I've been looking for a sandwich place and this one came on the radar so I decided to give it a go! Inside it's pretty roomy and relaxing. They have a TV inside and plenty of tabled. Also their outdoor patio is pretty nice so would be chill eat here during lunch hour. They have a pretty big menu which can be overwhelming at first but they do help you out if have any questions. I decided to order their shrimp po boy sandwich with a side of French fries. Came out in less than 5 minutes which was cool. These sandwich put portions are HUGE! Definitely make sure to come hungry. The sandwich itself is great! The shrimp is lightly battered and deep fried. The pieces are pretty big and it got a bit messy but finished it off like a champ. Fries were crispy as well as the shrimp pieces so that was good. Overall it was a pretty satisfying meal. The lady upfront was really nice. Price wise it is on the higher side. But I truly believe it's worth it because the portions are so huge. Would highly recommend this place if you have an empty stomach! read more

I have tried to give the Tustin location a second, third, fourth, and now fifth try (just in case the first 4 times were just terrible by chance) but everytime, without fail, the East Coast Pastrami at this location has been chewy and just all around terrible. The slices are too thick and are rubbery as a result.The Spicy Baja Chicken Fries here are also subpar. The jalepenos are not breaded and twice now I have received my fries without spicy mayo. I'm genuinely confused by this location because the Anaheim Bronx Sandwich Company is hand down my go-to when I'm in the area. So much so that I'll order from there once, sometimes twice, a week. Over there the pastrami is so tender you don't even need to chew it. The spicy baja chicken fries are crispy with deliciously spicy (breaded) jalepenos and always have spicy mayo as advertised. It's so dissapointing that this location has a winning formula but somehow falls flat at every corner. I'll continue to frequent the Anaheim location and until management shapes up this spot, I will never return. read more

