    Meat omelette with cheese. Yeah!

I don't know what's happened to this place in the last five years but it's gotten super super busy and super super terrible. The service was great. Our server was wonderful. The food though? Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could post a picture live to this review so you could see my Omelet. Hashbrowns were so greasy couldn't eat them bacon get this bacon on the kids meal was so greasy that my granddaughter couldn't eat it. No My wife's meal I can't even tell you that I know how bad it was, but she took three bites and sent the rest over. Didn't want to bring them home. Zero out of five stars. We will not be back. #GreatServerThough.

Crab Eggs Benedict and side of bacon

The food is very soggy. The bacon was not enjoyable because of how greasy and salty it is, very low quality I ordered the crab eggs, Benedict and I'm wondering where the crab is? I barely see any in it but it's definitely not worth getting. I swear it charged so much for a single plate because they overloaded with potatoes. But I mean, really, who eats this much potatoes?? The first waitress, who asked me for my drink order caught an attitude because I didn't wanna drink anything. Then another gentleman asked me what I wanted to drink where I told him that someone had already asked me, but I just wanted to order food. I won't be coming back

Waited about 30mins for a seat. Our waiter was nice but took a while to get our food. A table next to us with large party ordered after us but received their meals before us. Weird. Plus the biscuits took long, got ours after we finished our food. Forgot to take pic bc I wanted to leave. My veggie omelette was tasteless & veggies were chunky. I dunno how anyone can mess up an omelette but they did. Now I realize why we haven't been here for a while.

Saturday morning around 9:45am- waited about half an hour to get seated Saw empty tables but they were not fast to be filled. After seated had to wait a while for our server to came (I think they are understaffed for the amount of customers they are getting in) We asked for water with no ice but they all came with ice which we didn't say anything since we can see our server is very busy. The coffee flight- don't do it. It's sooo watery and taste like sadness Chicken fried steak was good, the pancakes are good too... the hash brown looked good but had burnt taste to it (I love golden brown hash browns and the crispy brown, but usually you don't get this burnt taste like here...) The kids meal bacon, you can see in the picture one is clearly burnt- disappointed they would still put that on the plate when the one next to it is clearly in way better shape Biscuits and gravy was ok, nothing special to it. Overall I would not recommend coming here. They are very busy and long lines to get seated but food is just ok and on the expensive side Tip: if you follow/ like them on Facebook you can get coupons on messenger to get: free kids meal, $10 off or free cinnamon roll offers!

We decided to go here for a breakfast brunch. The wait was really fast, less than 10 mins. The host and server was amazing, they made sure they were quick, positive and made sure we were taken care of. We really enjoyed the pancakes, the chicken and the omelette. The hash was pretty good, I loved it loaded. I didn't like the breakfast steak at all, the steak was really bad. Hence the 4 stars. I'd come back though for the others.

*vegan review* We came here on a busy holiday with my whole family while they were in town and they were still able to get all 7 of us seated within 30 minutes - a great start! The waitress we had was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the menu, including vegan options. Hubby and I ordered the vegan breakfast burrito and the vegan French toast and it was all SO GOOD. Seriously, tiny but mighty selection for vegans. My meat-eating family all really enjoyed their food too. Will definitely come back!

I really like this place. This is my second visit here. Mostly wed's I have an hr to kill so I stop in here for a snack. First time I had built my own( BYOB... cute). One egg, sausage links, one biscuit n gravy. I think they gave me two eggs tho.. that was a lot! Yeah I also had a waitress named Rene (my name too) and she signed me up for rewards. So I'm ready now. The second visit I just had the cinnamon roll. Wow it looked good. It's made in a sheet pan so it's square and yummy. Prob cause they also make Cinnamon roll French toast here. Sounds good right?? This is a quiet place to hang out but hard to get into here in their lot. Definatly a place to revisit.

Vegan southwest delight, even vegan butter

This is my current favorite breakfast place around, I drive really far and meet my friend for an exercise class nearby just for an excuse to stop off here for a delicious meal afterwards. It's open early, it's got plenty of parking, portions are huge and I leave really happy. I actually first discovered it in another state and was ecstatic to realize we had our own location (only one so sad), but do also seek this out in Oregon or Arizona. What makes it the best to me is that they offer a vegan menu (currently only 3 items, but used to be a lot more) and they have items that appeal to those who do not have special dietary needs. I absolutely love the vegan southwest delight and say it is my intention to eat my way thru the other menu items on subsequent visits, but can never seem to bring myself to try anything else as this is so delicious. Its the little things that stand out to me, like that you can get vegan cheese/vegan butter/vegan sour cream, although now I realize I have never actually inquired about creamer. Everything tastes so delicious, it's worth the busy weekend morning wait. This is the kind of place where even though it's busy, its not so loud you can't talk to your table mates and you still get fast and efficient service. I love it here and wish they would open another one closer to me.

