This pizza shop was only 1 block from the main street. It does get packed during peak times so pack your patience. Once you are seated service usually goes quick, at least during my visit at 7 pm our waiter was on it, our order came out fine and service was great. We ordered 2 types of pizzas as shown below both tasted great and had enough leftovers to take home. The Garlic knots were awesome so fluffy highly recommend. It can be pretty loud at times especially during peak times but not like screaming over each other. Just something to keep in mind they also have outdoor seating if thats more your style. Overall we enjoyed our visit and our dining experience. Definitely a spot I'd return to whenever im in town. read more

My husband and I were visiting Fredericksburg with our kids and looking for somewhere to eat pizza that wasn't on the Main Street. West End had everything we were looking for. A place for the kids to run around, live music and some adult drinks to sit and relax with while enjoying the atmosphere. We were sat quickly at a table inside to have pizza and pasta. We also added some to go fries to let the kids run around some more while we snacked on some food. Our waitress made sure we got what we needed and helped answer our questions on the menu. Stopped in here for lunch and it was really good. We were seated immediately. We sat inside but they have a covered area. We started with the fried pickle spears and they were very good. Nice and crunchy. The ranch was homemade and good. Then, we each got an 8 inch pizza. I had the pepperoni and my friend had the mega veggie. They were delicious. Super thin crust that is wood fired. We came here on a Tuesday for lunch. There is plenty of street parking all around this area. We brought our dog and were sat in the large covered outdoor area. There were fans and TVs outside and it was very nice, even on a hot day. Our server was lovely. We started with buffalo wings, which were nice and crispy. Well...I can see how the reviews are what they are...but the food is actually good! I got a small house salad to start. Now, the actual salad was literally just out the bag type of salad w/ 2 cherry tomatoes...but the dressing was great! I got the habanero ranch and I wouldn't be surprised if the dressing is house made. They said they house make many of their ingredients (dough, sauce, etc). We got the BBQ chicken pizza and the Meatza. The pizza came out at an expected time. Fresh and hot! They were very good. The BBQ chicken pizza is a pretty light tasting pizza, not like other establishments BBQ pizzas. But it was enjoyable. The Metza was also good. The service was decent. The host was friendly and made sure we felt welcome. Our waitress was ok...but a few mistakes were made, drink to the wrong table, didn't see her for a while after our pizza was delivered, our check was wrong (they put the drink on the table next to us tab). 3/30/2026. We had not been here since they moved to new location off Main Street closer to the center of town. Same great pizza and prices remain very good. Have much more outdoor seating than old location and inside seating looked like a definite upgrade. We were there on a Monday afternoon and looked like they were short staffed on servers but nonetheless they were working hard and attentive to our table as best as possible. They still do the military discount as well so always appreciate that. read more

LOCATION: Good spot within walking distance of most of downtown Fred. Nice, homey interior and very large outdoor seating section. It's awesome when the weather is nice. DRINKS: They have some good ciders and beers on draft and a decent bottle selection. Wines are pretty good as well, and they aren't limited to Fredericksburg wines; they also carry a few from overseas. Nothing absolutely top of the line, but a great offering of diversity. FOOD: We love the food here. They have fantastic made-to-order pizzas, a good selection of American foods, some basic Italian dishes, and salads. I love the fries here too. Wraps are good also, and portions are plenty. Although, if you're hungry, I would skip the 8" pizza and get a 12". OVERALL: Awesome place, and a perfect stop for groups because of the variety. To be fair, this is probably 3.5 stars. We ordered this for take out. The West End pizza with no olives and artichoke dip and chips were very good. I do like the consistency and flavor of their pizza crust. Where I struggled and the reason for 3 stars was the chicken parmesan pizza. Look at the picture I posted. They either ran out of chicken halfway through or threw the chicken on with their eyes closed. No we didn't order a half cheese pizza. The pizza was okay here. We came in later in the afternoon on a weekend. The open sign was not on so we were not sure if they were even open. The hostess (a younger girl) sat us right away. The floor in the room we were in was super dirty. Our server came out and commented on sweeping the floor which she did after getting our order. We had a group of 21 people for my mother's 86th birthday celebration and we couldn't have been taken better care of The bartender, Shelby, and our two waiters, Lillie and Morgan were spot on. We really enjoyed our first visit, so much that we decided to come back a second time. Unfortunately, our second experience was disappointing. We sat for quite a while before our server, Maria, came to our table. Our order was incorrect, and she never checked on us, so I had to ask a nearby host for help. I was given chips instead of fries, and when I mentioned it, she took my entire plate while I was still in the middle of eating my sandwich. She later returned the plate, but without the fries, which took another 5-10 minutes. We still were never checked on again and eventually had to go to the host stand just to check out. This is one of few restaurants still open on a Saturday night. We arrived at about 9 pm. They were very accommodating and had good customer service. I recommend the garlic knots for a starter. We did get the buffalo wings but they were salty. The pizza was good. They do not have popular branded soft drinks so I got RC Cola instead of Coke which wasn't the best. The peach marg was good. If I was giving reviews for food alone, this place would be 5 stars. Parking is nonexistent with downtown Fredricksburg so we just took an Uber from our place. The service was not good. We were given the smallest table for 4 adults and we constantly had to move stuff around and I even had to hold things in my lap. Food finally made it out, but all at different times.
