Bloom bagel is truly one of a kind! When we arrived, the parking lot was packed and there was a line out the door. Luckily the line moved really fast and we didnt wait too long! Inside you order and the food comes out right away. We tried their classic and garlic asiago bagels. To drink we tried their ube sesame lattes! Everything was super flavorful and tasty. Their bagels being dipped in butter was a game changer! I definitely understand the hype now! Its a little too filling to be coming back every day/week. But i would definitely come here whenever i feel like treating myself!
I got the Cali Roll & the Banana Matcha (total $18.44) and both were so delicious! I loved the idea of the ingredients of a california roll in a bagel. It worked so well! The bagel was soft and I loved the addition of the furikake. As for the matcha, it was great quality and was actually one of the better banana matchas I've tried in the bay. I went on a Friday morning at 10:30 and my entire visit was less than 3 min! I've come here once before when they first opened and the line was very long and ran out of a lot of the bagels. I don't know if I got lucky or if it was still earlier in the morning but I was so happy about the fast service and the food! The shop is small but was an easy visit for a morning breakfast and matcha run! Would definitely come back and would love to try their other bagels and matchas.
Love the Asian inspired flavor profiles here at Bloom Bagels! Check the website to see if online ordering is open. Otherwise, the line moves pretty quickly and they are very efficient, so don't let the line out the door scare you! It's a small shop so once you get in, you're almost at the counter to order. Banana Latte - loved the cream top on this one! Definitely a successful banana drink Corn Cheese bagel - would've liked a little less on the mayo and more focus on corn and cheese but otherwise it's a tasty bite Chili Oil Scallion bagel - this was my favorite! The kick from the chili oil really balances out the thick cream cheese. Ube Almond - if you're a fan of that almond flavor this one is for you! I'm not too big on it so I wasn't as much of a fan but would love if they did other ube combinations in the future! So happy to finally try them out after seeing them on IG for so long. Can't wait to try out more bagels and drinks!
I've never been able to really taste the difference between bagels until now. Wish that I had tried these sooner! The bagels are so soft and chewy while also being slightly crisp - I could eat these plain. The way they have the cream cheese ensures that it doesn't just squish out of the bagel on first bite. I was very happy with the inventive flavors too - both the cali roll and chili oil tasted just as described, but I will say they STUFF these. Overall, I was seriously impressed if you couldn't tell. The cloud espresso was good, just a tad sweet for me, There was a line I was able to skip because online order pickup is on the right door - great organization. It is in a small plaza but parking didn't seem to be an issue when I was there.
Ran over to Bloom bagel right before they closed and ordered three of our favorites. As always, the bagels are fresh and warm and full of filling. Yes, they are pricey, but if you were to buy a bagel, pay for cream cheese, and get additional toppings, you'd pay practically the same price. Bloom bagels are special and worth every penny. We ordered the cheese filling. Hot and delicious!
Finally tried Bloom Bagels today. I got the Corn Cheese Bloom and the Classic Bloom. Oh. My. Gosh. They were SO good. The Corn Cheese Bloom bagel is filled with corn, Kewpie mayo, scallions, and mozzarella. They dip it in Bloom Butter, which is honey and garlic butter, and top it with mozzarella. I almost didn't order it because corn on a bagel didn't sound too appetizing, but I'm glad I did because it was my favorite of the two. The Classic Bloom bagel is simply filled with cream cheese, dipped in Bloom Butter, and topped with mozzarella. While it was good, it had a little too much cream cheese. I removed most of it and enjoyed the bagel much more. The two bloom bagels were big enough to eat for both breakfast and lunch. I would have ate a third one for dinner if I had one. Can't wait to go back.