Yum! I've seen this lil' Cafe for years, and finally gave it a try. I'm usually a girly who needs the food, as well as the ambiance to be amazing, but biscuits gets a pass for what it's worth! I ordered the almond French toast, with scrambled eggs and bacon. I forgot to tell the waitress extra crispy for my bacon (the only way I'll do pork) but, to my surprise it was served perfectly crispy... just the way I like it! Now, let's get into the ALMOND French toast... omg! Probably close to the best French toast I've had in a long time. Every bite had me thinking about when I could squeeze in another visit, and I was still there! My bestie ordered the chorizo omlete with pancakes. I looked at her plate mid conversation, and it was just about gone! She said it was delicious. We ordered the mimosa bucket ($35) and didn't know what to expect. It came with 5 mini champagne bottles with our choice of two juices. Each bottle was enough to fill a champagne glass twice, so... we stayed there for about two hours enjoying ourselves. The ambiance is nothing special. Ask for a booth to feel a little more "private". Our waitress was great! She laughed and joked with us, and checked on us often to make sure we were OK. Family friendly, reasonable pricing (we spent about $75)

The food was wonderful! We visited on a Tuesday morning, and even though there was just one person handling the tables and seating, she did such a great job making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The atmosphere was bright and open, yet still cozy, and everything was spotless. It felt very welcoming, and I'm already looking forward to coming back!

The Federal Way Light Rail Extension is coming along nicely. Cruising down I-5 I saw a dusting of snow on rooftops and newly planted baby trees along the freeway. Came here for breakfast. The host was friendly and so was our server. Pretty spacious and accommodating for large parties. Portions were big. The sourdough toast was pretty good. I made sure I got the brand name before I left since they sold it there. Wheat Montana. I don't know if their biscuits are good. I didn't try it. I'm assuming that they taste good since it's the name of the restaurant. I'm not from the South and I'm not about to cause a debate with my inexperienced opinion on biscuits. I'll leave it to the experts, haha I noticed they are flight-centric: Coffee, Bacon & French Toast. I suppose these are good options when dining as a group. Convenient place to swing by since it's close to Pac Hwy and the I-5/Hwy 18 interchange.

Kids breakfast. One pancake, one egg, and two pieces of bacon. More than enough for any little one.
    Valerie V.

Food was awesome. Restaurant itself was nice and clean. And our waitress was really nice but I had to minus a star because I guess they just got a new system and our waitress was still getting used to it and she forgot my sons fruit and when we asked for separate checks, I got charged for the wrong thing. Otherwise, I would totally recommend this place if you're looking for a classic "mainland" breakfast. (We're from Hawaii and we eat everything with rice there but this place didn't have rice. IYKYK)

Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. No complaints at all about what came out of the kitchen. Now... the rest of the experience. We were seated about 30 minutes after our reservation time, which on Valentine's Day I understand can happen. It's busy. It's high volume. But when you take reservations, there's an expectation that timing is at least somewhat respected. Then we were placed at a table about 18 inches from a side door. I'm not exaggerating when I say if I moved my arm out even slightly, I hit the wall. The table next to us was less than two feet away. On a night that's supposed to feel intimate, it felt cramped and rushed. Not romantic. Not relaxed. Just tight. It honestly felt like too many reservations were accepted for the space available. I get maximizing a holiday, but there has to be a balance. Capping reservations and planning seating a little better would've made a big difference in the overall experience. Again, the food? Strong. The atmosphere that night? Way too packed for comfort. If the seating had matched the quality of the kitchen, it would've been a top-tier Valentine's dinner. I reached out directly to the restaurant and after my email was read numerous times between now and then with no response, I am leaving this review.

I've had about 5 burger at J Macs over the years and none have impressed me. I just found out the Renton location closed and I also believe they had a Lynnwood location which also is gone, leaving this lone establishment. We changed it up and decided to try Happy Hour. This is the best Happy Hour menu I have seen in recent memory. Solid selection and reasonable prices. I went with the Potato Skins and I have to tell you, they were the largest skins I've ever seen making it a killer deal. Unfortunately, the flavor just wasn't there. Not enough bacon and I would have rather had ranch instead of sour cream. I think Black Angus has the best Potato Skins around now that Claim Jumpers is gone and unless they changed the menu, they are available for Happy Hour there. Again, the skins here did not impress, but the price and portion blew me away, so these guys are going to get 4 stars from me. Jimmy's and Billy's may have the same owner, but the recipes differ, I think Billy is more flavorful and consistent, but you get more meat selections at Jimmy's. Good news is they are only a couple miles apart. So choose wisely and enjoy either way.

