I can't believe I lived my life without knowing about this delicious place! The food and the service were phenomenal. Everything from their complimentary ginger tea, to their appetizers, to their entrees were delicious. I had the red curry with a level 4 spice and they don't mess with the spice here lol. It was sooo good, unlike anything I've ever had before. I also had their "drumstick" wings, papaya salad, garlic pepper chicken, and everything was so good. In an area that is actually hard to find restaurants that are exclusively vegan/vegetarian, was happy to find this place. Then, you have to cross your fingers and hope the food is good. And finally, your wish is that the people working are friendly and happy to have you as a customer... Well, they passed on all counts!! I am so happy that I stumbled along this local spot today. The food is absolutely delicious and the customer service is superb. I was craving a curry and all of their options looked amazing so I asked them to pick one for me. I ended up with the red curry which was divine. While I was waiting for my food, Tina was kind enough to give me a complimentary drink (so tasty & refreshing). I will definitely be coming back to try out all of the other dishes they offer. It is so nice to have healthy choices around instead of only fast food options in this town. Their vegetarian menu is super delicious! My favorites so far are the green curry and cashew fried rice. This restaurant goes the extra mile with not only their food but packaging as well with attention with details such as paper straws and plastic-wrapped utensils that appears to be biodegradable. Best food I've had in years. Not "best vegan food" or "best Thai food" but literally... best of any category. (This is gonna be a long review, but you can just trust me when I say "go eat here.") Everything was cooked, seasoned, and served with excellence. I got their lunch combo with pad thai with soy chicken, soup of the day (kobucha squash) and a Thai iced coffee. My partner got the glass noodle salad and a Thai iced tea. The pad thai was the Platonic ideal of the dish... tamarind-rich sauce, not greasy at all, noodles perfectly cooked, with soy chicken that was phenomenally tender and charred to enhance the flavor. If you eat meat, it was very similar to dark meats or duck meat. Even the peanuts were toasted with care... it was a wonderfully composed dish (something I never thought I'd say about pad thai). The soup was balanced and rich, clearly flavored by an excellent palate. The glass noodle salad had salted tofu and it blew my mind when I tried it. Such complex flavors, everything in perfect balance... my partner said even the mushrooms in it were cooked perfectly (this is one way we judge cooking... if you know how to handle a mushroom, you're a good cook!). The beverages were creamy and excellent (we had the complimentary pandan ginger tea, which you should try because it's delicious and cooling). We split an order of sweet roti... they made a vegan version for my partner with sugar in place of condensed milk. That unassuming hot, buttery, sweet, crunchy, chewy roti was the best dessert I've ever had. We're already planning our next visit... Karen and the rest of the staff were so kind, and the food was truly exceptional. read more

All items are vegetarian, and some are vegan. The food portions are somewhat on the smaller end for the prices charged. The pad Thai with chicken and the shrimp balls were good. A little more of the chicken would have been great. Staff was nice and patient. Even though I ordered to-go, I'm sure the Service for dine in would be attentive as well. This is a Thai vegetarian/vegan place that has just opened and it's so good! We had the Tod Mun which is an appetizer flavored like fish cakes but made with chickpeas. We also had the tofu Pa Nang curry, medium spiced which was the perfect amount of red chili pepper, and such a tasty lime leave-y sauce. I would like a bit more vegetable in mine rather than the side salad it came with because the sauce was so good. We also had the glass noodles with tofu and mushrooms. This was kind of bbq flavored but with lime juice and lime leaves and also medium spicy, we ate the noodles wrapped in iceberg lettuce and again this dish was so yum! Saucy but also light. So tonight it was our turn to be banned from buying food from this place! Incredible! After being patrons for over a year. A few months ago we found a piece of plastic in a noodle dish, but it was large so we removed it and set it aside to show them when we next ordered. The next time we ordered we took it in to them to show them. We didn't want anything in return, we didn't want a credit, we didn't want free food - we just wanted them to know. They said it didn't look like anything they had. They insisted they give us a credit. We didn't want it. We tried to refuse it. They insisted, so we took it. We then ordered food again after they were back from their vacation/trip, and everything seemed fine. Now today we tried to order by phone, and they told us that we could no longer patronize their restaurant because they didn't want us to be disappointed with the food. What??? The owner finally fessed up, when I went to the restaurant, that it was because of that piece of plastic, and that she didn't want the liability of serving us. Mind boggling! We loved their food and loved having vegetarian options around, but we in all honesty cannot recommend this place anymore. It really doesn't make sense. Others have written about their banishment. They voiced their confusion and amazement since they were never given an explanation. read more

First time eating food from here - and it was delightful! The pad Thai had so much flavor instantly from the touch of the tongue! And the rice noodles were the perfect kind to fully enjoy the flavor! Usually pad Thai for me can be bloating - but this pad Thai was very easy and wonderful to eat. I also ordered the pineapple curry which was also amazing! Really good flavor- the pineapple doesn't overpower the curry at all. A very smooth and rich curry with each addition making it better. I was lookin for some quick, healthy lunch today and found this spot on Yelp. I got the papaya salad and a Thai tea. The girl taking my order was super nice. She asked what spice level I wanted and I naively said "spicy". But she knew I probably couldn't handle that so she double-checked and asked if I usually get things really spicy. So I said "Yeah. Mmm I mean-- medium I guess." She told me she'd give me extra chili flakes on the side if I needed em. It took a few mins for the kitchen to bring it out which was a great sign to me... meaning it was actually fresh and made to order. I wish I had taken a pic of the food cuz it was gorgeous. Everything was thoughtfully put into the takeout container. Perfectly toasted peanuts on the side. The medium spice was like an 8/10 on the spice scale for me. Sooo I'm glad I didn't ask for "spicy". We enjoyed our takeouts from White Springs Cafe for lunch today! Everything was very fresh and nicely prepared. Our favorites were the Larb burger with cheese, red curry with soy chicken and the glass noodles with tofu. The flavor and texture of the patty was great. My 10 year old said he wants one for himself next time. The curry and noodles were filled with mushrooms in addition to tofu and soy chicken. The Thai iced tea was yummy too, not too sweet. This place was such a disappointment. We paid over $40 for two plates, a drink, and an appetizer. The food was bland and the potion sizes were extremely small. My boyfriend was so upset. He felt so ripped off. My plate was boring. Can't remember the name but dang it, I love vegan food but a lot of these restaurants charge an arm and a leg to the point where is rather go to whole foods or sprouts and buy all organic products and attempt at making all the food I like. The cashier was very friendly and sweet, but unfortunately this place is a no go for me.