This bagel shop is on another level. I've had a lot of bagels, but nothing quite like these. Way to stand out!!! What makes them unique is that they're not just topped with ingredients--the fillings are packed inside the bagels themselves. Every bite is loaded with flavor, and the texture is incredibly soft, fresh, and satisfying. The flavors practically explode as you bite into them. The standout for me was the Chili Oil Scallion Bagel. The combination of savory scallions and the rich, flavorful chili oil created the perfect balance of heat and flavor without being overwhelming. It was honestly - by far the stand out winner for me. One bagel is more than enough to satisfy your hunger, which makes them an incredible value. If you're looking for a bagel experience that's completely different from the standard bagel shop, this place is absolutely worth a visit. I'll definitely be back for more.
I went on a Sunday morning around 8:20AM and the wait was only about 10 minutes with about 10 people infront of me. The line moves very quickly. Here's what I got: - Jalepeno Bloom $9 (5/5) this one was my favorite because I liked pickled jalepenos. I also can't handle spice and this wasn't spicy. If I were to come back, I would only get this one. -Cali Roll Bloom $9.50 (4/5) I like the imitation crab and furikake. I see their vision but I would rather eat a California roll instead. -Corn Cheese Bloom $9 (3/5) this one was kind of mid. There was a lot of corn but definitely not my favorite and I wouldn't get this one again, especially because it's $9. -Miso Scallion Bloom $9.50 (2.5/5) my least favorite one. I would rather get the corn cheese bloom instead. It didn't really taste like miso to be honest. It was the least favorable out of all the blooms I tried today. -Matcha Banana latte $8 (3/5) this was mid. I couldn't taste the banana at all and it lightly sweetened. I usually don't like my drinks too sweet (I get 30-50% at most places) and I feel like it could've been slightly sweeter, especially with the banana. Maybe they forgot the banana entirely. I wouldn't get this again.
Line moves fast. Even tho the May Specials sheet posted on the wall showed the limited edition pork floss bagel ending on 5/17, they still had it today (5/23)! While waiting we joked that the bagels must be hella messy if there's only wet wipes on the counter, no normal napkins. We had no idea how right we were. Very greasy bagels (to be expected, if they're dipped in butter). I make fun of my boyfriend for sometimes using a fork and knife with pizza -- this is a fork-knife bagel. Pork floss was delish, tons of butter and garlic flavor, soft and slightly sweet bagel, good mix of textures. The corn was a surprise...flavor wise it works, but it falls out all over the place. Fork definitely recommended. Bf's garlic Asiago was just as greasy, more garlicky, and I didn't think it was any better than a typical cheesy garlic bread. I would skip that one. It was good, don't get me wrong, it just didn't seem special or worthwhile. These bagels seem more gimmicky than anything. Good, but overpriced. Probably won't return.
Ok I do like the bagels here but I might not come back for a while.. We came on a Saturday around 10:30am and there was a longgg line outside. We waited about 25-30min. The shop is quite small inside with no tables so it's to-go only. We got: - Ube Almond (5/5): this was my personal favorite but the almond flavor is strong so if you don't like almond you may want to skip this - Cali Roll (5/5): Really good! However if I had to choose between this and a california sushi roll, I would probably just go for sushi tbh haha - Miso Scallion (4/5): Their seasonal AAPI month flavor. I couldn't really taste the miso scallion. It just tasted like cream cheese to me. But my husband really liked this one! Also, I'd like to note that we happened to get their last Ube Almond of the day (I felt bad hearing them tell the party after us it was sold out now). So I would recommend arriving earlier than we did. Overall, while the bagels did taste good, they were all VERY oily. Like oil literally drips out as you squeeze the bagel. So they're quite heavy to eat in the morning and not something I would get often.
Bloom Bagels is a bakery in Campbell, CA known for their viral Korean style stuffed bagels and drink menu. There's plenty of free parking in the lot of the complex, but no indoor seating. The line when we went was long, but moved very quickly. You order at the counter and can pickup at the bar. There's not much space indoors, but the ambiance can be described as clean and efficient. In terms of the food, the garlic asiago bloom and jalapeno bloom was tasty - good ratio of cream to bread, but the best was the chili oil scallion bloom if you like a more spicy flavor. All the bagels had a sweet aftertaste and were a bit expensive, but overall were worth the hype. The drinks, on the other hand, weren't worth the money. The Strawberry Dubai Chocolate Latte just tasted like chocolate milk with a hint of strawberry and the banana matcha was a little watery. However, this place is a must try at least once if you want to try an aesthetic bloom bagel.
