Order my pizza 2 1/2 hours ago, the website said it would take 35 minutes for the pizza to be made and delivered. The pizza receipt shows it left the restaurant at 5:54 their delivery service had at my door at 7:47. I tried to call the restaurant about 10 time without an answer and their voicemail was filled. The veggie pizza had only a few vegetables and the meat pizza about a dozen pieces of meat. Never again! In a text from restaurant they said they canceled the order and I assume I will be refunded, if so I will remove this review. read more

Listen, the pizza was half way decent last night, although, they still did not follow our instructions! To top it off, the most infuriating thing to me, is that the delivery person does not have enough decency to at least hand us our pizza at the door. Our pizza was left on the ground at our door next to dead insects. Like what is wrong with people! This company also has no accountability. No issue we've had with past order has ever been addressed. My friends and I had lunch here recently and it was really good. You basically go throw an assembly line and make a pizza how you want it. It was super easy and there are lots of options. I went with the gluten free crust which they flattened on a separate dough machine. Nice that they keep it away from the floured crust. I had the garlic pesto sauce. I then picked a variety of veggies, meat and cheeses for my pizza. It then goes in the oven and you wait for about 5 minutes for it to come out. Then when its done, they call you over and you can get an additional topping or side sauce. I got ranch dressing so I could dip my crust. Because I went with the gluten free crust, it ended up being very crisp but tasty. Loved the crispy bacon on top and all of the veggies. I love all the options. You can also do salads and sides. And its do your own sodas. Definitely a fun place that I will visit again. read more

Not being a Tracy resident I actually come to Blaze from out of town. This visit today was the end of the line. This has come to be the place I can count on for missing items with my order and bad service. This hasn't been a one time thing either. Rude customer service and just overall bad experience. I made my order at 6:46 with a pickup time of 7:04pm. At 7:00 I was parked out front waiting. My car make and model noted. At 7:06 we called to advise we were here for the curbside order. Was told they would bring it out when it was done. At 7:20 after watching someone go in, order and come out with their pizza I went in to see what was up with my order. First thing first, no employee was wearing a mask, had I known this I wouldn't even have ordered to begin with. No greeting when walking in. Asked for my order the girl just points and says it's right there, goes back to doing her thing. Now dude, I ain't no Karen but this place was Empty, and these gils working in the store were just flat out rude. If only I could cancel my order, let lone take my tip back, undeserved and ungrateful. The Tracy location could learn a few things from the Roseville location. Just saying. Won't be back. read more

I used to enjoy this place but the service and quality has gone down. I asked if there was different salad in the back since it was all wilted. The guy that helped me said yes he will ask his Manager. He came back and said yes, only to have the supervisor named Jami come shortly afterward and say "That's the salad we are serving because it's guaranteed fresh for 4 hours"....... (refer to the salad pic I attached)..... so I cancelled the salad order. Well Jami- you should probably check that guarantee because it's NOT fresh!!! Then the guy working the pizza oven (who wasn't wearing a name tag, probably for a reason)didn't put arugula on my pizza. I said the Green Stripe has arugula, and he just carelessly shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know"....... 1. You work here, you should know. 2. If you're wrong, apologize and make it right. I usually really love this place but today was an awful experience. I only have 30 minutes for lunch, which isn't on them that I'm on a time crunch, but there was only 2 people in front of us and it took them 20 minutes to even get to us and take our order. The woman that was making the pizzas did it almost comically slow and I ended up with a burnt pizza but unfortunately didn't have time to ask for it to be remade. If I can leave 0 stars I would. Stood in line for over 30 minutes without it moving. Not one single worker moved fast, they all walked at snail speed stocking items and leaving the inside customers standing in confusion on why no one was making pizzas. One guy was flattening the dough, and one girl was only doing online orders. Soooooo no one was doing the orders for the people in line. Even one person said "let's go stop doing online orders" like take care of the people inside the restaurant!!! Horrible customer service not one person apologized for the wait or even talked to the people that were at the front of the line trying to order. They were short staffed, it short staffed doesn't mean walking around talking to each other and not even communicating with the customer at all. Will never be back. read more

First off the staff did not have a sense of humor or even remotely act like they wanted to be there. They all must of had something better to do on a Friday night. I got the Keto crust and "loaded up" my pizza. The ingredients were below average, I got the white sauce, Italian sausage, olives, onions, pepperoni, mushrooms, salt pepper. I want the garlic pesto sauce they said they were completely out and was not putting out any more. The pizza was bland. The staff member who took my order had hickies all over her neck. There was not a clear leader or manager. The staff member cutting the pizza was sweating into the pizzas as she was cutting. Sorry everyone stick with MOD pizza or pieology. This is my first visit to the Tracy location. They are very organized and the process from beginning to end was seem less. The employees that I worked with gave excellent customer service. Unlike other pizza places you are able to watch them make your pizza in front of you. If you say light sauce they will put the sauce on and ask you if you want more while you view it. There are already available combos or you can have yours custom made. The are a lot of toppings to choose from. There is really good lemonade and blood orange lemonade too.
