Words can't express the delicious food and superb service you receive at Chef Robert's restaurant. I always bring my family there to enjoy a great dinner and build memories. Every experience is better and better because im a foodie and always request dishes off the menu. Chef Robert delivers and then some. Jennah and her drinks... outstanding. If you haven't tried this restaurant, you are missing on a great experience and delicious, once in a life time great food. This is my favorite restaurant.

My parents took me here for a birthday dinner. Such a hidden little gem...unless you're a DB resident I assume. We got there before 6pm and my first two dinner entrees I wanted were already sold out. It must have been pretty busy before we arrived. A little bit of a let down. We ordered two I REALLY DONT CARE (Angie's beef bites, mashed potatoes, deep fried Brussels sprouts) and HOT POCKET HOOCHIE pizza. All the food was really good. Not one bite was left from anything ordered!!! We inquired about how often the menu changes and we told once to twice a month. Can't wait to come back and try new things!

The food is always delicious, customer service is superb and the chef is super friendly! This is such a cute spot in Disco Bay!

Unfortunately, there are few places worth dining at in Discovery Bay. Sadly, Vin Alegro is no exception. We had the Prime Rib dinner. The prime rib was mostly fat and was in desperate need of seasoning. The vegetables tasted frozen, as well. Wasn't impressed with the slow service or the nonchalant attitude of the server. I had the house wine (Hannah Nicole, I think) and it tasted old, as if it was opened days earlier. There was actually sediment on the bottom of the glass. It was quiet with few patrons, which is nice if you're looking for a restaurant like that. We definitely won't be back.

After missing 2 calls from him, he decided to text me. "No call no show" I didn't realize this was a job and I was your employee.

I never made it to the restaurant, and now never will due to the very rude staff. Whoever runs customer service here needs to let go of the guy handling reservations. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I've attached screen shots of our texts. Yes... he took the time to text me and harass me.

I have to say the raviolis were VERY tasty. Topped with brisket in a delicious sauce. The prime rib was okay. Small pieces of bones were in as if it wasn't scraped off properly. Over all decent. Asked for au jus (twice) and never got it. The horseradish sauce did seem like it had horse radish in it which threw me off. Told the waitress we were there for my daughter's birthday dinner. (Hint hint wink wink) And nothing came out after we ate so we just went out for boba afterwards. Might be back for their Sunday classes. Overall food was good, service was lacking a bit.

Seriously the best food I've ever eaten. Service is amazing. Highly recommend. And the chef is pretty awesome too.

amazing drink the manhattan and cute menu!

    Do they still have paella?

Best to call us at 9253954700 Menu changes weekly. We had paella on last weeks menu. This week there is no paella on the menu. We do not post menu anywhere as it changes way too often. Lots of our regulars simply text the restaurant phone number and… Read more

Have they expanded to include indoor seating or is it still outdoor seating only? We went in the past and sadly had to sit at a picnic like table outdoors in a tent with heat lamps. Very disappointing. After 1 glass of wine, we decided to leave.

If this in regards to Vin Alegro, We have always had indoor seating. We have never owned or served on picnic tables! There isn’t even a tent! think you may be referring to somewhere else?

    Still doing the salmon Wellington?

Can you please post a menu somewhere?

There's a picture of one here now (albeit from 8 months ago).

Are you open for breakfast any days?

Do u still do beef Wellington?

    Yes they do.

