Felt like beer night so we walked from Ala Moana and skipped the line to get a bar seating. Half-yard beer was amazing and so was the pineapple beer! Also ordered food and I was so impressed by the cook on this steak and cilantro chicken. Steak was perfectly medium rare and it's definitely on par with a steak house. $50 for a 20oz ribeye is hard to beat around here. Service was amazing as well with quick and professional staff. Definitely going again!

We were looking for something casual and relatively inexpensive and Yard House hit that perfectly for us. We went in on a Friday for happy hour and had about a 20 minute wait for a table. When we got seated our waitress was prompt and helped us get our order in before happy hour was over. We ordered exclusively from the happy hour deals menu and the portions were extremely generous. Chicken nachos were tasty, my favorite topping was the quick pickled jalapeños, so delicious. Also got the Brussels sprouts and they were some of the better Brussels I've had, crispy and the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The sliders were great for the kids, they still came with fries which I thought was surprising for an appetizer. The truffle mushroom pizza was also savory and delicious. We left we extremely full stomachs, leftovers to bring home, and a bill that was almost half of our other meals in Waikiki so far.

Nice vibe open air restaurant and our server was very attentive. We came in for drinks and appetizers! I totally forgot to take pictures of our haul. We got garlic fries, slider with fries and cheese appetizer which look like taters. I got a guava cider and it was good to my liking as not a beer drinker. Love the fruitiness and no bitter aftertaste. I can taste the guava and like that it was not sweet. As far as appetizers go, garlic fries on point ! You can taste the garlic which is not overwhelming. The cheese taters also great with or without the dipping sauce. Slider was just ok little dry. But the atmosphere was nice.

Very good happy hour here M-F 2:00-5:30. Reasonable prices by Waikiki standards, friendly and attentive staff and good pub grub fare food. Centrally located in the heart of Waikiki, extensive beer list. A must on your itinerary while in Waikiki.

Follow up-went back for lunch. I got the Korean Cheesesteak Sandwich-excellent! My wife got the Kale Salad with shrimp...also very good. Good service at the bar, and they had surfing (haven't seen that in a long time as a mainlander), and the Olympics.

One of the best happy hours in all of Waikiki. They have a lot of items at half off during happy hour. Check out the boneless wings, spinach artichoke dip, chicken lettuce wraps, sliders, and don't forget to have a beer and ask for Brian as your server!!

The yard house has the best hospitality & customer service! I wasn't happy with my meal & they brought it back with no hesitations & fixed it! The chef came out to personally check if the food was to my liking. The manager came out to talk to me & offered me something for the meantime. My sever was the absolute best, shoutout to Ernesto!! I sat outside today & the weather was perfect. Always good time at the Yard House!

Food was very tasty. I had the Korean cheesesteak and let me see it was very unique. Happy hour had many options of foods to choose from and drinks! Service was fast and spot on with everything. It was a little dark inside and some tables were a bit too close for comfort but other than that. It was a great experience.

Haven't been to Yardhouse in years but happy that I stopped in recently. The menu was extensive and ofcourse they have a TON of beers, seltzer, ciders on draft. The wait for a table was about 10 min but the bar and the Hightops behind the bar are open seating so we sat there. They have fall seasonal beers and a Pumpkin spice beer which I loved served with a sugar rim so yummy! The blue cheese and bacon burger was pretty good too! What really made the experience was Ernesto! Our server took excellent care of us and was very friendly and professional. He allowed us to sample a few beers before we decided and that was so nice thank you. Excellent service and great time!

So to start, if you stay at the Embassy Suites Waikiki, you get a 10% discount. Nice little perk of the hotel. Because it is connected to the hotel - easy and fast to get to. Food was excellent tonight. Great portion size and not over- or under-seasoned. We got there at the end of happy hour so the place was a bit busy - our server missed a few items or didn't check on a beer we ordered - which came as we were paying the check...

Burger - not worth it. Extremely overcooked.

Party of 3 on a Thursday night at approximately 7:30. Wait time: we were seated right away. Parking: No business parking. I recommend parking at Hale Koa outdoor lot within walking distance. Street parking is very very limited. Service: our server was quick and friendly. Drinks: They have a huuuuuge selection of beers both local and mainland. Food: The food here is the reason why the rating is only 3 stars. The burger was not cooked to the right temp and tastes dry. Fries tasted old as if they had been sitting under a food lamp for too long. The vampire tacos were lacking in flavor. The chicken sandwich was just okay.

We were warmly welcomed in and as I had a mobility scooter, the hostess put us at a table with room to store the scooter while we ate. It's an open air brew pub with high end finishes and touches, but with overall darker wood tones. Popular music of a wide variety played over the speakers, and I sang along, because, why not; We are on vacation. We ordered sweet potato fries to start, along with the mango cider and the guava cider (I preferred the mango). For lunch we ordered the tacos a la carte. The best by far was the Korean Chicken tacos, although the others were good too. Finally, shout out to our server, Mayz. She was super friendly, energetic, and followed up a few minutes after our food came out, and kept up on out drinks. Yard House has a treasure in her. I would recommend Yard House to anyone who likes elevated pub food with an international flair.

