I checked this place out due to my brother's recommendation and due to the positive Yelp reviews. TBH, the outside surrounding location looks a bit rough, so I would venture to this location only during the day time lol. I got the eggs benedict and a breakfast burrito (because I am basic). I have to say that the eggs benedict is one of the best I've had recently. Yolk was runny and gooey, and the meat was juicy and flavorful. The breakfast burrito was good, but not the best that I've had. Contents were juicy and not too oily. I think they could put in a bit more filling. Most places also include some sort of small side which would be a good complement to this dish. There's a decent amount of seats inside the restaurant. There was always people coming in and out which speaks to the popularity of the place. You can also order to go which is convenient. Staff was nice which is a plus. Check this place out if you are craving for some brunch fusion foods.

Stumbled across this great lil gem of a place and all I can say is " where have u been all my life" extensive menu with waffles, egg Benedict, salads, sandwiches, Greek plates, vegetarian plates this is the bomb ... I had chicken plate my hubby had gyro plate both served with rice/broth salad huge amount for $13.99 each ... I'm so jealous for everyone that has the opportunity to live close ... I cannot say enough ... sit down area friendly staff ... only negative is closes at 3 pm This is it if in the area.

I have to thank my fellow Yelpers for their reviews for Willy's Eatery. That's what brought me in to try them out. I was specifically looking for a lunch special and they came up on Yelp after someone posted their gyro and Greek salad combo for $7.00. Well that price was almost a decade old. As we all know prices have gone up significantly in recent years. However that didn't stop me from trying out Willy's. Willy's is located in a 70's era strip mall where Thriftyland Disney discount souvenir store and an In and Out is located. Don't be tempted to chuck out your new experience and jump in the drive through at In and Out. As I pulled up to Willy's a woman was leaving and I asked her if she had just eaten there and she told me she's been going there for years as it's been serving the community for over 3 decades. The restaurant is not very big and the decor with the faux tin pressed tiles on the ceiling and the counter to order at gave off a bit of an old fashioned ice cream shop. I was greeted when I walked in and promptly ordered the gyro sandwich and Greek salad combo which cost close to $13.00. Not bad for a healthy choice for lunch. I'm not a fan of tomato so I requested none on my sandwich or salad. The food came out very quickly with the salad first and it looked great. It had red onion, cucumber, and feta cheese throughout. The dressing was a red vinegar balsamic that was fantastic. It was a lunch sized serving which was perfect. The gyro came out a few minutes later which the pita bread was soft and warm and without the tomatoes it was a very basic gyro with the lone meat and a small serving of tzatziki sauce on the side. I placed some of my salad on the sandwich and viola it was delicious. I enjoyed my lunch at Willy's and will venture back to try other items on the menu. They specialize in breakfast and burgers as well. I hope you enjoy this independently owned non corporate restaurant and support the hard working crew behind the counter at Willy's Eatery in Anaheim. If you're craving an eggs Benedict that'll make your taste buds sing, Willy's Eatery is where it's at! Tucked away in a cozy outdoor food court, this spot might not win awards for ambiance, but trust me, the food more than makes up for it. The eggs Benedict was perfection: creamy hollandaise sauce draped over perfectly poached eggs with just the right hint of paprika. The hash brown potatoes? Crispy, golden, and loaded with sautéed peppers and onions--absolute heaven. It's the kind of breakfast that makes you forget everything else around you. While the setting is more casual and laid-back, the friendly vibe and killer food make Willy's a must-visit for breakfast lovers. If you're in the area, treat yourself--you won't regret it!

Go here! We were tired after 3 days at Disney and needed a real breakfast. Willy's did NOT disappoint! We had the California Benedict, the denver omelette and the French toast breakfast combo. Everything was so fresh and delicious we ate every bite! Service was incredible as well so nice, friendly and attentive!!