We loved that they have a inside and outside space w/fire pits and some heaters mounted. The couches inside and out definitely give it a rather cozy feeling. They even have cute blankets that you can use. They had a live dj who was amazing with his spinning of the right tunes. I enjoyed the music alot. He played a variety. The waitress seemed pleasant when she greeted us. We ordered the charcuterie board and the pepperoni pizza. I requested the ricotta to be placed on the side and the request was met. I asked the waitress alot of questions and she was able to answer them. I did not enjoy the board because I do not like pepper jam (I did ask for another jam, but she said this is all they had. This is unfortunate because what if someone does not like peppers? One of the meats provided I did not enjoy (I enjoyed the salami) and I did not like one of the cheese as well.. it was a little spicy. Also, the utensil that they gave us to use to spread with was not very great for spreading. The pizza was tasty..no complaints there. I even added the ricotta to it and it was good. I had a glass of Petite Sirah and a glass of Cab. My friend had the Coco Loco Marg and the Gingerbread drink. All drinks ordered were delicious... we both agreed. Although, there were many pros..I do have some cons: 1. I ordered a Hot Toddy that was nowhere near hot. The waitress told me that they boil the water and the water "Is what it is" that comes from the boiler. I did not like that response at all. 2. We were served our food with no plates or silverware. However, the waitress brought plates upon request. 3. The food was served with 1 spoon like item. However, we had multiple things that we should have received small forks instead of having to use or fingers for everything. 4. I requested a Strawberry long Island iced tea. The waitress immediately tells me that they do not have the items to make it. I asked her why not..because it is really merely (alcohol/strawberry puree /Triple Sec/cola or sprite). She tells me that she tried to make it and it was not good. I requested that she go and ago the bartender at the bar currently and she gave another excuse of why it could not be done. Then she said.. she would go ask the bartender. My friend and I were puzzled because all items were there for the drink. When she came back, she told me that he could do it. However, I had changed my mind by that point and I requested for Strawberry Hennessy. She told me that they had Strawberry puree and I told her that would be fine. She asked me if I wanted ice. At this point, it made me hesitant to get it because it sounded like they did not know how to make it. She went back to the bartender and my friend noticed that the bartender was looking it up. The waitress came back and told me that they did not have triple sec, but they had another substitute. At that point, I just asked for a Cab. Overall, we loved the atmosphere. Idk if we will visit anytime soon though. Also, please know..I do get that this is a wine bar. However, bartenders hired should know how to make an assortment of drinks especially if you have majority alcohol stocked. Lastly, the water shouod be served hot if it is a hot drink. There should not be a smart comment given when questioned about why the level of heat is not adequate.

From the moment I sat down, the warm glow of the dining room, lively energy, and inviting aromas drifting from the kitchen set the tone for an exceptional evening. The cocktails were outstanding. The Ojos Así was beautifully balanced, with bright, refreshing notes layered over deeper, more complex flavors that unfolded with each sip. Its vibrant presentation and fragrant aroma made it as enjoyable to admire as it was to drink. Equally impressive was the Y El Hombre Caimán, a bold and expertly crafted cocktail bursting with character, combining rich flavors and a silky texture while remaining remarkably approachable. Both were the kind of cocktails that make you slow down, savor every sip, and appreciate the artistry behind them. For the main course, the Costilla Negra was the star of the table. Perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy, the short rib featured a beautifully caramelized exterior that gave way to tender, flavorful meat. Each bite delivered a satisfying balance of richness and refinement, while the thoughtfully plated accompaniments added contrasting textures and complementary flavors that elevated the dish even further. What truly elevated the experience was the service. Rhi, tending bar, was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the cocktail program. Her recommendations were spot on and added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening. She is a true master at her craft. Jackie, our server, was equally fantastic--warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel like valued guests throughout the meal. Parche combines exceptional Colombian cuisine, creative cocktails, and hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. Between the vibrant atmosphere, beautifully presented dishes, and memorable flavors, it's the kind of place that reminds you why dining out can be such a joy. I will absolutely be returning. The Plantains: Perfectly executed with that ideal contrast of texture and rich flavor. The Branzino Salad: A total standout. The fish was beautifully prepared, light, and paired wonderfully with the crisp, refreshing greens. The Comunitario Rice: Deeply flavorful, comforting, and perfect for sharing across the table. Celebrating a special occasion with family means you want great food, a lively atmosphere, and seamless hospitality, and Parche delivered on all fronts. We ordered three small plates : whipped feta, cumin lamb mintu, and smoked Duroc pork belly. The cocktail was really good. We liked the whipped feta with warm bread a lot. We felt neutral about the lamb dumplings but pretty sad about the Duroc pork belly. The pork belly arrived last. The plate came with six tiny pieces of pork belly which looked very dry, burnt and shrunk. It was pretty hard to chew especially the crust. I didn't find it enjoyable in any way. I asked our server if it was supposed to be this way. And she said yes, crispy outside and juicy inside. Since it was burnt and overcooked, there was nothing soft or pleasant in the inside part left to chew either. I felt it had no flavor. For $ 22 plus tax and tip, we hoped to enjoy it better than what we received. We were not offered any remedy to the dish and felt a little awkward after we brought it up to our server.
