FOOD 5/5 I hadn't been to a Yogurtland since college and was happily reminded of their extensive options of yogurt and toppings. They had a really great selection of toppings for whatever mood I was in from fresh fruit all the way to candy and chocolate. I really just wanted the strawberries in crème but I got a little cheesecake flavored yogurt, and cheesecake bites to top it off, but mostly fresas cremas. It was a DELICIOUS combo. The strawberries were fresh and sweet and the cheesecake bites were the perfect texture and taste. SERVICE The yogurt experts were nice, helpful, and attentive. AMBIANCE It was a clean space with a little indoor and outdoor seating. It was cold inside (which makes sense) so definitely bring a jacket if you want to eat inside, but no complaints. There is a little front patio seating area if you want to eat your yogurt outside. SPECIAL NOTE Location As good as the store and service itself were, it is located in the downtown area that is close enough to the metro station which can have somewhat sketchy characters. I went at night and ate outside with my stepmom and there were A LOT of homeless people nearby. A good experience overall though. read more

When I went to pick up my order. I was told that they gave away my order. Then they remade my order and too forever making it also the man making my order kept walking around with my order all around the store just talking to people with my yogurt in his hands. So unprofessional and was highly disappointed in how careless this man was. Such a shame. Wasted my time and money with this guy just walking around talking to people while just holding my yogurt order mind you no lid on my order at that. I am a paid customer and I was treated as if I wasn't. I will not be ordering here or coming here. Definitely 0 stars if I could on this location. read more

I always go with the original flavor, but they have a lot of different flavors to choose from and a good selection of toppings. The employees are always super cheerful, and eager to help with your toppings. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! The garage underneath the building accessible via either Shatto Pl or Wilshire Blvd has 30 min free parking even though it doesn't say it on the machine when you enter the garage. read more

I came in here yesterday and this guy was at the register I gave him like a few Pennies since my total was like $7. 34 I gave him 20$ and the four cents somehow he got confused and didn't put the Pennie's in the system not only did he rob me from the change I was supposed to get back but he also took the 4 Pennie's and didn't add it to my check. I had an issue with cancelling my Uber Eats order --Uber Eats refused to refund me, claiming the restaurant had already started preparing it. But when I called them, they told me they hadn't started it yet on their end. Even though they weren't sure if Uber Eats would reimburse them, they still allowed me to come pick up the order since I paid for it on Uber eats. The person working that night (wish I could remember his name!) was incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding over the phone. Truly A+ customer service. Yogurtland is my guilty pleasure! I always go for the plain tart topped with mochi, cheesecake bites, and a little cereal. My sister loves hers with almonds, strawberries, and blueberries, and there are plenty of toppings to mix and match. As a addicted froyo enjoyer I was happy there is so many options for toppings unlike what my local froyo spots offer. Shoutout to my man Hameen, brother's customer service was positive. It would be fabulous if they sold drinks & shakes to expand their menu because such company can use the same ingredients to make these ice cream can also use it to make shakes and simply serve it with a straw. One slight complaint I had I had ordered online on Monday 3/24 and the portioning was alright but I had found a piece of black hair in the cup. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! One the employees at the Wilshire and Vermont location was very rude since the moment we walked in he didn't even bother to greet us so i had to ask him for 2 cups. When we were in the line there was a homeless guy in front of us touching everything with his dirty hands and eating yogurt out of a spoon that he found in the trash how disgusting! I did not want to make it a big deal so i just continued standing in the line but then i noticed the employee handling the homeless dirty money with the same gloves that he was gonna touch my cups so i asked him politely if he could change his gloves and he got bothered and rolled his eyes at me, i did not want to make a scene so i told him "you guys gotta pay more attention because the homeless guy was eating yogurt out of machines with a spoon he took out of trash and he looked at me straight in the eyes and said "SO? WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? THEY DO THAT ALL THE TIME. I said "first of all thats not an appropriate way to talk to a customer, second of all you work here so you should be on top of it not me and when i said that he just ignored me. I got really bothered because i've been coming to this location for over 10+ yrs and this is the first time i had such a bad experience so i asked him whats your name since he did not have a name tag and he said "Moises" in a rude tone. I don't know if that was actually his real name or he made it up but then i ask to speak to the store manager and the girl was very polite and she said "Im gonna talk to him" but im not too sure about that because by the way he's treating customers to me it seems he's doing whatever he wants in that store and making his own rules plus i feel like that girl wasn't even the manager because she was way too young maybe just another employee that covers up for him all the time. I've been a regular at this Yogurt Land for some time now. The frozen Yogurt is always great and the fruit is surprisingly fresh. New Flavors come in and out depending on the season, and usually offer that quality taste and variety one needs to keep coming back and not get bored. Despite this, I'm a firm believer that the staff and how they present the product to customers plays a pivitol role in the overall experience of said product. And in this aspect, the shift lead Karla doesn't fail. She is as warm & light hearted as the colorful walls and food which she serves. To be honest, after the previous shift lead Ruby had left, a part of me was sad. It's always a shame when someone who is part of the experience takes off! Update: my second experience with catering was even worse than last time. I ordered catering for 50 though ezcater for 2:30 delivery. At 4, there was still nothing. I called ezcater and they informed me that Yogurtland didn't have any idea that this order existed. Finally I got a text saying my order will be delivered near 5 PM. So unprofessional. What a mess. I went to Yogurtland around 10:30pm tonight. There were a couple machines that didn't have yogurt in them but instead just dripped out liquid whenever I pulled down on them. So, I started trying the machines without my cup beneath them because I didn't want liquid in my cup. As a result, some of the drip pans beneath had liquid dripped on them. As I go to get toppings, one of the employees goes over to the drip pans and yells at the other employee from across the store asking if he cleaned the drip pans already. The employee helping me with toppings replies back saying he did. The employee at the yogurt machines starts raving and yelling that they're all dirty again. He then comes out with a rag and a bottle of cleaner, slams the bottle down and is throwing his arms around. I felt scared for my safety and ran out of there. I then called the shop about 10 minutes later and asked for a phone number or email I would use to make a report about an experience I just had. The employee on the phone said he couldn't give me that information. So, I am here making a report, hoping that a manager sees this and I can feel safe about getting yogurt in the future without any passive aggressive behavior from employees. read more