I loveeee bagels so I really had high hopes. I came on a late weekend morning and a few items were already sold out. I had the asiago and jalapeno bagel to try. They were both cold and did not seem fresh at all, super disappointing. I tried the banana biscoff latte and that was decent. The store was also busy and very messy, not worth the wait for bagels that weren't fresh.
AMAZING BAGELS Tip- order bagels online and pick up since they run out of top sellers quick. The drink can be ordered in store. We ordered: Cali Roll: Bagel stuffed with imitation crab, Kewpie mayo, furikake, and cream cheese. Dipped in Bloom Butter. Topped with panko furikake. Corn Cheese: Stuffed with corn, Kewpie mayo, scallions, and mozzarella. Dipped in Bloom Butter. Topped with mozzarella. -HIGHLY RECOMMEND Banana Matcha: slightly sweetened with house syrup. lopped with Banana Biscoff cream no Biscoff crumbs. The matcha itself was mid but the banana biscoff cream was *chefs kiss*. My only complaint is the staff was a little short with us when ordering. Seemed like they were arguing amongst each other before we walked in and were all in a bad mood. The shop is fairly small and theres no place to sit inside, so this shop is takeaway only! read more
I was not sure if $9 bagels could be worth it but I was so wrong. These bagels are amazing!! Every bite is decadent and perfectly flavored. I got the garlic asiago, chili oil scallion and cali roll. They were all DELICIOUS and I'm plotting my next visit. Bagels came out super quick and are best eaten right away in the parking lot. read more

I went around 11 AM and they were already sold out of the most popular bagels - chili oil, corn cheese, garlic, and ube almond. I'll definitely need to come back for the ube almond and will use the preorder option next time since it looks super easy - people were just grabbing their preorders and leaving. I stood in line for this visit and it took about 25 minutes total to get my drinks and bagels. There was a small line out front, but it moved steadily. I ordered the original and the Hong Kong French Toast bagels. The Hong Kong one had a peanut butter filling, and it was absolutely delicious. Bagels are definitely filling and one is enough for one person. For drinks, I got the ube sesame latte and the strawberry foam latte. Both were tasty and the coffee was good, just a little on the heavy side I would say. The bagels themselves were unique and delicious, with the perfect amount of stuffed cream cheese. There's no seating, so it's definitely more of a grab-and-go spot. Parking is plentiful in the plaza where it's located, which makes it convenient. read more

Parking was easy to find since it was in a plaza. Staff were nice and the line moved pretty quickly. The banana matcha was good, totally recommend. Loved all the bagels but don't overbuy like I did. They only taste good when eaten fresh. Also it's VERY heavy. Out of all the flavors I tried, my favorite was the jalapeño cream cheese one. read more
not your typical bagel place! inspired by Asian flavors, this bagel shop has some pretty unique flavors. be aware that they do sell out and have limited quantities because they are a small business. there is also no seating except for a bench outside, so be prepared to either eat in the car or elsewhere. we went on a Thursday at 11:00 AM. there was no line, but I've heard that the lines can get pretty long on the weekends. what we got: pesto asiago (10/10 yums): this was GREAT. if you like pesto, this one is definitely for you. the cream cheese isn't super dense and is actually quite fluffy. i LOVE the garlic honey they spread not only tastes amazing, but gives the bagel a nice texture on the outside. this is a limited time flavor! garlic asiago (9/10 yums): also really great. similar to the pesto version, but has a strong garlic flavor instead! everything shio pan (10/10 yums): MUST GET. this is inspired by Korean salt bread. the texture is AMAZING. super soft and plush. the seasoning on the outside makes it so that you don't need any cream cheese and can just eat it straight. i believe this might be a weekday only item! i wanted to also get the plain shio pan bagel but it was sold out. banana matcha latte (10/10 yums): strong matcha flavor and not too sweet! there is a cream top that makes it super creamy. the banana flavor isn't super overpowering either. definitely will be back! read more
