Always see people dining outside when passing by so we were lucky to get a table on the edge to have a full view of the Strip. It would've been nice to see the Bellagio water show but with F1 coming to town, it was blocked off. So many breakfast and lunch items and decided I had to get the rigatoni alla vodka which came with sausage, sun dried tomatoes and basil. Beautiful restaurant for brunch. The service was super slow, were seated and after 30 minutes of waiting I told my coworker I was ready to leave.. just then our server Steven showed up. He asked us what we ordered to drink and I replied nothing apparently his assistant was supposed to come over to see if we wanted coffee. I notice details. I asked to change some of the table décor -- they did it right away. I asked for a vase for the flowers -- that one didn't happen, but they made up for it with a nice touch: a complimentary birthday dessert for the guest of honor. I substituted bacon for chorizo and highly recommend it. What to stay away from? High priced items like branzino and steak. It is minor league at best and they don't really care how you say you want it (medium rare was the steak request), it comes medium-well to well done. And it was more like a salt-lick than a steak. The branzino was about 3 bites worth. And if your potatoes are listed as "crunchy potatoes," shouldn't they be...crunchy? At least a little? Soggy soggy soggy. Came here on a Sunday night. We were seated promptly and given waters that were refilled often throughout the night. We were also checked on multiple times. We ordered the balloon bread, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and chicken parmigiana. The food took a while to come. The balloon bread was spectacular and honestly one of the highlights of my entire Las Vegas trip. When it came, the server walked us through the sauces. Great service! The bread is definitely like a balloon, there's really nothing inside it once you pop it. The sauces it came with were yummy, especially the romesco sauce. The romesco sauce was very rich with flavor and the chopped peanut garnish that came with it added a nice crunch. The honey butter was soft and creamy and the black pepper accented it nicely. I'm not a big connoisseur of hummus but to me it was good and flavorful. The sauce to bread ratio is a lot, but they offer bread refills for $5. The Alfredo was very creamy and flavorful The noodles stayed firm throughout the meal. Not too many thoughts because it was my dad's meal but he liked it a lot. The chicken parmigiana is a pretty big serving, so I shared with my mom. I thought the chicken wasn't very standout. The meat was a little dry or overcooked and there isn't a lot of sauce on top. The pesto portion isn't very special, but the marinara was very good. The presentation is also very beautiful. The aglio e olio was very good. It was super buttery and the lemon accents paired beautifully. It was served super hot and stayed hot for the whole course of the meal. It was a little too oily, but otherwise amazing.
