I just found my new favorite brunch spot! The cinnamon roll waffle is hands down the best waffle I've ever had. It was literal perfection. I paired it with a side of bacon and a pineapple mimosa. The service was awesome and we sat outside right on the strip which is the best for people watching. I have no complaints about Alexxa's and we will definitely be back!
Made a reservation online for a Sunday dinner to celebrate my daughter's 29th birthday, family of five adults. Parking was free for locals under three hours at the Paris so that's a big plus. We were seated promptly at a nice table outside with an umbrella and misters, great for people watching. Our server Nick, was very nice, and the food was brought out fairly quickly. The lemonade is a lemon drink, the crispy potatoes look delicious, but no spices whatsoever and the pastas were all bland as well. Don't think they have real Italian cooks in the kitchen, because Italians are not afraid to use spices. The mushrooms were delicious and the steaks were very tasty. However, my daughter asked for medium and they brought her medium well. The menu is limited and because of that we would be reluctant to return. Also worth noting is bread is extra $20, no complementary bread service although they do have plates on the table, hoping that you will pay for bread. When you don't order bread, they remove the bread plates. The hostess and Nick did acknowledge my daughter's birthday and also she was treated with a small complementary cake and a candle, so sweet! Beware of the CNF, concession and franchise fee that some restaurants on the strip are putting on bills, which is pure profit for the restaurant. We didn't notice it until we got home and examined our bill, otherwise we would have reduced the size of our tip to offset that fee.
We came to Alexxas's around the time they opened, without realizing, and the restaurant was empty inside while the outside was packed! I was so confused why it was so empty until I realized we came literally at the time they opened. It then started picking up and I saw multiple people coming and getting sat inside. Andrew was our server and he was ok. He was very quiet, not happy and didn't seem too willing to help when we'd ask him any questions. He got kinda annoyed and sassed us. Maybe he was having an off day, but I wasn't very happy with his service... :( I ordered a hot coffee and their coffee was good. They offer free refills. My friend got an iced coffee with vanilla and then found out they had matcha, so she got their iced matcha and loved it! We both got the chicken and waffles and it was tasty. The chicken came out crispy and the waffles were so warm. I give it a solid 8/10. They have a house made specialty syrup with these and that was deliciousss. The chicken and waffles also come with a spicy sauce but we asked for that on the side. I tried it and didn't want to add it to my food but it normally comes on top. The atmosphere and environment of the restaurant was beautiful. It's right on the strip and their outside patio has wonderful strip views. If it wasn't a bit chilly we would've sat outside. They're also connected to the Paris hotel, so after breakfast we decided to take a walk around Paris. Thank u for a delicious breakfast!
We got the steak, grilled branzino, Bolognese pasta, and a French martini. Everything was cooked really well and tasted great. A few dishes leaned a little oily, but nothing that took away from the meal. The French martini was a standout and probably one of the best cocktails I had all weekend. The only downside was that service felt a bit slower compared to some of the other restaurants we visited. We waited a little over 15 minutes before someone came by to take our order. That said, once the order was in, the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and we never felt completely forgotten. The view is great, and being right next to the Strip gives the restaurant a lively energy. It is definitely on the louder side, but that's part of the atmosphere. Overall, a great option if you're looking for a solid meal close by.
I went here for dinner tonight with coworkers (we are in town for a convention) and everything was very good. The food was like 5/5 from me and the service was maybe 4/5; however, it's a very loud space hence why I'm docking it a star. My boss has dined outside there before too and said it's actually even louder. I had the Verona Sour cocktail, which was good but not as peachy-tasting as I was hoping, and the Filet Medallions Marsala, medium rare. The medallions were delicious - I think I maybe forgot it came with risotto, which is hit or miss for me, and I really enjoyed that too. For dessert we ordered the tiramisu and presentation plus taste was excellent. Additionally, prices here are not bad for the Strip - my cocktail was $18 and meal was $50, but they had some pastas for $25-30 I believe. Overall, I would return to this restaurant, as everything was very tasty.