Bloom Bagels is reimagining the classic bagel with amazing globally inspired flavors! Not only are they baking up bagels that will leave you speechless and craving for more, but they also have signature drinks whether you're looking for matcha or coffee, that make for a killer pairing. The shop itself is small, but found that service is fast considering there is one cashier. They have multiple people prepping drinks and another assembling bagel boxes and handling delivery service orders. Tbh, every bagel flavor they have here is insanely delicious! Made fresh and pulled from their ovens in the morning and served until sold out. I would have to say my favorites for sure are the Corn Cheese, Jalapeno, and Cali Roll. They have 2 sweet flavors, that were also crowd pleasers but I'm more of a savory kind of gal. You really can't go wrong with anything you decide to get here. Price is a bit on the steep side for bagels, but because they are more of a specialty item thats unique I feel that the price is appropriate. Their Banana Matcha is pretty good and I highly appreciate that they offer Free Oat Milk sub. Otherwise, they use Organic extra rich Straus milk and Organic/Ceremonial Hawa Matcha. They do have a reward system with Toast here as well. read more

Drove all the way to Campbell on a Sunday morning around 10am and the line was extremely long. Last time I came here, the line was not the bad, but I think with its growing popularity, everyone wanted to try the stuffed bagels. We ended up getting the chili oil, cali, and corn bagels paired with the pistachio matcha and a latte. Just a note, these bagels are pricey because of the contents in each bag. The flavors are all so great so I recommend grabbing a mix of sweet and savory bagels. The pistachio matcha was good but I wouldn't mind more of a pistachio taste too. There's no seats inside so it's definitely more of a grab and go type shop. read more

Visiting the Bay area and some friends took me to Bloom Bagels, hyping it up. We got there around 12PM and saw a lot of bagel options already sold out which was sort of understandable. A friend and I opted to buy the only ones they had left which were the Jalapeño and Cali Roll. Ordered and received our orders literally within a minute which was awesome. Both bagels were really flavorful with the Cali Roll pretty much reminding me of a crab rangoon but in a bagel form. I'd like to come back in the future and hopefully try their other bagels as I really liked the ones we ordered! read more
A bagel shop with a line outside waiting patiently for the doors to open at 8 am on a Saturday! We could not resist! We joined the line and found out their social bagels are a rage and we planned to take a couple for trying later. Good thing we did as they were both unique and delicious! We order the : 1. PORK FLOSS (LIMITED EDITION) Stuffed with kewpie mayo, pork flose, corn, and ham. Dipped in Bloom Butter Topped with panko. Contains meat and egg 2. CORN CHEESE Stuffed with com. Kowple mayo, scallions, and mozzorella. Dipped in Bloom Butter Topped with mozzarella. Contains eggs Both were shared between us grudgingly and we planed to try their other offerings the next time, which we promised would be very very soon ! Note : not much of an ambience inside to sit down inside and savor their faire. But that was not felt at all since their bagels are pure heaven as we ate in our car ! read more

Went on a Sunday at 11:30am and we just missed the rush so there was no line! There is no seating indoors or outdoors, so it's definitely more of a takeout-only place. Service is minimal but efficient and friendly. Even though it is close to downtown area, it's located inside a small plaza with dedicated parking spots. Keep in mind they often sell out of their bagels but remain open until closing for drinks only. You can check what bagels are available in advance online. We checked back at around 1pm the following week and they were all sold out of bagels. We got the jalapeño bloom, cali roll bloom, and banana matcha latte. The bagels were SO good! The cream cheese was very good, and the bread itself was very flavorful. The jalapeño had a decent kick to it. The Cali roll bloom tasted just like a California roll would taste like but in warm cream cheese form. I highly recommend trying out their bagels! read more
