Excellent Burger!! Im so excited they have finally opened! We needed a great burger on this side of town. Please note you have to order at the ipad/ device but it was a fairly easy process. We ordered three Wulf classic burgers with fries and it was DELICIOUS! We had to wait quite a while for our food because of only one employee at the time, however it was DEFINITELY worth the wait. Everyone needs to give this place a try! We will definitely be back soon! read more

I will start off by saying the food was actually very good. The burgers tasted very good and the fries were very crispy. But I do not think the food is worth the hype. This was our first time coming to Wulf Burger. And I will not be coming back. We paid over $40 for 3 burgers. And only one was a combo. We got a Junior burger combo and a juniors burger by itself and a regular burger by itself. All 3 burgers were the exact same size. So I'm not sure why the price difference between regular and junior. The service was ok. But we really didn't react with them very much. They just called our name. The overall restaurant on the other hand needs some work. It really looks like whoever did the job did it in about 10 mins and left. Paint running everywhere. Very dirty. Ceiling tiles flaking. And the restroom was very dirty as well. Lastly the QR code on the door when you walk it advertises there App. DO NOT scan this QR code. It takes you to a place called digital memberships and charges you $39.99. Just look up there app. That seems like a huge scam. read more

Very disappointed with my visit. My order was given to another customer who opened my order at her table. Once the employees noticed the mistake they took the order from the customer back to the kitchen. I requested a remake of my order. The employees waited approximately two minutes before telling me my order was ready & it was obvious that they repackaged the food items given to the incorrect customer. When asked the employee attempted to show me upside down trash as if he had thrown away the order. There was a language barrier and the employee attempted to use a translation app. I requested a refund. The employees looked at the register and told me no. One employee finally asked "new". A new order was quickly made;however, once I got home my patty was still raw inside. I was able cook my patty thoroughly myself. Will not be returning. read more

Made a last minute decision to give WULF Burger a try. It was a very good decision. The burgers had a nice crust to them. That's a good thing. The fries, both regular and sweet potato, were tasty. When you go don't be overwhelmed by the touch screen self ordering system. Very easy to use, but I don't know if you can pay with cash. My order was a To Go order and was prepared very quickly. I do have a recommendation regarding take out orders. Please line the styrofoam carry out boxes with either sheets of aluminum foil or the paper that is used to line the dine-in metal trays because the piping hot fries had a weird reaction with the styrofoam container. read more

My son who considers himself a food and movie critic suggested to us to try out this "newly discovered" burger joint in our neighborhood. When you walk in , you're struck by the sentient peaceful grooves playing over their PA system. Different but somehow very peaceful and enjoyable. Sparse seating but I think they cater more to a take out community. Partial ceiling, walls and floors are a vibrant red, like the red of their signature classic burger! You can order from a touch screen to the immediate right of the door and customize your burgers, fries or spicy chicken sandwich with a satisfying selection of toppings. my overall impression is look out 5 Guys, there's a new sheriff in town! Tiny burger spot, great for introverts. You order and pay via a touch screen computer and then can grab your food and go if you'd like. The food was great, my only complaint was the sriracha sauce I ordered on the side. It was either the wrong sauce or awful ( not spicy at all and the coloring was similar to tartar sauce). read more

Dang good smash burger- not over the top with random toppings that don't make sense. Order with a virtual menu so it makes it easy and fast to get your food without waiting around. I ordered the classic burger combo with sweet potato fries, and everything was great! You place your order via a touchscreen display that allows you to really customize your meal and ensure you get exactly what you like. The burger was very juicy and flavorful, and the sweet potato fries were crispy. The portions are pretty large as well. read more

Food was ok.... Burger patty had a lot of grease and looked like it was used to scrape the cooking remnants off of the grill. Fries were nothing special. Similar comments about the guy working there.... He just sits in the back and doesn't acknowledge anyone coming in..and waits for people to place order on the kiosk. The place itself was disgusting.... Kiosk was filthy, the tables hadn't been cleaned, and floors were in the same shape. Why am I now tipping someone to make my food "to go"? If I don't tip - who knows what's he is doing to my food back behind closed doors! Just not a very polished place.... We won't be back - bring back the pizza place that was there prior! I went in tonight for the first time after wanting to try this place for a while. The customer service of the guy working was horrendous. I walked up to the counter, said hello, and asked if I could see a menu. The guy said nothing and with a scowl on his face, pointed to the wall. This is where the menu is located so I walked over and placed my order on the automated kiosk. I waited for my name to be called, and the wait wasn't bad at all, less than 10 minutes. My name was called so I walked up to the counter to grab my food. I thanked the same guy for my food, and once again, nothing was said by him as he gave me a dirty look. I walked out, and took my food home. The burger was actually pretty tasty, but the customer service was an embarrassment. Literally the only word he said throughout the entire process was my name. I will definitely not be going back...disappointed! read more

We were so excited to try this new place and unfortunately it did not live up to the hype. When we came in we were surprised to see very few tables, and the ones that they did have were 2-tops mostly so you're out of luck if you come with more than that and want a table to dine in. Maybe we came in right after they were busy (there was only 1 other table occupied when we walked in) but every single table was very dirty and there are no employees at this place, just a cook in the kitchen. So we asked the cook for some cleaner and a rag and cleaned our own table before placing our order at the kiosk. Pretty surprised at the prices for what you get, not something I'd want to pay for often. If it's the colored bun I'm paying for, I'll skip this spot next time because the flavor was just okay. Overall a pretty meh experience which is a bummer because we live right across the street and looked forward to having a good burger spot to come to often, but probably won't try this one again for a while. read more