This restaurant is located inside Paris Las Vegas and offers both indoor seating and outdoor seating along the Strip. We dined on a busy Saturday night, and despite how crowded it was, the service was excellent. Our server, Janet, was pleasant, attentive, and did a great job keeping up with her tables. The atmosphere inside is lively and energetic, but the music was so loud that it was difficult for us to hear each other during dinner. We ordered the balloon bread with three dipping sauces, lobster bisque, oysters, branzino, crispy potatoes, crispy Brussels sprouts, and a Wagyu burger. The balloon bread and crispy Brussels sprouts were the highlights of the meal for me. The branzino was also very good. The biggest disappointment was the oysters. The oyster meat was extremely small, and when we pointed it out to our server, she agreed. I'm surprised the kitchen would send them out that way. If some are that small, they should at least be balanced with a few larger oysters. I would not order them again. My cousin wasn't particularly impressed with her Wagyu burger, although I have to admit it looked delicious. The crispy potatoes were another letdown. I expected them to be crispy throughout, but only parts of them were crisp while the rest were soft. We asked Janet if that was intentional, and she said that's how they're prepared. Personally, I think crispy potatoes should actually be crispy all over. One thing that caught us off guard was a $10.79 CNF fee that was automatically added to our bill. We were not informed of it beforehand, which was disappointing, and required by law. A heads-up from the restaurant would have been appreciated. Overall, the service was the strongest part of the experience, along with a few standout dishes, but there were enough misses that I would be selective about what I order if I return.
(3.5/5) We really wanted to love this place, but it ended up being just okay. We came here for a birthday dinner, and unfortunately the biggest miss of the night was the birthday girl's steak. She ordered it medium and it came out very well done. The staff was apologetic and absolutely tried to make it right, but by the time the replacement came out, the rest of us had already finished our meals. It's hard to recover from that, especially when you're celebrating a special occasion. My boyfriend and I shared the balloon bread, a salad, beef carpaccio, and the famous 40-layer lasagna. The balloon bread was definitely the star of the show and something special. The sides that came with it were delicious too. The beef carpaccio was good, the salad was fine but nothing memorable, and the lasagna was enjoyable. That said, I might get my foodie card revoked for this, but I'm kind of a Stouffer's girl. Overall, it was a good meal, but for the price point and being in Vegas, I feel like there are so many amazing dining options that this one didn't quite live up to the hype for us. More than anything, I was disappointed that the birthday girl didn't get to enjoy her dinner with the rest of the table. Not bad by any means, just not a place we'd rush back to on our next Vegas trip.
I came here during restaurant week with my girlfriend, and it was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was fantastic and she had the most amazing recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were very large considering it was restaurant week. The Bellagio fountains in the background are just a nice added bonus to the beautiful view of the strip. I would absolutely recommend coming back for a date night!
We are joining to say goodbye and wish someone the best! We gather over drinks and food to celebrate life and all the best of luck! We are going fancy, this restaurant is the perfect for celebrating! Come to Paris for dinner and enjoy oneself. We made a reservation, one never knows and sat on the patio. We were able to see the Eiffel Paris Tower all lit up while we toasted under it . What's good truly it's delicious! The menu is primarily high end Italian! It's easy enough to order. For example if you need help, the server is amazing! We orders and everyone shares but our primary dinner was chicken and fettuccine with garlic bread. The bread was the best . It was cooked to perfection! The beef spare ribs! All delicious. The meat falls off the bones! If you were not hungry yet, we have to dessert. The calories don't count! We had these lemon custard puffs. It had raspberry jam and whipped cream along the side . The tiramisu is delicious too. The tiramisu's cake here is not as sweet as most. Highly recommended! Life is sweet and short! Let's make it easy and fun celebrating love and new memories . A friend recommended this place. It has great views of the strip and was super busy even on a weekday lunch. They have a lot of crowds coming through for sure! it was good to get a reservation beforehand. Food was great! We had the bubble bread and I had the Chesapeake benedict. Amazing!!! The only negative part of the whole experience was that it took nearly 15 minutes from when we were seated to finally see a waiter. We eventually started staring at any of them coming around to other tables to make sure they didn't forget us. It should not have taken that long.
Connected to the Paris Hotel, this place has stunning views of the Bellagio's water show, especially if you sit on the patio. Our servers were all very personable, made sure we had everything we needed and that everything came out perfectly. Avocado and burrata toast on a croissant was a great spin on a brunch classic. Cannoli pancakes were absolutely decadent. Pancakes were soft with cannoli cream layered between each pancake. We loved this place we came back for lunch later on the trip! The wagyu French dip was also delicious. Super tender beef with a light crunch from the outside of the roll, and plenty of drippings for dipping. This was my favorite breakfast/brunch place we went to during our short stay on the Strip. A must try for anyone looking for delicious food and tasty drinks at a reasonable price for the enormous portion sizes!
Came in for brunch and sat at the bar with a couple of friends. They were slammed for a Friday morning, I was super surprised, but the bar has open seating. Our bartender was amazing and took such good care of us. He was super friendly. I decided not to order brunch and got the rigatoni and it was sooo good. We also got the bread to start with the hummus, too and that was rather delicious. My friends got bottomless and our bartender was awesome and kept the pours coming. He was great! I definitely would order the rigatoni again. It was delightful and had a little kick to it. I love this spot for an affordable lunch or dinner on the Strip.

