Hit or miss! I ordered Blazed through DoorDash and the when I opened the box I was immediately disappointed. The pizza was sloppy, all sauce and no cheese. The toppings I ordered were barely on the pizza. I ordered my son a simple pie (just cheese) and it was all sauce no cheese. He refused to eat it. Excellent food! Superior service! I have had nothing but positive experiences at the Tracy Blaze, however tonight was truly exceptional. Alexis and James made my pizza and garlic cheesy to my exact specifications. James was very meticulous with my order. To top it off Jordan was especially nice and cooked my order to perfection. I've been Keto for about 2 years now and missed pizza. Heard Blaze has a really tasty cauliflower crust and great toppings. I was not misinformed, a bit pricy but a great pizza pie, was easy to order online, was ready exactly when it was supposed to be. Wow!! Is it Possible to get worst service. I ordered on the app because I'm housebound. and it said 15-20 mins. How come pizza wasn't ready for 30 after my husband arrived. I trued to call no one answers the phone. I tried to leave complaint on app and you guessed it. It doesn't allow you too. Places closing up all the time around town. The pizza is very delicious and will continue to go there. They inform those entering to wear a mask, which I love. I have serious lung issues. My problem is with the workers, they are so stinking slow. If I worked like that at my job I would of been fired. I Was there a few days ago around 5 pm, only 2 employees working working in slow mode, one speed. 2 other employees were on break or something... I don't know why you would take phone orders when you can't keep up with the line adding up! There is only one girl that I see that takes control and I think she is the mgr. The Coke in the pick 3 was flat(not a big deal) but the 11 inch pizza was missing the arugula and the extra grilled chicken. Pizza looked bare without the green and the chicken. I love the girls here. Felisha and Veronica always make me feel welcomed. When they are busy they still take the time to make sure you know they seen and remember you. I am picky with the cook of my pizza and they get it right every time. I love how Felisha walks the lobby and checks on the guests. Our entire family eats at blaze but normally not in Tracy because of past experiences and I can say we haven't seen such friendly staff in a long time. Despite the first review being written for this place weeks ago and it has only just opened, It irritates the hell out of me when people do this because then people go there thinking that it's actually open when it's not. I can only assume the person writing the review either works here, knows people who works here or is the franchise manager. Whatever. I've been to other Blaze locations and having this now in Tracy is great, individual Pizza's made to order in casual dining. Win! I love that you can get unlimited toppings for one price or simply go for one ''off the menu''. As for the Pizza's themselves.. good stuff! They crust is thin with a nice char on it and the toppings evenly distributed. Could there be more of them? Sure but they're still in their ''working things out'' period. Staff are also really friendly and helpful too, the guy cutting and plating / boxing the Pizza's on Friday 27th evening was nothing short of awesome, really entertaining and clearly enjoying his job which made customers experience that little bit better too. I only wish he had a visible name tag so I could give him the real shout out he deserves. Speaking to the staff I also learned that they are hoping on opening more store's in the area and even a ''Blaze restaurant'' which will be more of a sit down experience with waiting staff, this is something that Tracy / Mountain House really needs! read more

We came to blaze pizza at this location several times. Every time, we had to wait inline for over 30mins to be able to place orders. Seemed like they were short of staffs. Short of staffs could caused so many things went wrong. On our last visit, we ordered dough knots. Those knots went into oven first, they came out and sat on the cooling racks for 20mins. While we still waited inline for our pizzas to be filled. We paid, waited and got our pizzas, but there was no dough knots. They forgot about our dough knots which still sat on the cooling rack. By the time they found out and handed us those knots, dough knots were hard cold! Love their pizzas, but long wait and orders went wrong may make regular customers like us shy away. read more
