there were some great highlights, especially the sushi and fresh fish, and the experience had a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