I think this could be my favorite restaurant ever. Went there a few months back and forgot to do the review. Service was top. We had two servers and they were both attentive. We ordered their bread that has air and then it desinflates and it came with three dips. Loved the honey one. I had the fettuccini and it was sooo good. Good amount, and taste. My mom had a pasta with mushroom and loved the sauce. We ate inside but the doors were open and you could see the strip while eating. Even though doors were open it wasn't too hot or too cold. I am not a fan of tiramisu but I had theirs and loved it. Also, we went on a Sunday evening without a reservation and were able to get a table quickly. read more

It's been awhile but Alexxas has turned into our go to brunch spot anytime we are in Vegas. This spot is always busy especially for brunch so like I have said before if you have just 2 of you or 3 and there is a long line just go to the bar and see if there are seats open and then you don't have to wait in the line to get a table. The guy behind the bar has been there for years and super insightful of the menu. This time we went with the banana bread to start which was melt in your mouth good! I decided to just go with a classic breakfast because after a few long days it sounded like the comfort breakfast I needed. If you come here you have to get the bottomless mimosas because one why not, two it is worth the cost for how much drinks are! read more

We visited Alexxa's for brunch on our last day in Vegas, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. Our server, Joey, greeted us almost immediately and was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout our meal. He made several recommendations, and every one of them was spot on. I ordered an espresso martini, and Joey let me know I could have a custom image printed on the foam--it turned out amazing and was such a fun, unique touch. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was vibrant with an incredible vibe. From the outstanding service to the quality of the food and drinks, everything exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a 12/10 experience. We went to Alexxa's for brunch as a post 40-birthday celebration for my son. The atmosphere was gorgeous!! The food was excellent! Party of five, we ordered the brioche toast, potatoes, eggs, omelette, fettuccine, fresh fruit, and coffee. It was all delicious!!! Our servers were Louie and Ariel. Louie was a sweetie-pie. He told us he was one week into his job but you could not tell!! He kept checking on us throughout the meal. He had wonderful table-side manners and is clearly a great addition to Alexxa's. Ariel was also amazing and checked on us. Unexpectedly, my daughter connected with another staff member, DJ Barcelo and he cemented our enjoyment of the meal! He was so engaging and friendly and felt like family. It was my husband's and my first time here but not for my kids, but we will definitely be back!! read more

I have not been to this place since they turned it into an Italian restaurant. First off, if it's not too hot sit on the patio it has great views of the Bellagio fountains. Our server was duper nice and attentive which was a pleasant surprise because it was busy. Overall, food wasnt bad. I have definitely had better Italian food, but not bad and the prices weren't terrible. read more

I enjoy dining a Alexxa's and look forward to dining there on each trip to Vegas. This is one of my favorite restaurants. The restaurant was crowded, but we were seated quickly and had a great view of the Bellagio fountain. The ambience is classy, romantic, bright, and elegant. The cold pressed orange juice was the star of the meal for me. We enjoyed traditional breakfast foods for brunch, but I did not enjoy the crab cake. The crab cake was too saturated and surprisingly fishy. I will avoid that item the next time. read more

I had stayed at one of the hotels on the LV strip during my trip & would walk past often. The restaurant definitely catches your eye & the smell of the restaurant as well. My partner and I had a craving for pasta so we had decided to stop by and order the Alfredo and the spicy shrimp mafalde. Along with truffle fries, and some drinks. I will say the truffle fries were phenomenal, the best truffle fries I have tried! We also tried the garlic bread, I thought it to be a little too tough to bite & seemingly came out extra toasted but it had a good garlic flavor. The pasta was fine however the presentation for all the dishes and drinks were amazing! Overall there was good service. Staff were helpful with suggestions and would check in periodically. Me and my family came here for a dinner close to the holidays while staying at Paris for our annual trip. We came around 7:30 as a walk-in, and they were able to seat us fairly quickly without a reservation. There were still reservations open at 7:45 on OpenTable at 7:30 if needed for anyone that wants to save on waiting. (+ Ambience = Positive) The ambience is great and one of the big points of the restaurant. It's located at the front of Paris with floor to ceiling windows that looks out to the Bellagio water show which you can watch. (- Service = Heavy Negative) Definitely was excited to continue our dinner here, but here's where I have to talk about the bad... The staffing ratio to diners is... not the best. We got seated and waiting for a while before we got our menus and additionally our orders. Unfortunately, it took an entire hour to go from ordering our food to getting our entrees. We had enough down time that there were two tables close to us that received their orders (appetizers, entrees, and dessert) during this entire waiting process and paid for their dinners before we got our items. I really think that their staffing ratio was a problem as our waiter was running a very large section of the restaurant itself. (+ Food = Positive) The food was good! Everything aside, it's really excellent italian food including the Branzino and the Parmigiana. Often times, I'm afraid of getting Chicken Parmigiana, but this place makes them really well without being dry. Overall, I really wish our service had been better that night, but it unfortunately drew back heavily on our experience. I'd go for the food and the ambience, but I don't know if I'll be back due to service. read more

