This is one of my favorite places to go. The food is fresh, flavor packed and reasonably priced. Their drinks are so good: I've had the Strawberry Lemonade & Pineapple Mint. Delicious. They weren't that busy at 1pm on a Sunday, and I was able to order and receive my food in less than 10 minutes. So excited to try this place. Great menu are first glance, great vibe inside.. Then the food :( Well written menu with ZERO follow through. It's as if the corporate chef at this place guessed at what these things staples of international cuisine should taste like. Split two wraps. The chicken tikka wrap, "just throw 2 cups of cumin in that, make sure the chicken is super dry, and have it generally taste like nothing. Oh, and in case that chicken isn't dry enough, add more Brown rice and quinoa than anything else" Chimmichuri Steak wrap, "just make that so greasy it falls apart and you feel like a big slob while you eat it. Also drop two chunks of meat in that greasy pool and make sure the entire thing is mostly rice and quinoa" So many flavorful descriptions become a soggy mess in both of these wraps. Finally the fresh "flatbread" made to order is a tortilla, only a tortilla would be better because you can be sure it is cooked. This became soggy and doughy like slightly raw tortilla. So many missteps, so disappointing as a well executed menu like this would be one of my favorite spots. On the bright side, the pineapple juice was good. read more

Sure, it's fast food, but it's GOOD, fast food. Whenever I'm in this area, I like to stop by here when it's open :). Sadly they often close before Great America, which is sad. The funny thing is that it's not just the wraps that are great, and in fact they're like a third of the menu. The bowls and nori and quesadilla are all great. The prices are only a little higher than panda express (which I also have a soft spot for), and the quality and presentation are definitely better. Plus, the service is fast, with a smile, comprehensive, and nice. Oh and did I mention the outdoor seating? Perfect for a summer day. Today I got the bulgogi bowl which was delicious. Sure it's maybe not 100% authentic but it's still tasty. I do seem to remember a larger menu and longer hours, but hey I can't complain. I'm definitely a loyal customer! read more

Great location, great food, great drinks. I'm visiting from out of town and we were staying near by. My dad had recommended this place after trying it the previous day. There was a nice line of people. The person at the counter was very knowledgeable and offered us a try of the teas. I ordered the salmon bowl and my dad ordered the beef bolgage. The food was ready within 10 minutes and delivered to our table. Both the bowls looked amazing! There was a large quantity of sticky rice, cucumber, salmon and some other veggies. Not only did it look good, it also tasted great. A little too much rice for my taste but more than plenty of the other things. My dad also enjoyed his beef bowl. I ordered also half and half unsweetened tea and the pineapple drink which was very refreshing. It even had pineapple pieces in it. My dad ordered the strawberry lemonade which was also refreshing and tasty. If I lived near by, I would surely come to this place often. read more

