4 people.Ordered falafel pita bread sandwich, 1 larger one, Jerusalem Mix, & shawarma. The food was greasy, didn't taste good & repeated on us. The 4 side dishes (for 4 people) of Israeli salad, etc., were slightly larger than thimbles. Fries were soft & greasy. The place didn't seem clean-more like a takeout joint than a restaurant. I'm very thankful none of us got sick. Service was a bit slow. A bad deal for the money. Places like this wouldn't exist if they didn't have a captive audience (Glatt Kosher). read more

Today I witnessed something very troublesome at this restaurant. While seated and eating, I witnessed another customer expressed concern regarding an employee (the wife of the owner) moving her mask to the side and eating falafel balls with her fingers, then handling food. When the customer complained, the owner began to harass the CUSTOMER... It was very bizarre... Needless to say, this place has gone downhill in quality, uphill in cost and a a disturbing nature in customer service... I will not return. read more

What a disappointment! Service was bad, place was dirty. I couldn't believe when I saw the waitress picking on customers food and licking her fingers before serving the food. Absolutely disgusting! It happened twice while I was there. Definitely not going back. read more

Let me start by saying this is one of my favorite restaurants as the food is ALWAYS fantastic!! If I was just reviewing food I would give Boca Grill 5 stars. However, on two recent visits over the last 2 weeks I was very disappointed in the staff and how COVID precautions were being addressed. The kitchen is open so the customer can view food preparation. Several line cooks were wearing masks on their chins with their mouth and nose uncovered. I observed at least one line cook preparing food without the use of gloves. I also noted one server wearing a neck gaiter that was pulled up and down multiple times as I was waiting on my take out food. This particular server approached tables several times forgetting to keep his face cover over his mouth and nose. If I was only giving a rating based on these observations, I would only give 1 star. Again, this is incredibly disappointing as Boca Grill has been one of my favorite restaurants. I hope management gets it together and ensures our safety when preparing food. Until COVID is over, sadly, I won't be back. read more

The Our 3rd visit in 6 weeks. This nights service was as bad as any restaurant I've ever eaten in. The food is very good, however one loses his appetite awaiting their food. There were 6 of us. 5 meals were "served" the 6th took 1 1/2 hours, that's right 90 minutes, to be brought to the table. We enquired and were told " that order was never put in". So like Schmucks were sat there waiting for our friends meal to be served. I noticed take out/ telephone orders got priority. I understand that business practice, however 2 extra servers would have made a substantial difference. Food finally comes. Was told "consideration" would be given. Bill had a credit of $8.00. Upon further looking at the check, THE MEAL was not on the bill and a more expensive meal substituted. It's a shame. Their food is above average. I'm done with them. read more

Staggered in at 9:45 on Sunday night. Husband smelled like he had been fishing all day. We needed food to take back to the hotel. One of the few casual places opened at that time on Glades Rd. We were coming from A1A. Delicious hummus, and a kabob laffa made with yummy ground beef and all the trimmings. Excellent fresh pita bread and wonderful hot sauce on the side. They were cleaning but stopped to cook for us, even asking us to stay and eat. I will be back to Boca and will be trying more items from their menu. What a great find. read more

Although this place has been around over 10 years we just discovered it and found it amazing. The food was exceptional and the service very warm, friendly and efficient. A special point for us was that they do not use breadcrumbs or matza meal in their kabobs and other items and two of our group have a wheat allergy. We highly recommend this place for excellent food and service. The last time we went, a few dats ago they has expanded the menu for new appetizers - great steaks too. read more

Before I review the food, the service was absolutely amazing! We had our Employees' Holiday Lunch here and they were more than accommodating, attentive and speedy. The majority of my coworkers werent familiar with middle eastern foods, so they brought us some of everything, appetizers first, then entrees with plenty of options for our vegetarian coworkers. The food was most importantly: authentic, delicious and fresh. We all enjoyed the experience and had plenty leftovers. Highly reccomended! read more

We tried this place based on the Yelp reviews when we were house hunting and thought it was very good. Now newly moved to Boca, we ordered take out one night. It was delicious. My husband had the shawarma pita with all the fixings and said it was fantastic. The hummus and falafel are excellent - the falafel was crisp with a touch of tasty oil and tender on the inside. The Israeli salad is very good, too. I'm excited to have found a go-to take out place already! I hope it doesn't change. read more

I had the shawarma, my wife had the falafel. We just found the place and what a find it is. It is Kosher Our meal was excellent and the portions were very generous. For under $20 we were full. Times have changed and now the goal of the day is to nickel and dime you to death. want a little extra appetizer salad which they offer free to start anyway that's extra, you get a falafel plate be careful cause that's just falafel balls with some tehina. Guess that's new age falafel. Ask for a water and it takes over 20 minutes to get, my guess is that's cause they haven't figured out how to charge for that also. Clincher was at end of meal being asked how they can make it better and after being told some simple courtesies that would cost pennies but create goodwill the answer we got was "well that's the policy".