Alexxa's is located in the Paris Hotel. Go to the right when you walk into the hotel. Went for dinner and Alexxa's didn't disappoint- definitely check them out! Great for a nice date nice or group dinner. Ask for patio seating and you'll get to watch the Bellagio water show. If it's cold outside, they do have warmers. Service is great. Quick and attentive. All the food we ordered was so delicious. This was the best crab cake I've ever had. The oysters were also a good appetizer to share. Our main dishes were so good! read more

Nice spacious restaurant with a patio facing The Strip. The bartenders and servers are very friendly and professional. The food is very good with large portions. However, I did meet a stiff arm when I wanted to make substitutions with sides that accompanied the main dish. I ordered the steak medallions and they arrived perfectly cooked with delicious Brussels sprouts and Risotto. The steak is a 3.5, Brussels sprouts were a 5, and the risotto a 4. However, the garlic bread is a solid 5! Restaurants on The Strip are pricey perhaps for survival but Alexa's is worth the cost. read more

We are here when we were staying at the horseshoe. The 40 layer lasagna was good, however it needed more sauce and meat. The flavor profile was great and the garlic bread you get with the meal is really good and had the perfect balance of garlic and butter. The burger was so good, you can tell they use quality meat. It is definitely a must try. The service was great, i recommend eating on the outside Terrance to watch people passing by while you dine. read more

We got a table tucked away for in the corner without reservations for lunch. I got the lobster asparagus omelette with mixed fruit and hollandaise sauce. There was plenty of lobster, and the omelette was light - as I had the sauce on the side. The place was bustling and full of sunshine due to the large windows. We chose Alexxa's at the Paris Hotel for dinner while visiting Las Vegas. It was a gorgeous warm night so we sat outside with a view of the Bellagio fountains. Dinner and a show. The restaurant has a large indoor dining area and large outdoor patio with umbrellas for shade. Our server was Ryan and he was engaging and friendly. We ordered a bottle of Italian chianti and shared three items off the menu. First was the wagyu beef carpaccio appetizer with cubes of gorgonzola polenta, scallion crema, endive and parmesan. It was very good but could have had more beef because it was so very thin that it was just a mouthful. I did like the cubes of polenta. I wouldn't order this again for the quantity and price point. Next we shared two entrees, the branzino and the lasagna. The branzino had a crispy skin with a lemon caper sauce, so moist and flaky. The lasagna was just not any old lasagna - it was Alexxa's 40-layer lasagna that was probably the best lasagna I've eaten. FORTY layers for those in the back of the room! The entrees were generous in size, especially the lasagna. Don't miss that lasagna. Order it for the table to share. read more

Our last breakfast before leaving Vegas and the first time trying this place. The drunk were not the best. My husband did not care for his Bloody Mary and my drink that I tried instead of a mimosa was refreshing but for 17, not worth the price. Our meal for Vegas pricing and portions were great. Our server was super nice and attentive. We had two kids and were able to get a spot outside facing the strip so it was nice to relax and enjoy a meal. We would return again. read more