Good, basic Greek food with a lot of other dishes on their menu thrown in for good measure. We wanted Greek. Not Mediterranean, not Persian...you know...there is a difference. And Willie's reviews sounded right on. So, while being briefly distracted by their unique Eggs Benedict menu, the spinner wheel finally landed on the gyros and lamb kefta plates for us. The biggest surprise was the huge bowl of lovely Greek salad that came out first. Heaps of goodies on it - tomato, cucumber, onion, feta, Greek olives, tossed in a light dressing of olive oil and basalmic vinegar. My only wish was for more dressing, which I only had to ask for, and it was cheerfully delivered. Each platter arrived with a generous mound of buttered rice and a small 2 oz cup of their famous homemade chicken broth, which I unceremoniously dumped over my rice. (Since I've never been here before, I was winging it.) Good stuff! The gyros pita wrap was delicious. The ingredients were nice. I believe the gyros meat was a blend of beef and lamb. I just wish there had been a bit more meat for the price we paid. The pita was warmed on the griddle, and it had a crispiness around the edges that I loved. The tsaziki was well made and excellent tasting. The kafta meatballs were quite lamb-y and garlicky, but in a good way. We both love lamb in most any way, shape, or form, and they did it well. There are a few small tables right outside the entry, nothing fancy. So I checked to make sure we could bring our little Rosey, chihuahua extraordinaire. They are dog friendly. As for her share of the booty she has come to expect, she gave her two paw stamp of approval. Willy's is located in an aging strip mall in dire need of a face lift, so have no expectations of fine dining and valet parking here. Just expect good food, cheerfully delivered. We would return if we were in the area.

Great service and delicious and filling food - what else could you want? I tried the Eggs Benedict Greek Touch with "those potatoes", which is a classic eggs benedict, but with lamb meatballs instead of ham. The meatballs were juicy and very flavorful, and I thought the hollandaise sauce had the most perfect flavor and consistency. I liked the potatoes too. They looked more like hashbrowns compared to other pictures on Yelp, and they seemed to have less distinguishable bell peppers and onions, so maybe I got something different or it was made different when I had it that day. Either way, it was a good starchy compliment to the main dish. The baklava was flaky, nutty, and lightly sweet. I am still craving it. Definitely get a piece when you stop by!

Great food, kind workers, very small business, hardly any room to sit and therefore not good for big parties. I had the infamous eggs Benedict, as well as French toast and some gyro sandwiches with Greek salad to-go. Everything was delicious and lived up to all the yelp reviews. read more

I Love this place, food is always fresh and delishand the staff makes you feel right at home. I had #10 on squaw with side of rice OMG...so good, went back very next day and had the chicken plate with that delish rice and greek salad. Will definately be here more often. My friend had just a regular hamburger...she absolutely loved it...everyone has to try this place...sure you will love it!!! read more

My family and I (party of 7.5), called ahead to see if we could reserve a table. Who I could only assume is 'Willie' himself answered the phone. He was extremely accommodating assuring he would prepare a table for us. We arrived and realized it was counter-serve and appreciated Willie's efforts to make room for us. I felt the number ordering system was a little awkward for a place this size. Be prepared to smell like food if you eat inside. We opted to eat outside which was pleasant, although it broke up our party. The food was very satisfying, above average. We had a variety of dishes including the eggs Benedict and Greek omelette, with no complaints. Things took a strange turn when I went to try a family member's French toast. I noticed a small (1 inch), thick, black, frizzy presumed strand of hair. When Willie asked how our meal was, I felt obligated to mention it. He hastily denied it was a hair as he inspected it and then promptly walked away with the dish. It was a peculiar reaction. I will take his word on it but why couldn't he explain what it actually was? We didn't see him after that encounter. We left overall satisfied but I need to mark it down to three stars because of the way the hair was handled. read more

As good as it gets - cheap & awesome food from a family owned and operated hole-in-the-wall! The staff (owners?) are lovely, and the food is just perfect. I think I ate my wrap in about 2 minutes flat, & I know I never put it down. My wrap (which weighed 10 pounds & was overflowing with chicken) was $7 & came with a HUGE side of really good rice. I'm hooked - will be going again and again - thank you Willys! read more

Absolutely delicious! I grabbed some food to go to bring to a friend during her lunch break, and after eating the Vegetarian Wrap for lunch....I wanted to drive back to get another one for dinner. They have a huge menu but I'm so in love with that Vegetarian Wrap, I can't get myself to try all the other yummy items on the menu. read more

Willys is my regular lunch spot. This small family owned restaurant provides delicious and healthy food at an affordable price. My fav dish is chicken plate, juicy shredded chicken breast comes on buttery rice pilaf with chicken broth. You may choose one of their side salads coming in combo too. We tried this place based on other reviews and it did not disappoint! Excellent customer service from the owner, who took our order and waited on us - 5 stars. The eggs benedict and the gyros were both 4.5 stars. The baklava is a solid 5. I even liked the potato salad, which is one of those foods I usually do not like, but occasionally try. It was affordable and overall a fantastic experience for breakfast before a trip to Knott's Berry Farm. read more

