It's going to give it 3 stars because we enjoyed our food. It was my first time visiting and couldn't believe first how loud it was... So many TVs close together playing different sports. Wasn't my fave. Our server was not very attentive. It took a long time to get our food. My granddaughter fell asleep in the restaurant waiting. Asked for a box- never received a bag to carry our stuff. Noticed people around us did.... On way out there was ONE person who was kind and asked if I would like a bag to carry our stuff. She was the only highlight! The 4 hostesses just stood and watched us trying to navigate getting out with a sleeping child. No help! Won't be on my list to go back to. Bummer! read more

The sauce was good but the wings themselves weren't very crunchy, the inside was also chewy. Fries 6/10- I enjoyed the fries and their flavor, a little cold when I got them. Fried pickles 7/10. I low the fried pickles, they're my favorite. Sometimes they come a bit soggy and I prefer them crunchy and crispy. Overall I'd give this place a 3/5 stars. I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings many times over the years, and while it's never been amazing, it was usually at least decent. Unfortunately, my last two or three visits have been genuinely awful, and my most recent one was the final straw. I used to enjoy coming in to the Bdubs to watch a football game here and there because it has that big sports bar kind of vibe but I can't support this company any more. The food quality has fallen off a cliff. The traditional bone-in wings are incredibly small (as big as my thumb). On my last takeout order, I got home about five minutes after picking them up and the wings were already rock hard and crunchy. Not "crispy" completely inedible. On top of that, there were strange hard bits in the wings that felt like bone splinters, which was honestly repulsive. I ended up throwing away about two-thirds of the food because I couldn't bring myself to finish it; That's never something you should experience after paying restaurant prices. Buffalo Wild Wings used to be a reliable, option but I have started to take my business to ATL or wing stop in the last couple years and have been much more impressed. The food quality is so poor that I don't feel comfortable giving this location another chance. Extremely disappointing. read more

Sloppy and disappointing service paired with an equally unpleasant ambiance. The restaurant was extremely slow, and the overall atmosphere felt unorganized and uninviting, which is usually why I avoid places like this. I decided to give it another try after some time and came on a date, and unfortunately it confirmed why I don't return. Our server, Zeus, was very inattentive--repeatedly avoiding our table while making direct eye contact. We don't typically eat at greasy establishments, but we ordered an appetizer and were never informed of any specials. When we later asked to upgrade for an additional $6, we were told by "Frank" through Zeus that it wasn't allowed. The server remained distant throughout ordering. Charging $10 for six mozzarella sticks is excessive, which is exactly why we asked about the special in the first place. When dining out, there's no expectation--just the common courtesy for servers to mention available specials or deals. The ambiance did nothing to help the experience. The space felt dull and neglected, with no sense of urgency or hospitality, making the long wait feel even longer. Instead of feeling welcomed, it felt uncomfortable and awkward to even ask basic questions, to add on the booth seats are ripped so horrible for a chain . When I asked what sauce flavors were offered, he flipped the menu out of my hand and pointed instead of answering. The same thing happened when I asked what soda products were available--he said "Pepsi," then responded with "here, look," flipped the menu open again, and pointed, as if I were being scolded. It was incredibly condescending. I ordered a Pepsi Zero and was given Diet Pepsi. While that alone isn't a huge issue, it's still surprising that a table of two couldn't receive the correct drinks. I came in mid Friday afternoon and took a seat at the bar. I was the only one at the bar. Ordered a beer and looked over the menu. The bartender (Chelsie) was not really friendly. I sat there waiting for her to take my order. She was more interested in putting the glasses away, taking trays back to the kitchen, talking to other waitresses. She gives wifey attitude and acts like she had wished she was off work 3 days ago while flirting and spending most of the time with the guy who obviously keeps her on the lifestyle she's use to. Both my fiance and I are doing Keto which means we choose to stick to non-breaded items. This eliminates a lot of the menu here since about 85% of items here are breaded and fried. Food is marginal at best. Still small wings, overcooked, dry and rubbery. The change extra for dipping sauce but don't tell you when ordering. I ordered 2 blue cheese and received and paid extra for 4 sauces. Music was good, and once I figured out what beer I wanted it was nice and cold.