Food: delicious! Ordered the seafood jambalaya, a club sandwich (don't remember the actual name), and noodles (appetizer). Everything tasted awesome!! Service: they were super busy, not our waitress remembered to always check on us. Ambiance: nice and clean! Table turnaround was fast. This place never disappoints!

Food was delicious but it's just overpriced. Got a cheese burger and poke nachos and that alone was almost $50

The fish was perfectly crispy with fresh slaw and really creamy sauces. The tortillas for the tacos tasted very fresh too, which made them even better. Both entrées came with lemon wedges that added a nice bright touch. The fish and chips were great and the fries were perfectly crisp. I still think about the crème brûlée. The texture and caramelized top were spot on. Portions were generous as well. We were staying at a nearby resort so it was an easy walk for us. I read rave reviews on here for the fish tacos so I orderes them and they did not disappoint. The vegan sour cream is so creamy, thr coleslaw is perfectly tangy and crunchy, and the vegan fish is delightful. My husband got the chicken tacos which were hot, in contrast to the fish tacos. They had avocado and a green sauce and we also liked these though the fish were our favorite. The hibiscus lemonade was lovely and refreshing also. The service here is very fast. I went around and looked at the 5offerings... it was easy for me to choose it had to be quick so I ordered at aloha by the slice. single slice with a "twist" I say twist cause initially I wanted Sausage and humbly the worker (Teddy M) expressed nicely that they didn't have sausage and I asked for ham... now remember I wanted the "single" slice with one"topping" and no sausage but ham was available. If many of you follow my reviews... I don't care for Hawaiian pizza.... The last Hawaiian pizza I had was at "Spitfire Grill" in the Dukes lane Market and that got 5stars BECAUSE- it had pork grinds on the Hawaiian pizza - which by the way is really delicious and I found it an epic addition to the pizza The reason for my 5stars this time is because Teddy decided that he give me a Slice of Hawaiian pizza that has the "Ham" & Pineapple on it.... Even when I asked for the single topping slice... he was perhaps going above and beyond ((there was an impending line in back of me)) so he choose to take the slice already made warm it in the wood fire stove then take it and cut in half.... He did this for the right person... me!!!! Happiness to hit one customer with a slice that had two toppings... I will add that I realized this may not go as well for other people... but if your one to understand the food service part of it then you get where my 5stars comes from... Thanks Aloha by the slice... I'll be going back again. (I'm still not a sucker for pineapple on my pizza)

Night 1, ordered slices from Aloha pizzeria and Hashi & Spoon (Karaage). Decent all the way around. Night 2 was strange. Ordered Karaage again (my 4 yo loves chicken). And tried to go to get Mexican food from La Pina, and short of saying I'm ready to order, I tried to make eye contact with any one of the 4 teenagers / young 20yos, to infer as much besides obviously standing in front of the register--they were more concerned with an inside joke between each other to bother with me and my son. After waiting a full minute with still acknowledgment, I counted down from 10 out loud to my son and when I reached zero with still no acknowledgment, I dipped. Maybe that was ok, because the al pastor was the only thing that looked somewhat fresh. Went to Greek grotto instead and boy, you really pay the penalty tax for eating right there in Waikiki. Not only was one of the orders wrong despite asking and the workers correcting each other, the gyro plate was abysmally small. Barely 3 oz of gyro meat. I didn't find out all of this till I opened up the container at our hotel room. Irritated, I couldn't go back because I've got a tired 4 yo. The chicken karaage was slightly burnt, which means the outer crust was a tinge bitter, and mostly cornmeal, totally different from yesterday, which also disappointing. Not coming back. Only giving two stars because the service at Aloha Pizzeria was solid and the pizza crust tasted good even cold the next day.

When I first came here, my friend and I decided to give it a try because we saw the longest line and wanted to see what all the hype was about. There was a couple in front of us who said they come here every time they visit Hawaiʻi and that it's a must-do stop on every trip. When you walk in, it's a small place. You can watch a team member washing the noodles and portioning them into bowls right in front of you. Then you choose your bowl size, small or large, and select your broth. After that, you get to choose from a variety of fried items and other à la carte options displayed on a warmer. Seating can be limited because of how busy this place gets. You line up to get your food, pay for it, grab your condiments, utensils, and a cup of water, then find a seat and enjoy. I've already been here twice, and after writing about my experience, I need to make a third visit happen very soon! There are not enough days off in a week to enjoy all of the amazing food on this island, but I'm going to do my best to experience as many places as I can. This place is totally worth the 45-minute commute from Wahiawa.