AMAZING TUNA SANDWICH!! My co-worker took us to this place, same plaza where the In n Out is by 7-eleven i think. I ordered toasted sourdough tuna sandwich with the sprouts without the cheese. It was TASTY AND HEAVEN in my mouth! I love how the break was warm and CRUNCHY and how refreshing the Tuna spread with the sprouts! I have been trying to cut back on meat as for healthy reasons, and this was THE BEST CHOICE I have ever made so far hahah at least that afternoon! There was this man that made the tuna sandwich I think his name was KAGAN, or something like that, if I may have been wrong I would definitely go back to my notes and spell his name right. I did not get to taste the other food but I trust my co- workers (they are the good ones) so definitely, chicken and rice was great and the pita with the meat in it. I also love the BAKLAVA! It is sweet but SOOO GOOD! I would not mind taking my BF here as it reminds us of the toasted tuna sandwich we would get at a cruise ship we went to. Amazing service! Nice bathroom very clean! And just great find for people that would love to eat something different other than fast food. You need gourmet in your life ;)). Love the food and will recommend this to anybody. Like everyone says, Its definitely a mom and pop place. The gyros are amazing. The lamb is so soft and tender, and pita bread is toasty on the outside and soft on the inside. soooo amazing. The only negative is there really isnt much room to sit, but this is totally my favorite greek food in town. Just remember they are only open until 330pm m-f read more

I haven't really tried much else here except for a side of hummus with their Greek lemon soup. Mmm! Reminds me of a Greek version of porridge with a nice dose of lemon. Hummus is kinda garlicky so grab a breath mint at the 7 11 across the strip mall. Reliable with friendly service. The older gentleman is really nice, definitely a great little neighborhood mom and pop shop. read more

Our unique blend of Greek & American cuisine has earned us praise in many places. Most recently Willy's Egg's Benedict was picked to be the best in Orange County by the prestigious Orange Coast Magazine (July 2010). Try our amazing "Those Potatoes" with it & you will be hooked for life! Willy's famous chicken has over a hundred year old Greek recipe, handed down over generations to Willy's Eatery's co-founder Willy. Parking lot is being worked on so get there early to find parking or park in structure for free .

When I first went to Willy's back in 1999!....they had something called "World's 2nd Best Chicken Sandwich". I thought it was so funny and wondered who was the World's Best. But it turned out that they were being overly humble! This place has the WORLD'S BEST chicken sandwich! I always get the Southwestern Chicken Sandwich which has a nice slice of green chile.....the chicken is moist and tender. It's the shredded kind, not the thick filet that's hard to chew and rubbery at most other places. This sandwich melts in your mouth and is SOOO good. It is the BEST chicken sandwich of any other food place I've ever had! And I'm not the only one who thinks so. Everyone else I take over there says the same thing! For 20 years, I haven't eaten a chicken sandwich that's better than the one at Willy's. Go and see for yourself! read more

Totally forgot to take the pictures before I started eating. But the smell and taste we're just amazing! I got #20 their New Ribeye Omelet! My wife also got an omelet that had avocado ham and cheese! They both had Hashbrowns and your own side of toast! Honestly, it was a lot of food! Hashbrowns are thick cut, which I love! I hate how dennys gives you those thin, crusty hashbrowns. Here you don't have to worry at all! The steak in my omelet was a perfect medium rare! A stuffed omelet with all that meat! I highly recommend that #20. I'm giving it a 3 star rating primarily due to the fact that my order was missing the baklava and the side of macaroni salad that I had requested. In general, they included a generous portion of rice; however, I would have appreciated a bit more veal as the portions resembled sausage patties from Costco in terms of size. The consistency and flavor or the hollandaise sauce was perfect. The poached eggs were perfect and the ham was good as well. Great small place. All staff a pleasant from the second you walk in until you leave. Place is clean and they attend to table as soon as guest leave. There were 3 in our party and we all liked our food choices. Only thing that was weird was they don't serve French fries. Maybe a Greek thing? It is on a small shopping center with ample parking. We were warmly welcomed by the owners William and Anne who have pictures on the wall of their wedding 45 years ago. It is worth it just to meet this couple. The food was absolutely delicious. Comes with a Greek salad for under $9 and is one of the healthier lunch options in the area.