My group and I had a positive experience here. Attentive service and good location right on the strip. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The brunch menu had good variety. I ordered the margarita pizza which was delicious. Though a little bit too toasted for me. The one odd thing is that the staff walked by around 230 PM and took the salt & pepper shakers off the tables. We were not done eating. We asked for the salt & pepper back, they gave it back. Another server walked by 5 minutes later and took them again without asking us. It felt odd to do this since we were still eating and the restaurant wasn't closed. Dined here on 7/18/2026 for a 945pm reservation for 3. Our appetizer took 30 minutes to get to us and the excuse was that they dropped it and had to remake it. Spinach and artichoke dip took 30 mins!!! But we weren't even told the reason for the delay until they brought it out. If there is a delay, that should be communicated right away, not when the food comes out after an inexcusable extended period of time. Strike 1 Then they brought 2 of our 3 entrees out and my husbands food took another 30 minutes on top of that, and it didn't even come until they asked if something was wrong with my food because I hadn't touched it. I told them I won't eat my meal unless my husband has his too and its been almost 30 minutes. Then the waitress comes back and says, "I'm sorry, its my fault, I forgot to push the button for his food". So she never even put his order in!!!! Thats strike 2. Then when they brought our check, she asked if the food was ok because I didn't touch much of my food, I explained I was tired after having to wait over an hour to eat because she forgot to put my husbands food in and all I got was a "oh no, im sorry". Seemed extremely dismissive that she ruined our dinner experience. Strike 3 Then the one that pissed me off even more was when we put in our reservation, I let them know it was for my sons birthday and they didn't even acknowledge his birthday, NOTHING AT ALL....just handed us the check. The manager came over and thanked my husband for his service, but apparently the waitress didn't inform him of her mess up so nothing was done to rectify it. At that point, I just wanted to leave because I was about to lose it on her. $190 for 3 meals, 1 of which was cold already because it sat there while I waited for my husbands food to come, and then my husbands took more than 30 minutes to come out after the first 2 dishes were delivered, the price doesn't match the experience. The fact that she can admit that it was her fault that my husbands food took an hour because she forgot to put the order in, then make the excuse that she's had a rough day as if that excuses her poor quality of service and then think that her mess up doesn't require some sort of rectifying, it's infuriating. I honestly feel like we were singled out because the humongous group (non-minority people) were all checked on multiple times, food came before ours even though they were seated after us, it's ridiculous. How does a party of over 9 people get their food before a party of 3?????? And then for my son to choose this place for his birthday dinner only for them to not even acknowledge that it's his birthday, it's dumb. I would not recommend this place if they allow their servers to come to work when their personal lives are affecting the quality of their service. I would be 100% surprised if they even reach out to me to fix this and if they do, I will update my review. Until then, this stays. read more

We came here for Brunch. The beignet's with a lemon custard like dipping sauce was delicious! A must try! I had a breakfast plate with eggs, delicious hash browns, Chicken apple sausage and toast. It was unfortunate that I could not get the pancakes because I wanted to try. It was the Brunch menu. I could have had one more sausage to make perfect. 2 links were so delicious I wanted more!! Yea!! 10/10 experience! Obviously when you're in Vegas, up all night (morning), partying...you're not really expected good food. Well!!! Alexxa's changed that for me!! Their brunch was top tier that I went 2 days in a row!! Because I was new to the establishment, I asked the server "what's best on the menu". He was so excited and couldn't even choose!! LOL! So, I played it safe eh first time and went with Chicken and Waffles! YEEESSSS! It was absolutely delicious! And I know this is crazy but the syrup was so freaking good! The cute little latte they made me was cute and delicious as well. The next day, I was stoked and got there early! I chose the omelette and that was really good too!! Table side Caesar Salad? Count me in! Balloon bread? With three different spreads...I'll take two! My dad found this little gem of a restaurant and had to take us to try it. The service was great! The food was delicious. We will definitely be making our way there next time we are in Vegas. I was a little sad cause they were setting up for the race the have in Vegas sorry I don't know the name...but if that wasn't there the restaurant also has a wonderful view of the Bellagio and its fountains. read more

One of our top places to eat while visiting Vegas. Service is always 10/10 Ambiance is beautiful seating of the chair can be uncomfortable. One thing I have to bring up is, ordering the Caesar salad (you must order 2) to eat a salad you like I don't appreciate why you have to order 2 salads & get a presentation of someone making your salad, to enjoy a salad you want! All we would have liked is 1 salad to share which was more than enough on our plates. Also did not ask for my salad to be taken away from my table, the gentleman didn't bother asking if i was done. We were sat immediately, within view of the bellagio fountains. The pasta I ordered was delicious, including the garlic bread. My husband enjoyed the margarita pizza + pepperoni. Service was great as well! 100/10 will be back! read more

If we do brunch, do we only order cocktails from the brunch menu or can we do any type of cocktails?
You can order any type of cocktails.
Will they make espresso martinis?
Absolutely!! They can even put your picture on it.
Where can we park?
It's in Paris, so maybe pay to park or look for pay to park areas on the strip and walk over.
Is breakfast served all day?
Our breakfast / brunch service runs till 2:45pm daily.
Can order off the HEXX menu as well?
Yes for brunch but not during dinner or late night.
Is the Alexxa patio a good place to see the Bellagio Fountains?
Yes absolutely! It’s directly across the street!
Is there unlimited mimosas? If so For how long?
Yes, we were seated at our table at 11:15 and didn't leave till sometime after 2pm. They did not rush us at all. We just kept drinking mimosas. :)
Do you need reservations?
No reservations are needed. You can walk in anytime to be seated.
