Comes with a packet of ginger syrup!

Counter service in a place that is more hole in the wall full of random stock/inventory but you can't say anything bad about their tofu pudding. The tofu pudding I've had is more Cantonese than Vietnamese but honestly, they tasted pretty similar so no qualms there. Definitely would come again and also buy their soy milk! Don't expect friendly service though- the lady behind the counter is clearly in a get shit done mode.

Great hole in the wall place to get your soymilk/tofu fix. It's in a very unassuming plaza, across from another much bigger Asian shopping plaza. My favorites are the soymilk and tofu pudding which are both so fresh. The sweet soymilk isn't too sweet and is $5 per half gallon. The tofu pudding ($6 for a large) is freshly made every day and is piping hot when served and very filled to the brim, so be careful when opening it up. It comes with a ginger syrup. Personally I don't like ginger so I just sprinkle some sugar on top. The tofu pudding runs out though so just keep that in mind. Also, this place is cash only.

Underrated spot. I can't find a better Tau Fu Fa (hot tofu pudding) and arguably beats some of socal's finest. The texture of the tofu is second to none. And CONSISTENT. Everytime. Not grainy at all. Silky smooth and still tastes really good the next couple of days if you happen to bulk order and have leftovers. The place is truly a hole in the wall, and not much is translated. There looks to be other items here to try but I never bothered considering the tofu is already so good.

My first time visited this store. They only had soy milk and the small fried tofu ($8/lb ). The owner said hopefully in the future they would include vegetarian foods and variety of tofu. Will come back to support the business!

Current Situation: Take outs available. The staff takes safety precautions. Cash accepted. There are parking spaces outside the store. Food & drinks: They have many soy and tofu products. They have tofu pudding 豆腐花 and soymilk 豆浆. They used to also sell fried tofu but I don't know if they are still selling it now during the pandemic. This is our family's favourite place to get tofu pudding. The pudding is so soft and smooth. The price is unbeatable (comparable to Asia pricing!). In their syrup for the tofu pudding, they make it with ginger and it adds a nice subtle flavor and light brown color to the syrup. Price: Hot tofu pudding $5 for large (can feed 4 people) and $3 for small Cold tofu pudding 5 for $10 and 10 for $20 Soymilk $3 Hours: Closed Monday and Wednesday Open 10am-3:30pm on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

They don't sell different types of fried tofu anymore unless you want to buy plain fried tofu.

The waitresses and waiters were attentive and brought us menus and water right away. I ordered the #1 combo pho and overall really enjoyed it. The broth was flavorful without being overly rich or oily like I expected after reading some reviews. I also appreciated that the broth wasn't too sweet, which seems to be the trend at a lot of pho spots lately. I'd give the pho a 3.5/5 overall. The main downside for me was that the noodles were a little overcooked and softer than I personally prefer, but the broth itself was quite good and definitely the highlight of the meal. I would definitely want to come back to try it again with other friends!

Pho temp was hot (always a plus) but the amount of meat and the quality of the meat has really plummeted. The interior has been upgraded and it definitely feels more like a traditional restaurant but...I think I speak for everyone when I say I'd rather be elbow to elbow with the next table over with the Pho Kim Long of pre-2020 Might be back - probably not though. Sad to see this one come off my list of staples.

As a Viet, I've…read morealways felt homesick and my ultimate goal in the Bay is to find a bowl of pho that actually feels like home. I know the purists will say this isn't the authentic Pho Thin Lo Duc, but honestly to me doesn't matter. As long as food slaps and my belly is happy, then I'm sold. My favorite dishes here are pho tai lan and pho tai dap. And 2 sides you should order whenever you have Hanoi pho is quay (fried dough) and poached egg. The broth may not be the best, but it's rich, beef is stir-fried perfectly with signature garlic aroma (it's called tai lan for a reason, and dipping the quay into the soup took me straight back Hanoi. It's rare to find a place in Bay that serves pho with quay, so I really appreciate the authenticity. This restaurant is just comforting, delicious, and for a moment, it made the distance from home feel a little smaller. No matter what other people say, this is my favorite spot in the Bay for sure!

The meat (pho tai dap #10) was the only element that added any real flavor to the dish. Service was also lacking. After our order was taken, it felt nearly nonexistent, and I had to actively flag someone down just to get a water refill. With so many great pho options in the area, this spot didn't stand out. Unfortunately, it's a pass for me.

The Chinese sausage pieces sprinkled throughout added extra flavor too. The bowl is deep so there seemed to be roughly 5 cups of rice. Unfortunately the laksa shrimp fried rice was disappointing in comparison. It didn't have much flavor overall - better than plain rice but definitely needed more seasoning. The menu lists homemade laksa sauce as an ingredient but we didn't taste that, and the dish wasn't spicy at all either despite the 1 chili pepper rating. But it looked just like the menu picture so maybe the description is wrong. Fried chicken with tom yum sauce came with 6 pieces. Very juicy. We also enjoyed the herbal roasted prime steak with sausage rice. The delicious rice had the taste of fish sauce. Most of the short rib slices were soft and a few were slightly chewy but overall decent quality. Some of the fattier pieces of meat were still attached to the bone.

I came here on a Friday evening with my friend to grab dinner around 6:00 PM. The wait was around an hour, so be very prepared if you're coming during the dinner rush. This spot is located where the majority of the Asian restaurants are in Milpitas, so it's safe to say the parking can get a bit hectic and intense. The interior of the place is very bright, modern, and clean. There is a lot of seating for a small space, but the reason they are so busy has a lot to do with the number of people wanting to check this spot out. When you sit down, you scan their virtual menu via QR code and order there instead of through a server. You have the choice to order on one phone as a group or separately. Between my friend and me, we ordered a beef mint salad, fried tofu, confit mushrooms, and truffle mushroom rice. I will say that when we first got the fried tofu and confit mushrooms, we were quite surprised by the small portions compared to the price. That said, they were delicious, but skippable if you're trying to find the best bang for your buck. What I absolutely would recommend is their truffle mushroom fried rice. This might have been my best bite this month. It was so savory, the mushrooms hit perfectly, and the coating of butter on the rice was supreme. It was $28 for a bowl, but it was a good value to split between two people. Overall, this place had great, fast service (our food came out in under 10 minutes), a nice ambiance, and fresh, flavorful food.