This place is amazing! We ordered the Brisket Dip and the Philly Cheese Steak. My husband said the cheese steak was the best he's ever had. I added provolone cheese to the brisket and it was amazing. It was good to really good, first time trying them. It's very noisy inside, so though the day was chilly for outside seating, the 6 of us decided we'd bundle up as we wanted to hear each other. Nice outside areas! I wish for their signature sandwich (which I had) they had a way to toast the roll, that would have helped me give 5 stars. They said if I wanted different bread they could, but I really wanted to try it the way they normally did it, but a nice toasty roll would have been great, the bread was a bit cold. I'm not usually a sandwich type of person, but this place is definitely worth trying! I really like the area that this place is in, and there's plenty of parking. They have so many options to choose from; I was overwhelmed. I like how they bring the east coast to the west coast with the types of sandwiches that they have! We ordered the Bronx Club and Turkey Salad sandwich with their house chips. Let me just say, they stack these sandwiches thick! You're definitely getting your money's worth here. The Bronx Club was amazing, especially because their turkey is so fresh!! My father got the Turkey Salad sandwich, and he ate all of it in one sitting! I was excited to see that they have house chips that are made fresh to order. They were perfectly crispy and tasted even better knowing that they were made in-house. They also have street fries that I want to try next time! Their sandwiches are huge, so I just wish that they had half sandwiches available. I genuinely can say I've never liked sandwiches. There's always too much of one ingredient or another (way too much bread and not enough meat, or vice versa). I was first introduced to Bronx Sandwich by my dad a few years ago and I recently decided to try it again. My boyfriend and I now come here probably two times a week (I know, we have an addiction). I absolutely fell in love with the New York cold sandwich. I order it with their made-in-house sourdough baguette. Every sandwich place that I've been to usually claims to have "fresh baguettes", but every time I get a baguette from these places, the bread is always ROCK hard. It ends up cutting my gums and ruining the meal. But not at Bronx!! Their fresh baguettes are exactly that -- fresh! The bread is soft enough to not cut my mouth, but also hard enough to keep the sandwich's structure without becoming soggy. The New Yorker sandwich I order comes with roast beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and Havarti cheese. The lettuce is that amazing shredded lettuce and the roast beef is one of the best I've ever had on a sandwich. Today, my boyfriend ordered their "Chicken Tenders on Fries" and I was pleasantly surprised! I didn't expect a sandwich shop to have good chicken tenders, but I was totally wrong. They were perfectly breaded and cooked well, the chicken wasn't oily or soggy (as some fried chicken can be). The fries were also great, similar to McDonalds fries in their shape and taste. Highly recommend! The parking for this location is kind of tough. And it wasn't until recently that I realized there is additional parking in the rear of the building. As for the indoor sitting, that's also tough. I recently went for lunch right at 12:00pm and was forced to take my order home because there wasn't an open seat in sight, but I guess that attests to the fact that they truly are a great casual dining spot. They also have a loyalty program where you can give them your phone number and receive free chips, sodas, etc. Speaking of sodas, they have the most high-tech soft drink machine I've ever seen. I ordered the meal from @grubhub, so I can't comment on service being good or not. Delivery was under 40 minutes, so it was quicker than expected. I also ordered philly cheese steak fries just cause. WOW. I was looking for a different departure from my usual Door Dash order. If you dont think pictures can sell your product, guess again. I was sold on the delicious visuals found on their DD menu site. I opted for the Bronx club. This is HUGE sandwich piled high with turkey, havarti, shredded lettuce, tomato, bacon and avocado. The bread was amazing as well. I could only eat half. Perfect to share and you will be full and satisfied with just a half. Turkey seems legit, too, and not the weak, slimy kind of other sandwich shops. Bronx Sandwich is pretty legit east coast sandwiches. Definitely will order again. I'm writing this for mother. I picked up an order for her the other day. She is from New York and was craving some nostalgia, so I found Bronx Sandwiches for her. She ordered the "King of Queens" with extra meat. Her words, not mine. Lol. "This what I get for $20?!" After she settled down, she said the meat was tasty, but the portion was skimpy. My mom is 80 yo, 5'2" 120 lbs, so she was not expecting some giant sandwich, but even for this sassy, little lady it was small. Too summarize: tasty meat, small portions, high prices. AVOID this location. I'm not sure why but the employees here have made this location horrible. Let's start with the experience with cashier: We were the only ones in line and no one else was waiting for food to be made as we walked through the door. We showed the Yelp check in and evidently the cashier has never heard of Yelp before and had to reach out and touch my phone to bring the phone closer without wearing any gloves. He was trying to key it in and then asked if there was a coupon code; no it's a standard Yelp check in but I still showed it to him again. He again reached out to touch the phone instead of simply asking me to bring it closer (even though he should know what is it). It took us a good 5-10 min to order our food. The wait: 35 minutes for our order (2 sandwiches, philly fries, chips and drink). They had 7 employees working that I could see and for some reason were very confused. One couple walked in after us and received their order before we did. Picking up my food: I walked up to get my food after the long wait and was greeted by the guy who took my order, "I didn't charge you for the drink so can you pay for it." Uuuhh I just waited an extremely long time for my food (at a sandwich shop that wasn't busy at all, that is fully staffed) because of your stupidity and you want me to pay for a fountain drink that you forgot to ring up. Sure if you forgot to ring it up at the time of order and just did it then it would be fine. Because I felt like being nice and instead of telling him to f*** off for being a moron. I said, "let me check my order first to make sure it is correct since I had a feeling it would not be." I look inside my bag and there is a 3rd sandwich instead of my phillycheese steak fires. He says oh since I got your order wrong you don't have to pay for the drink. GREAT thanks for the item that cost nothing. They have indoor and outdoor seating. There is a lot on the menu but my favorites are the original philly sandwich and the Texas brisket fries. I basically inhaled all the fries within seconds. Saw this business by chance as I was looking for a coffee shop nearby. The plaza that it's located in is quiet, but nicely illuminated at night and BRONX stood out to me in the corner. Parking is a little tight if the area is busy. Very spacious dining quarters; seating is spread out and plenty of patio space as well. They have a long list of sandwiches! Most of which are named as New York tributes: The Babe, The Yankee, The Bronx Club, etc. After speaking to the staff about menu recommendations (I really wanted to try everything after reading the ingredient list) I settled on the #8 (Pastrami Reuben w/slaw on marble rye). I normally love kraut, but they pointed out the sweet element of adding slaw instead. I was not disappointed when served a thick pastrami sandwich that was neatly stacked--definitely a reminder of those East Coast deli delights. So big, I boxed the other half for lunch the next day. I love me a good sandwich, and this place is a solid four stars. People are complaining about the prices - but just look at the pictures. You can see that they pile on the meat here, if you want a $5 footlong from subway where you can't even see the meat inside, go for it. Anywho, I stuck with a King of Queens sandwich on a baguette (bread recommendation from the nice cashier). I also got a small side of the seafood salad thanks to my yelp check in offer. The sandwich was awesome, I'm not even a fan of mustard but everything on that sandwich just worked well together. My bill ended up being around $10 or so, but I could barely finish half the sandwich. I saved the other half for dinner but the sandwiches here are so big that I think two people could just share one and be happy. The seafood salad was disappointing though, the pieces of fake crab inside were chunky and just had a very unappealing chalk like taste. I wouldn't recommend it, but I can't really complain about it since it was free. My friend got the sandwich of the day, which was some crazy pastrami sandwich with 10000 different things with an egg. We both thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches. Service was also quick (got both sandwiches in under 5 minutes). I can't wait to come back and try their other sandwiches! read more

My new favorite sandwich place! This is a really big sandwich. I cut it in half and ate it for 2 meals. This was my first visit and I ordered the Mob Boss. The bread roll has a wonderful crisp crust. The meat is thinly sliced, but they pile it on thick! The slaw and dressing were delicious. Excellent. I will definitely be coming back here again. I hope there are more locations soon. read more

I ordered a sloppy Bronx (11.99) with pastrami (additional 4 dollars) - and eggs.. (1.50)... sooo after tax.. about 20 bucks.. First of all.. presentation was horrible.. I've read other reviews about the skimp of pastrami provided but had to experience it myself. The fries they served were precooked and soggy. Very skimpy portion on the pastrami.. they didn't use any spicy mayo sauce. Overall very disappointed. I feel it was way overpriced for what was added to my sandwich. I've had better experience at the Costa Mesa location. I understand covid played a roll in to go orders... but that's not an excuse.. look at InNout burgers... the burgers are juicy no matter what and they don't over charge you. Tsk tsk Bronx...