It was so hard to decide what to order, so we ordered several small plates (Brisket nachos, Wings, Brisket tacos, fries, and mac and cheese, along with the complimentary cornbread). To our surprise, everything came out so quickly. This was probably the fastest service I've ever had at a restaurant. The servers who delivered our food were friendly and welcoming as well. My brother and I are huge steak fans and frequently go to Seattle Metropolitan Grill, Melrose, and Asaderos, and we were both blown away by the ribeye and porterhouse we ordered. It was moist, tasty, and pricing was awesome. The rest of our party share the same sentiment for their steaks (my mom also loved her lobster tails) and we all plan to come back for Father's Day. We were the only people in the dining room for lunch the entire time until our last 10 mins. This restaurant is inside a casino in Fife. Parking is interesting, and the casino itself is in the middle of a reno so it looks a bit messy but otherwise it is fine. Kudos to them for trying to make the outside section nice because the view kind of kills it. Pros - it's a very nicely designed space. The hostess and our waitress were so nice and welcoming, even giving me a stool for my bag (and it wasn't even my fanciest bag lol!) Overall, the restaurant is nice, the food seems to be mostly fresh and good quality and service was nice. I actually quite enjoyed my ribeye, despite our broccolinni having no almonds, as stated on the menu. My affogato was good, and the cake frosting and flavors were good. Cons - I say these with love...but we both feel the kitchen was not up to par, or the main chef was off, or something happened because there were quite a few mishaps during our visit. The appetizers were good, but the scallops needed salt and I would not pair them with pineapple, personally. The calamari weren't the most tender, and the breading was interesting - it's definitely not your typical breading, it suited a fish and chips dish better. The sweet and spicy sauce served with it is from trader Joe's...I know because I've bought it before, so I don't believe it's house made. Like I previously stated, the broccolinni was missing the almonds, and the carrots on the side that I ordered for $13 were so embarrassing that the waitress came back after serving us and told us that she spoke to the manager and got those off our bill. That's how ridiculous they were, so thank you to her for having good values at work. While I liked my steak, it was very, very fatty, and my husband asked for medium rare and definitely got medium well. Lastly, the pink champagne cake was disappointing, not because it was yucky, but because the cake itself was clearly days old, and had been freshly frosted. It was tough, dry and stale, while the frosting was fresh and light. Overall, I can see coming back but I'm in no rush due to the price/location/overall food.

We booked a reservation at Ms. Jane's for date night, and I'll admit the concept had me curious…read more Fine dining inside a bingo hall is either a stroke of genius or a dare someone actually followed through on. Turns out it's the former, at least in atmosphere. The service was genuinely lovely from start to finish. The host, server, and table assistants were warm and attentive. No notes there. We went with the ribeye prix fixe, which felt like the obvious call given that Ms. Jane's has built its reputation around it. The menu included a salad, two ribeyes with mashed potatoes and broccoli, and dessert for $150 plus wine. The salad was beautiful and delicious. It just could've used some cheese, and I will die on that hill. The mashed potatoes were legitimately outstanding and nearly redeemed the entire evening on their own. The broccoli was fine. Broccoli is always just fine. Then there were the ribeyes. They were enormous, beautifully presented, and unfortunately not much else. Both cuts had an excessive amount of fat and lacked the depth of flavor you'd expect from a restaurant that's staked its identity on this one dish. We make better steaks at home, which is not something you want to be thinking about after dropping $150 before wine. Dessert closed things out on a high note. A chocolate and vanilla mousse topped with genuinely delicate whipped cream. In the moment we told ourselves we'd come back and try something else. A few days of reflection later, that enthusiasm cooled but it didn't disappear entirely. The service was too good, the mashed potatoes too memorable, and the mousse too solid to write the place off completely. Ms. Jane's clearly has something going on. We just hope the ribeye isn't the thing they're most proud of.

The bartender offered me ice, but I don't actually like ice in my water, so I prefer this. I also really like being able to choose my own table--I know this would be impossible at a busy restaurant, but this was so dead we could, so go here Sunday at about 3! All the tables are very pretty and looked comfortable. I prefer the comfort and privacy of booths (which they have a few), but the friend with whom I was dining needs tall chairs, so we opted for that. The cocktails were AMAZING, and the hummus plate was more than enough for lunch. So delicious. It came with warmed triangles even though the menu didn't mention them! Yum, yum, yum!!! We will be back FOR SURE. We paid with a gift certificate and only remembered DAYS LATER that we forgot to leave a tip!!!!! So, we have to at least go back for that‍‍‍‍‍usually places remind me!!!