I would like to personally meet Mr Bloom or the owners of this place to thank them for their contribution to the South Bay Area. Who would've thought of this unique idea and execution? This place was on my list for a while as an Asian-inspired bagel shop and all I can say is that it did not disappoint. I arrived on Thursday around 12 and sadly, a lot of bagels were sold out. Luckily, I was able to snag a matcha strawberry bagel and miso scallion bagel as well as a strawberry matcha latte. Bagels were a solid 5/5 stars. The flavors did not disappoint and I love the thought process that went into it as well. The downsides are the prices, the lack of seating area inside and how quickly items sell out. I will say the prices are slightly steep for the size of the drink and the lack of seating area has prevented me from coming more than once. If this spot is taking suggestions, I would love to suggest the idea of mini blooms like a small sampler box of 4 small/half bagels to try different flavors! I would love to buy something like this to bring to friends and family If you're looking for a unique and delicious grab and go spot, this is your place! read more

Can't speak on service or ambiance since my cousin picked up bagels from here for us, but let me tell you, I've never had bagels like these before! No they're not your dense thick typical bagels. They are soft and fluffy and almost melt in your mouth. The flavor profiles are so unique that our minds were blown trying these fantastically curated savory and sweet styles -- like chili oil, corn cheese, garlic asiago, peanut butter, and ube almond ! We also got some drinks(I can't remember my cousins' order but I got matcha which was kinda basic). I heard they have seasonal flavors which is great! Excited to try again in the future ! read more
I found out about bloom bagels from the Internet and I decided I needed to try it myself. This is a shop that opens early and also closes early, and sometimes they sell out before closing. My friend and I went on a Sunday, arrived at 10 and it took about 40 mins from when I got in line to getting our food and drinks. We drove down from SF/San Mateo and I think it was worth the wait! We don't have anything like this in our area. We ordered: cali roll, matcha bloom, garlic asiago bloom, biscoff banana matcha and the ube sesame latte. The cali roll was my favorite. I need to try all of them now! No seating available, just one corner with 2 tables. read more
WOW! The Koreans know how to level up regular food. In this case, it is bagels. My first bite was a burst of flavor and an OMG moment. Really nice staff, they guided me to the Garlic Asiago Bloom which was the bomb. The food came out super fast in under a minute and was consumed in a less than a minute as well. It's not good for my waist line but definitely good for the soul. read more

Corn Cheese Bloom Garlic Asiago Bloom Miso Scallion Bloom Hong Kong French Toast Curry Onion Bloom Unfortunately, they were not as good when not warmed up. Everyone loved the corn, garlic, & miso! Once they opened they moved the line fast. I ordered the black sesame latte, cali roll bloom bagel, and shio pan bagel. Both were amazing, especially shio pan! It lives up to the hype. read more

I've been wanting to try Bloom Bagels for a while now and honestly, worth the hype imo. I've heard they sell out on the weekends but luckily there were still a decent amount of options when I came with a friend on a Saturday around 11:00AM. My friend and I got the pork floss and miso maple blooms. Both were very delicious but my personal fave was the pork floss - the texture from the various fillings really elevated the bagel for me compared to a regular bagel with cream cheese (which I also really like but this was a nice treat). I also feel like the different ingredients and flavors paired really well. Next time I'd try a sweet bloom. For drinks I got the banana matcha (which in general is one of my favorite drinks) and I was very impressed with the one here. Would try again! Overall very impressed with this place. The service was efficient and fast once you put your order in and we probably waited in line less than 20 minutes, although I've heard the line could be much longer. The establishment is clean but there's not anywhere to sit so it's more of a order then grab and go but it was a nice mid-morning treat if you want something casual. Overall, I would recommend and can't wait to go back to try some other flavors. read more

My favorite: garlic asiago if you're a garlic fan! This was my first time trying Bloom Bagels. last time I stopped by on a Friday at 10:30 AM and they were already out of bagels. this time I showed up at 9 AM on a Saturday. I was worried that the Ube almond would be too sweet, but it was a good balance of almondy! The pepperoni filling was very creamy, I wish there was more pepperoni on top. I would definitely get garlic asiago and ube almond again next time. Small shop, they don't have indoor seating, but it's a great quick stop! read more
