Finally got to try this spot out and had a great experience. Upon arrival the spot was busy but the staff were very welcoming and nice. We had to wait 5-10 minutes for a table for a Saturday which is quick to me. Once seated we ordered a chicken carnitas skillet and hash stack. The skillet was perfectly seasoned and had great flavors. It also came with a stack of 2 pancakes which were phenomenal. They were large and tasted amazing! The hash stack was heavier for a meal but also seasoned nicely and tasted great! We also ordered a French combo which was perfectly done and not super sweet! The ambiance of the restaurant was busy for a Saturday but also seemed like food was coming out quickly and people were finishing their meals and able to make space for new customers quickly. Overall the service was great and quick, the food was perfect and I would come back again!

pleasant solo date here. service is really quick and friendly. location is kind of small with ample seating and has a very cozy feel to it! really clean which is always something I note. the prices here are absolutely great, I know everything is expensive right now so I don't understand businesses having to up their prices but I got a skillet w pancakes and a mimosa for under $25!the portions are great. I took my pancake and probably more than half of my skillet with me for later. my only dislike was mg espresso martini, it tasted a bit watery and so I sent it back for the mango mimosa, win! will definitely return here to try more things!

Can't wait to try this new location! We are regulars at the Hydeout Cafe in McKinney. My go-to there for Sunday brunch, the "Very Berry French Toast" it is delicious! We love the owner and all the staff and I guarantee this new place will be fabulous, too!

The service was top. I loved the design of the restaurant and clean restrooms. I ordered one of the bowls with vegetables and it was delicious. I finished my whole bowl. Meal came with pancakes which were also great.

    Huevos Rancheros! Delicious!

The staff is friendly and the food is excellent. Coffee is top notch! I will definitely come back to try the chilaquiles!!

country omelette, golden hashbrowns, sourdough toast

Bliss Brunch House doors were wide open, with most placed still closed due to snow-- Ordered the country omelette and it was excellent--perfectly cooked, came with golden hashbrowns, toast-- hit the spot. Service was excellent too-: friendly, fast, and genuinely happy. Everything about this place delivered. Five stars. They earned it.

Best quality food, lovely atmosphere, great service, great owners, family run. This is our go to. We don't go anywhere else for breakfast and we're pretty picky eaters. You could call us breakfast snobs. Highly recommend.

Cocktail menu, Truckers skillet with scrambled eggs, & split biscuit

The food was good. The pancakes are slightly sweet and served with maple syrup. The biscuit was average. I enjoyed the Truckers skillet. The meat is diced in small pieces, with a little cheese scattered, which was fine with me but different than I am used to. Hashbrowns were not greasy which was great. The service was ok but the food came out slooowwww. Staff seemed a little bit disorganized. It is a somewhat small place and it can be very loud. Bathrooms were nice but only one per gender so it can be a wait. Overall I would say 3.5 but I'll round up.

If you're someone who finds traditional matcha a little too strong or grassy, this is a great option. It was lighter, fruit-forward, and the mango flavor came through nicely. The pastry case also caught my attention--everything looked fresh and incredibly tempting. I didn't get a chance to try any this visit, so I'm looking forward to trying some of the pastries next time. Overall, a nice spot for a lighter matcha drink and worth checking out if you're looking for something a little different. Staff was sweet and organized as they were a bit busy.

Trisha took my order and was super awesome at making many great recommendations while Miriam cranked the beverages for the people ahead of me. Loved the GF option for an almond loaf. This reminds me of a wonderful home cafe mixed with a nice southern coffee shop. They even have seating outside for a beautiful day like the day I went. Very Austin vibes. Seating options are from regular wood bench to a cozy couch. Loved the live plants that add fresh air and a nice atmosphere. They had low playing music that was very urban so you can carry a conversation while supporting smaller artists and working on work. Headphones if you'd like your own music would be great and wouldn't be interrupted with the music playing in the shop. Biscoff caramel latte: Wonderful flavor of coffee. I was fearful it'd be too sweet but it was perfectly sweetened. The Biscoff crumbles add the Biscoff flavor and the caramel isn't overpowering. It's a soft balance of the two together. The foam was pleasant and would recommend hot. Personally would love a stronger Biscoff flavor cause Biscoff is my favorite cracker. But other than that, a super solid beverage. Almond Loaf (GF): The crumble and moist texture were perfect. Not too crazy of a GF taste. Different but wonderful. The top has a crumble similar to Almond croissant that is so satisfying if you're craving a lil more sweet with your bite. Together: Wonderful together. The almond loaf isn't dense but it doesn't completely fall apart either. Super happy.

It's a really cute 2-floor coffee shop and the service is friendly and quick. It provides the perfect space to meet someone over coffee, or to work from the shop. The coffee here has a signature sweet cream, which is delicious, however it disagreed with my stomach both times I had it. The first time I got and iced latte with their regular milk (I'm assuming whole milk). It tore my stomach up!!! The second time I went, I got the same latte but opted for Almond milk instead. Why did it also mess my stomach up?!! It's so upsetting to me, because I love the vibe of this place and the way that the coffee tastes, but unfortunately, my lactose intolerance hates Summer Moon. I don't have this problem with Starbucks, 151, Dutch Bros, or Paris Baguette. It's so disapointing, because I'm a sweet cream iced latte kind of girl, but I think it's a wrap for me.

Decor is modern and great place to hang if you plan on sticking around but they're pretty efficient on the grab and go. I love Vietnamese coffee and what they have here is excellent and best of all not too sweet. Generally I find most shops take to be made with cafe du monde and a lot of condensed milk but this here has definitely better beans and a better balance between acidity, sweetness and other flavors. It's also straight up rocket fuel - be warned, it's a very strong and potent brew but will get you going in the morning. I also tried a black sesame latte because it sounded interesting. The cream on top is nutty and rich with the sesame notes and the coffee is good too, though a bit hard to stir together, nor is it as potent as the drip but well crafted nevertheless. When I come again I think I would just pick the classic. All in all, great new coffee shop!

Rating: 7.5/10 Date Last Visited: 7/3/2026…read more We ordered the Egg Cream Phin Coffee ($8 large) and Coconut Matcha Cloud ($6.75 medium). The egg cream coffee was great, the egg cream complemented the strong taste of Viet coffee. The coconut matcha cloud was a little underwhelming. The matcha flavor was pretty weak, so the drink tasted mostly like coconut water. For the prices, $8 is a bit expensive for a cup of coffee, but I think it's still worth every once in a while. I would try the other speciality phin coffees next time and skip the coconut matcha cloud. Overall, I would recommend if you want some Viet coffee and are in the area.