I just happened to stumble through the area and was so amazed at all the menu improvements. Light and fresh. I had the tikka masala Tofu wrap. The veggies were so crisp and fresh. However, I have had large business orders and they have exceeded my expectations. To me customer service says a lot and they are very professional and will follow up with you to make sure expectations were met. I've been coming here since day 1 of opening and they have always impressed me with their great customer service and quality food. Stopped by recently for lunch. They are doing a great job with maintaining social distancing and a clean restaurant environment. We were able to call in our order which is always convenient and ate at the spacious outdoor seating area they provide. I ordered a Sumari Salmon Wrap this time around and it was great! This place was poppin at lunchtime. So many people in line. The space is pretty small not much room for sitting. Food: Pretty good! Solid wraps with fresh ingredients. I got the steak quesadilla and my only complaint is the sparsity of the meat. The chimchurri was vibrant and tangy which was perfect with he cheddar cheese. Drinks wise the Pitaya juice tasted like fake juice with preservatives. The only thing they got right was the boba. We were in the Mercado Shopping Center when World Wrapps 2.0 caught our eye. There are so many different healthy selections to choose from. The choice of having your selection in a salad or wrap was fantastic. We immediately noticed how friendly and attentive the employees were. The customer service is incredible. We both decided to try the KOREAN BBQ steak salad, and were glad we did. It was flavorful and delicious. All the ingredients are fresh, and nothing is frozen or made in advance. Everything is made to order. We had a great conversation with the owner who gave us the history of the restaurant. This was a fantastic experience, and when we are back in the area, this will be at the top of our list of places to revisit. I highly recommend that you give them a try. Went here once out of curiosity and was convinced by the enthusiastic workers flyering outside. I was intrigued by the variety of interesting drinks, dragonfruit tea, pineapple mint fresca, along with ice tea and milk tea options - they also had samples. The drinks were very refreshing. The drinks have real fruit bits in them too! They also have a boba option for the drinks, which I got and I actually thought that made the drink WORSE. Reason being, the drinks are pre-dispensed in cups with the boba and placed in the refrigerator up front. What most pearl drink places and boba tea drinkers will tell you, is to never refrigerate boba! The pearls will become hard and distastefully gummy. My suggestion if they want to keep serving boba, DO NOT put them in the drinks/refrigerator ahead of time. Boba should be kept at room temperature in a brown sugar/water mixture to keep them chewy and from drying up. In regards to the food, I only had the chicken quesadilla and it was okay, probably find better at one of many taquerias in the area. I'm not much of a wraps person in general. They have poki burritos here as well - but it's on the pricey end. I would come back for the exotic drinks....but without the boba. read more

I love this place. It has a lot of very healthy options. I only come here for lunch, but they are also opened in the evenings. So far I've tried: 1. Samurai Salmon, and 2. Saigon Salmon I love the Samurai Salmon, especially with the Wasabi Vinaigrette. I generally order my food online with pickup. This means the time I spend driving to get there would have been the time for me standing in line, ordering, and waiting. Even if I was meeting someone, it helped that I could sit down and eat as soon as I got there. However, the place is pretty efficient so waiting in line should go by pretty quickly. Everyone is nice and someone has always asked, at least once, how my experience was if I sat down and had something. Will be back to try the beef! read more

I had the Saigon Salmon rice wrap, and had asked for less glass noodles, but the lady taking our order said they could take it out completely (I was trying to eat less carbs, but neglected to factor in how many carbs are in the rice paper wrap itself... but anyways). I agreed, a little wary of how "stuffed" the wrap may be, as I could see the glass noodles being the main filler... but I was pleasantly surprised! It looked perfectly filled and I got a nice balance of all the ingredients (including the salmon!) in each bite. I have been here a bunch of times and loved the food, but yesterday's experience compelled me to finally able review. I showed up before the lunch rush for a change and witnessed every member of the FOH staff greeting guests, touching tablea, helping first time customers through the menu and passing out menus outside the front door. They went above and beyond in customer service and attentiveness and I loved the enthusiasm! I recommend they get a sidewalk sign to list some of the house favorites. I must admit I never came in until I had been everywhere else in the shopping center and grew bored of them because I had a very narrow assumption of what the menu would be like. I was affraid to step in and check out the menu because I would be embarrassed not to order if it was ONLY wraps and nothing appealed to me. I was overjoyed to learn that they have far more to offer than just wraps and live how they incorporate flavors from all over the world, hence "world" wraps.... First of all the wrap is really an oversized burrito lol which meant dinner then lunch the next day. The wrap is rice paper, so lunch the next day was tricky, since the rice began to breakdown from all the yummy ingredients. The Tahini wrap had marinated tofu, red leaf lettuce, glass noodles, avocado, rainbow coleslaw, cucumber, cherry tomato, cilantro, mint, lemon squeeze, crispy shallot, and a spicy Tahini harissa sauce. Y'all, I had a party going on in mouth! The wrap far exceeded my taste expectations! Note: If you are not super starving and don't plan to take the whole wrap down in one day, get the avocado on the side; it caused the rice paper to become mush in one area.
