Michael was kind and honest with his opinion for which I asked. Nice clean place. Definitely that casual atmosphere I like for a Mexican meal. Thanks Yolanda's!!

Al pastor tacos with chips and salsa

I got two al pastor tacos which were pretty good! I would have preferred the pork to be a little more tender, but it was seasoned very well. The chips and salsa were great! The service was nice and quick - it didn't take long to get my food. The restaurant was clean and it wasn't hard to find seating. Parking: I would recommend finding some street parking if it's available because it could be a hassle to validate your parking outside the restaurant. And it's not that bad of a walk through downtown Castle Rock.

Spontaneously came here for lunch and it was wonderful! The people are nice and the food looks beautiful- I had to order to go due to a meeting, I got carne asada, chimichanga and nachos for my family! I'm so happy I found this place they are so delicious and the service is quick and kind

First time to eat here after walking by a million times since we moved here a few years ago. Honestly, not sure the appeal of this place. I guess it's pretty cheap, but I didn't realize it was a poor man's Fuzzy's. Service was friendly enough, but that was about the extent of anything decent. Food was mediocre at best. Chips tasted like they came out of a bag, and salsa was cold and served in a disposable plastic container. None of my three tacos tasted anything other than something you'd get off the $1 menu at Taco Bell. My wife's quesadilla was so greasy, when she picked it up, her hand was glossy and needed to be wiped down. It was food, and as of now, it appeared slightly edible, but it's difficult to give any more credibility than that.

It's a taco place. Good tacos, good pricing. Place seems to always be busy which is great! Wait times are never really too long either.

One thing I advise is lose the lettuce . It takes away from the flavors of your marinated meat.

We were seated quickly, and this was a place where I would give a caution, the benches in the back along the wall are somewhat awkward and there is a place where you can it hurts your bottom when you sit if you sit quickly so sitter beware! Our server was amazing, kind and attentive. She took great care of us throughout the entire encounter. We ordered chips and salsa (the red salsa). My mother-in-law and myself ordered the chili relleno and my husband ordered the special, which was a philly cheese steak burrito. I ordered some chili rice as a side, and my mother in law got the borracha beans. The chips and salsa was perfect. The salsa was spicy and full of flavor. The spice did not overwhelm the flavor and was a delicious addition to the food as well. The chili relleno was absolute perfection. Crunchy coating, thick poblano peppers absolutely full of delicious, melty cheese. The addition of the green chili was a beautiful accompaniment. The borracha beans had a little too much cinnamon in them and it took away from the beans themselves. The chili rice was mediocre, the chili was not pronounced and there was not enough flavor to warrant ordering it as a side in the future. My husband's burrito was another place where there seemed to be an abundance of cinnamon that did not seem to belong. I think it had the same beans in the burrito which made the flavors not well-balanced and somewhat off-putting. The relleno was the star of the show and definitely something that we would come back for though! Overall, this was a good choice and a welcome addition to the Mexican food options in Castle Rock!

From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I was consistently greeted, checked on, and even had the manager come over to introduce himself and see how everything was going. That level of hospitality really sets a restaurant apart. The service felt more like being welcomed into a friend's home than dining out, which was such a refreshing experience. The fajitas were very tasty and delicious--no complaints at all there. The toasted michelada was okay; I might suggest a salted or Tajín rim to enhance the flavor a bit more. The atmosphere had great Mexican vibes that I really enjoyed. Overall, thank you for a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back!

The only downside was that bar service was a bit slow, but it was clear the bartender was working hard and handling a busy crowd on their own. Despite this, the margaritas were made to perfection! The queso blanco is delicious, the salsa is a bit on the runny and mild side, but overall, good.. especially with the fresh, house-made chips. I ordered the fish and shrimp fajitas, and while the seafood was cooked perfectly, the overall dish was a bit under-seasoned and left me wanting more flavor. That said, the menu has so many great options that I'd definitely come back and try something different. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'm looking forward to giving them another visit.

Just…read morenorth of the sprawling Outlet Mall Empire, Cuba Cuba serves up delicious Cuban fare that pleases the palate and stirs the soul. We almost always start with one of their Mojitos that feature fresh limes, mint leaves, and a variety of flavorings. Superbly crafted, these beverages always slake the thirst. We have ordered a variety of entrees including both plates and sandwiches. Our personal favorite is probably the lechon asado which is slow roasted pork shoulder in a garlic mojo that melts in your mouth. The palomilla tradicional is pan-seared NY strip pounded thin and served with sauteed onions and a piquant chimichurri. We also recommend the ropa vieja - shredded beef in a tomato-based creole. Their Sandwich Cubano is a go-to take on the classic Cuban Sammmie. Slow-roasted pork, ham, swiss, mustard, and pickles on pressed Cuban bread is a definite winner. Service is typically prompt and we prefer to sit outside if weather permits. The food here is exceptional and we highly recommend Cuba Cuba !