I had been dying to try bloom bagel for a while now and my coworker and I were able to have it delivered to us this morning and I'm so happy we did! I can't speak to the ambiance since we didn't visit the store front however it was everything I imagined it would be and more. I got the Asiago garlic cream cheese bagel and my friend got the chili oil flavor. Both were a 10/10. I can't wait to try more flavors. If you're a bagel lover, I highly recommend trying bloom. read more

Had a chance to try Bloom Bagels after seeing all the hoopla on instagram! If you are looking for a cool looking stuffed bagel that comes in different varieties, this is the place for you! We came 10 minutes after opening and there was already people there. Thankfully though line wasn't too long. This spot is definitely a take it and go as there aren't tables to eat and the store itself is very small. For our bagels we tried: *Corn cheese - this bagel was yummy and I personally love the sweetness of corn. Every bite we had had a pop of sweetness which was awesome! *Garlic Asiago - this was a little more traditional and was stuffed with cream cheese. Also delicious- the hubby loved this one Overall, the bagels were yummy and flavorful. I did feel its a little expensive for what it is, but definitely worth trying atleast once! read more
Different style bagels than I'm used to. Some friends and I heard good things about this place and wanted to give it a try. There is no seating inside, it's all grab and go. The line went out the door on a Sunday morning but service was fairly quick. I got the jalapeno bagel and the banana espresso latte. The latte was so good, I absolutely loved it and would return just for the coffee. It was perfectly sweet and had a real banana flavor to it. The bagel on the other hand was just okay. Since the bagel is cut and stuffed with cream cheese there were quite a few dry bites. There were plenty of jalapeno bits, and it wasn't overwhelmingly spicy. The bagels are super soft, but don't have much of a toast on them. For being a grab and go spot I found $17.xx for a bagel and coffee to be wild. Especially because they didn't even have napkins, just wet naps. A cool spot to try but for the price I might stick to just a drink next time. read more

I always feel bad when there's a business that gets too many orders and has like 2 people working really stressed out, the food kind of tastes worse because the setup is bad. The pick up area is a nightmare and despite my order already being ready they were so busy (not their fault) I had to wait a really long time and it was cold and soggy by the time I ate it so it wasn't my favorite. Cute but tiny shop in a strip mall near downtown Campbell. The signs on the outside of the door are confusing but if the line is too long to stand inside they ask you start forming a line outside, they don't like the door being propped open. However, the line moves quickly and orders come out fast. I tried the corn cheese and jalapeño bagels. Both were very good. So much flavor! They were a little soggy on the inside but still had a good texture/bite. The corn cheese is loaded with corn and has a good sweet and savory combo. The jalapeño had just the right amount of spice. They both were not overly stuffed with cream cheese which I liked. Although they were very good I don't see myself coming back. Not really something I would crave and I can't justify $20 for 2 bagels. But definitely worth the try. read more

This time we mobile ordered and our order was ready super promptly and they have a pick up lane and an order line now which made things super seamless. Like many people these days, I discovered Bloom Bagels through TikTok, where it looked like a must-try spot--cheesy, flaky, aesthetic little bagels oozing with flavor and creativity. I was intrigued. So I made the trip... and then stood in a **very** long line that snaked out the door, all while trying to convince myself it would be worth the wait. Spoiler: it kinda wasn't. After nearly 30 minutes in line, I finally got to the counter--only to be told that they were almost completely sold out of their savory vegetarian blooms. The only one left? The *corn bloom*. Not gonna lie, it sounded odd, but I had come this far, so I went for it. Here's the thing: the bloom *tasted* good. The outer layers were buttery and crisp, and the corn filling had a nice balance of sweetness and umami. But it was also extremely greasy--like, leave-a-shiny-film-on-your-fingers greasy--and surprisingly *not* filling for something that looked so indulgent. It felt more like a snack than a proper meal, and definitely not something that would hold you over if you were hungry. To top it off, it was pretty expensive for what it was. I get that it's a trendy spot with a lot of hype and aesthetic appeal, but paying that much for a single, oily, palm-sized pastry with limited options left just didn't feel worth it. Overall, Bloom Bagels is one of those places that looks *way* better on social media than it performs in real life. If you catch it on a quiet day with all menu options available, maybe it's a more enjoyable experience. But for me, it was overhyped, overpriced, and underwhelming. 