The set-up was a little jank, some stations were missing signs. Also some of the machines were haphazardly fixed with paper napkins which were strange and a little offputting. I absolutely love frozen yogurt. I don't like this location of Yogurtland. I really hate that this is the only one by my house cause it's not the best. The plain yogurt machine was literally broken for 2weeks. Which is really inconvenient for someone like me who like plain yogurt. The staff had absolutely no idea as to what was wrong with it, if/when it was going to get fixed or if managment even knew about it being broken. (Side note, there were 2+ flavors not working) They don't offer regular Carmel which is kinda weird but not a big deal. Sometimes their granola has almonds in it, sometimes it doesn't. At first i thought some kid dumped all the almonds in the granola but the attendant pulled the box from underneath the counter & it had almonds in it too. How about you stick to not having almonds in it & people who want almonds can add almonds. I will give y'all points for having fresh (nice looking) strawberries since most places never do. read more

Very sweet and cute place to be! I heart Yogurtland! The staff here were very friendly and they are helpful! Brandon was super duper awesome! The facility was clean, not many​ customers​ because it was late at night. This Yogurtland seems to be at a busy intersection because it is close to other businesses and it has the metro entrance close by. They have reward programs with Yogurtland, just have to sign up! And can get free ounces of ice cream, when you spend more money. They have a variety of toppings here and nothing was short. Like​ most of their other locations, the store is designed to be narrow. The plain​ tart is my favorite, other flavors are excellent as well! I didn't use their restroom so I don't have any information on cleanliness. Parking​ could be a walk if parking in the structure​ unless you can directly park outside their store. I am not sure if it is paid to park​ or not because we went late at night and the parking had no restrictions. Overall, I would recommend​ visiting this Yogurtland if you are in the area! read more

Stopped by for our first time here the other night, Saturday night around 9pm It was not busy but a few people here and there, just one employee working. We tried a few flavors, and I settled upon cookies and cream, tahitian vanilla, and birthday cake. They were all good flavors, creamy, not melty or runny, and I was happy with the choices. Now the reason I only give it a three star review is for the toppings. Half the toppings were either gone or wrongly marked. Granted I know what m&ms look like and if the label says "kit cats" I will know the difference, but that is just a bad reflection on the part of the employees. They were also missing quite a few toppings like some fruits and other chocolates and sauces. I tried a brownie and it was completely frozen. I know they don't make fresh brownies but cmon, at least thaw the damn things before putting them out. I put some cheesecake bites which were half frozen and tasted sour. The oreos were also crushed way too much, it turned into powder. The hot fudge and caramel sauce were good. Nothing special, I was always more of a fan of Menchies than other yogurt joints, but considering this is the closest to where I live now, I won't mind coming back. read more
