This is your place. $16 for a cold pancake flight that has cheap toppings on it like canned pineapple. There was also a million flies behind the bar and the service was not great. If you sit at the bar and it takes at least 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge your presence while there is 5 employees back there, that's not a good start. Again the food was very over priced for the quality you got, not to mention wasn't even warm. I would definitely recommend going to a local breakfast joint over this corporate mids establishment. Outstanding place! The food is delicious - and I finally found a place that serves Cafe De Olla! So delicious. Their food is unique and delicious. Their drinks are equally awesome. The service was fantastic - and Kay was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a perfect job. I've seen some people bark about a small percentage surcharge and IMO if you can't afford this minor uncharge, you shouldn't be dining out. Businesses are getting DESTROYED with food costs, labor costs, all kinds of regulatory expenses and higher taxes. This economy is killing small businesses and they are doing what they can to keep serving the communities. Either suck it up and appreciate all the hard work they are doing to bring you amazing food and drink options in a phenomenal atmosphere - or go cry in your pillow at home. Foods ok, service is bad. I'm not one to leave reviews, let alone bad ones, but this is the 4th time I've been here and I've been disappointed each time. Safe to say I'm turned off for good. While the food is good, the service is what has made me leave the review. Each time I've gone, the service has been sub par. I've ordered a latte each time and 3 out of 4 times the food came out before the drink. One time the server never brought us any silverware, even after we asked multiple times. Today, our food was dropped off at the table behind us and the people at that table had to sit there for a few minutes trying to flag someone down. When they told the server, she just walked it back to the kitchen and then brought the same plates back out to us and said "this was brought to another table but they didn't touch it. Is that ok?" At this point we didn't want to wait another 20-30 minutes for them to remake it so we just took the food. I understand that's not the servers fault, but she didn't seem to really care that the drink took forever or that anything was wrong. It was pretty disappointing. read more

Walked in on a Tuesday early afternoon. This place was cranking! But luckily we got a table right away. Staff was super friendly and the outdoor set up even for a hot day was perfectly shaded. We were greeted by our server Kaylice with all smiles and immediately started with their custom mimosas. Their menu had gluten free, vegan, and keto options with so much flavor! My friend got the "Sweet Cocky" iced coffee that not only had the most clever name I've ever witnessed on a menu but it had coffee ice cubes! How come every other establishment hasn't caught on to this AMAZING idea?! The French toast sampler was a good size but not too much for us both to slip on top of our breakfast jambalaya and mushroom pesto Benedict. The pesto was delicious like expected! The waitress was so bluntly rude disrespectful and just plain rude. My friend asked her a question about the lemonade and she gave her a sarcastic reply so we kind let it go. Than I asked her what other types of beverages they served and she took a menu flip it over and told me "you can read it for yourself and walked away. We waited for her to come and take our order. She never came back even when we tried to get her attention she just kept walking past us. I mean directly in her path and she never acknowledged us again. We asked to speak to the manager only to see she was watching the whole thing, but she didn't come to see what we needed nor why we were walking out. We noticed another group of black women who also tried to get her attention and she was very rude to them as well. The waitress came over to the couple sitting next to us who wasn't black they were white she kept bypassing us and the other black women to accommodate the non-black customers request, but she never returned to help us. It was noticeable embarrassing to the point the couple sitting directly next to us started apologizing for the mistreatment. We thanked her for her kindness. It was ridiculous to pay for mistreatment. And shame on the manager for participating in the discrimination treatment of this establishment minority guests. If you have no dignity or pride and don't mind being put on display as unimportant than you'd be in the right place "The Breakfast Republic will deliver all of the above and charge you for it. I call it "B & A" Breakfast and Abuse. I inform the staff that my food is cold; so instead of making a new steak, they just reheated the one I already had. So now, I had a steak that was chewy and no longer medium cooked. Finally Belmont Shore has a breakfast restaurant with a delicious menu. It's filled with southern inspired cuisine and many other creative options. They have a variety of coffee choices and an awesome brunch menu. Rosemary potatoes, shrimp and grits, breakfast Sammie with a hole cut out of the bread for a perfectly cooked sunny up egg, Elvis French toast and so many other yummy bites I can't list them all. The staff is super friendly and attentive. They have a huge outdoor patio with fun atmosphere (which is always a plus for me). It's one of the best breakfast spots in town. Came for breakfast today and really wanted to love the place but it was only ok. I came with a party of 5 and ordered 2 pancake flights, the pancakes were just ok, not very flavorful. I also ordered the house potatoes and was very disappointed they had no seasonings at all, not even salt. Also ordered a cafe de olla and an orange juice, both were very delicious. The bacon was under cooked and greasy. My daughter ordered an over easy egg and was very oily also. Another thing like I said I came with a party of 5 and we were sat on a very tiny table. Made it very hard and uncomfortable to eat, we didn't have space for anything, I think if they are going to use big plates they need to take that in consideration when sitting a lot of people in a small table. I kept on looking around to see if they had another table that could accommodate a party of more than 4 but it didn't seem like it.