3.5 Went there at 10 something and there was always a line of people out the door. Everything was avail when I went, but I heard they were low on the matcha bagel. Service was friendly. If you only order bagels, the wait isn't as bad as the pack it up pretty quickly. You have to wait a little longer if you order drinks too. Not much space to wait around/can get crowded inside. Items I ordered: - Cali roll bloom: The cali roll bloom could use a little more crab and something like avocado to make it a lil more light/fresh. It was also a bit on the salty side. - Garlic Asiago bloom: This one was better as it had a bit of sweetness from the honey garlic coating. - Banana matcha latte w/ oat milk: The biscoff on top helped with adding flavor/sweetness to the drink. You really need to mix it or get cream in your drink for it to be sweet. - Pistachio hojicha latte w/ oat milk: If you like pistacho, get this one as it was strong in the cream and the hojicha was good. Overall: Kind of overhyped. Drinks were small/not really mind blowing. But they do offer interesting flavors. Bagels were a lil heavy on the cream cheese. It is fine if other people love it though. Maybe it was the holiday weekday rush, but our recent visit felt chaotic from start to finish and left me disappointed. The line was out the door, and even once we got inside- the space and service remained disorganized. The cashier messed up our order- even though we double checked on the pay pad screen, as a small note on the pay pad advises they won't remake anything. Thankfully, the barista accepted the drink error and kindly remade the order. Our bagels (jalapeno cheese and corn cheese) came out quickly, but they didn't taste as good as I remembered from my initial visit. The pick-up process was also a mess. One customer discovered someone had mistakenly taken part of her order, and staff were unable to remake it because the bagel she ordered had already sold out :O One plus: There's a QR code you can scan to check which bagels are still available before ordering, which is super helpful since we noticed some flavors sell out FAST. Perhaps it was the heat making everything feel worse, but between the long wait and overall lack of organization, I'm not sure I'll be coming back anytime soon. read more
I've been here before and tried the Bloom bagels, which were good, but the shio pan bagels were to die for! Quantities are limited, so make sure to preorder ahead. We got the plain and rosemary to try, and they were perfectly crispy on the outside while staying soft and fluffy on the inside. So delicious! read more
This place deserves all the hype and the recognition. I went for the first time months ago and it is a ritual to go back once a week. Their bagels are quite unique and absolutely delicious. I've had everything from their cali roll bloom to their ube almond, jalapeño, corn cheese, kimchi, and more. You'll never find another bagel spot that infuses Asian flavors in a fun and unique way. What they're true masters at is their drinks. Absolutely delicious and just as unique as their bagels. BANANA LATTE is a MUST! I'm obsessed with their banana espresso latte but my matcha friends love their matcha selection as well. Their drinks are all hand crafted and they use organic, locally sourced ingredients which is why yes they are a little more expensive but you can TASTE the goodness in quality. I'll happily drink 3-4 banana lattes in one sitting It is the definition of QUALITY over quantity. Just beware it can get quite busy and lines are often out the door. Our bagels take 24 hrs to make from beginning to end, so once we sell out of a flavor for the day, we mark the item out of stock. We understand the frustration when this happens. Of course we try to make as many as possible, but unfortunately it is…
Do your bagels have egg in the dough or egg wash on them?
We do not use egg inside our bagel dough. However, some of the cream cheese or dips for the flavors might have egg. We will list which flavors have eggs in our menu. You are also welcome to ask staff to double check before ordering.
Are they still busy during the weekends? Like line outside type of deal?
No line last weekend when I went. They also have mobile order which is helpful
