Made the trip here & was satisfied for sure. Had Flo's 6oz Med Rare, Stuffed Baked Potatoe & added a Lobster tail. Everything was done perfect. 7 Peppered Salad was okay. APPS were stuffed Mushrooms/Wild West Shrimp. Shrimp were allot better than Mushrooms. Took hm 2 Cheesecakes (Sorry no pics here) was **Litteraly** best Cheesecake I've had in yrs.! Better than Cheesesteak Factory hands down. We did have (2) Texas Tea's (Puesdo Long Island) which actually, they need to back off the Sour Mix. Overwhelming. Other than that, $156+ tip. The restaurant is pretty big, it also has a bar you can sit at. The bathroom needs to be updated that's for sure. We sat down right away because we went when they opened. We ordered an appetizer first which was the dip and it was really good. I did order a chicken Parmesan with mashes potatoes. Honestly I didn't like it, but I ate it because we don't waste food. I am incredibly disappointed because LongHorn Steakhouse used to be my go-to, and my steak was always perfect. However, they have now let me down twice in a row across two different locations in Tucson. Both times, my steak was tough, dry, and completely lacked grill marks. The service is just as inconsistent; it was great at one location but completely lacked attention at the other. Due to this unpredictable food quality and service, I will most likely not go back and am starting to look for other steakhouse options. read more

Went here with my dad yesterday for lunch and had a pleasant meal. We ordered the stuffed mushroom appetizer, which is now certified GOAT status for me at this restaurant. Definitely always going to order this! They are so cheesy and yummy, and have a fresh taste with that crunch you like! There were not many people in the restaurant midday on Saturday so we were able to easily get a table and get our food promptly. they give you free bread, which is cool, and it's actually warmed along with the butter (unlike many restaurants I've been to lately). I ordered the half rack ribs with macaroni and cheese and my dad ordered the ribeye with a baked potato. The ribs were so tender that just cutting into them made them fall apart into delicious meaty bites, however, I did not prefer the barbecue sauce, which is on the sweeter side. The ribeye was fantastic, though it did not have any pink as the server had detailed when ordering which made us change from medium to medium well (he was told that ordering medium would ensure pink all throughout and medium well had a little bit of pink). But again, it was okay since it tasted so great. The baked potato my dad said it was good, however it had salt encrusted on the whole outside, which was not that pleasant. The macaroni and cheese was just okay, different than I remember, but also similar in the fact it had little to no pork remnants in there. Service was cool. I inadvertently came in on the "Wild West days" and the place was so slammed. I was with a group of 12 and they had to split it us into 3 tables of 4. Considering how busy they were, the service was fairly fast. My table split a blooming onion which came with a nice dipping sauce. I got the ABC burger which came with fries and was decent overall. Called a week ahead to make a reservation all went well, we called today and apparently they don't do reservations and it's first come first serve that there are three parties ahead and if we come first with our people we can take that parties table. If there are no reservations why are you holding tables for people and why do people get to come and steal that table if you told them you would hold it for them. read more

Came here for a late lunch, early dinner... I was shocked that I convinced my husband to come here given he is obsessed with the place up the street that starts with Texas. For a chain steakhouse, I will start off with out of the three main places most know about this is probably my favorite after this first time here. It was very clean inside, and every single staff member was genuinely friendly. We were seated in a booth, and I was a little surprised how busy it was for 2PM in the afternoon. We ordered the shrimp appetizer, along with meals (steak, brussels, etc.) and all of the food came out hot and delicious. Their baked potatoes are monsters! The server was wonderful, she checked in on us just often enough and kept my water glass full which I love. Elected to pickup a full slab of barbecue baby-back pork ribs (first time we did not dine in and chose to pickup our order). We placed our dinner order and paid on LongHorn's website.... easy! The entire order was ready within 20 minutes, got a notice on the phone, responded where we were parked, and the bag with our dinner was immediately brought out to us by a friendly staff member. Gone in 30 seconds! Our dinner was totally complete, filled correctly, hot and delicious (bread, butter, Caesar salad, salad dressing, large slab of ribs with extra bbq sauce on the side, a sweet potato with butter & brown sugar), a large portion enough for two ... we will definitely be using the online pick-up order service again that was quick, efficient, simple, and delicious! read more

've been a regular here, but I'm beyond frustrated. A few weeks ago, we placed a group takeout order and two salads came without the chicken. I called, and they told me, "Next time you order, just let us know and we'll add extra chicken." Well, I tried that today--and after waiting on hold 10+ minutes, the manager said that's not their policy and refused to honor it. She just kept repeating, "We'd refund you," but I didn't pay for the original order, so that didn't help me. When I finally got my salad, she was rude and forgot the dressing. Again. And the "extra chicken"? Just a couple sad, steamed strips--not even grilled like usual. Total letdown. Had a great dinner date/ first time Longhorn patrons. It was nice, no wait but a lil earlier... on a Saturday night. The hostess was accommodating as we switched from right next to the kitchen, to a cozy booth. Our server, Kayla was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable about the me u and food questions and attentive to our service requests... she & the others brought stuff before we even thought of it. We discussed the menu, started with a ceasar salad, good & punchy dressing and especially loved the fresh good amount of romaine- next up some mac n cheese. Probably better with the steaks but cooked perfectly & we both thought it was flavorful-- bonus was the nice crunchy parm toasted topper. Up next, steakville. I got a bone in Porterhouse & my hubby got the ribeye. We did ask for a heavy sear/ cooked medium that needed a refire bc it was just not quite as seared as we like. Then in my opinion the extra butter almost took away. Maybe the kitchen can work on the heavy sear... I think it can make a medium steak really shine bc ( but what do I know?!?). Regardless, the steaks were delicious. I really liked the tenderness and seasonings, wow! The baked potato was completely bomb. We finished up with a nice desert, molten lava. I like mine definitely more toasted/hot so the lava flows with the ice cream but thats just me being picky. Overall, I say 4.6/5 stars. Excellent front end service, even when I called to the lovely host & hostess both went the extra mile to make our first time Longhorn steakhouse experience really great. It's been awhile , since we have been here. My 13yr old son wanted to come n eat here for lunch. He order a renegade 8oz steak n bake potato. I had wings for starters n I asked for well done n they were so delicious by themselves. I didn't even put the buffalo sauce it was so good. Went here with a party of five for a special occasion. Checked in, we were told it would only be a few minutes. We waited outside by the front doors. After 10-15 minutes went by, we went in to check on our table. Young man said he tried to find us and couldn't, table was given away. He never came outside to call for our party. I'm going to highlight our server, Sydney K. first before turning to the food. We had a table of 9 and Sydney handled us like a professional in every sense. Not once did any of us feel neglected by her. Our drinks were always full, used dishes removed nearly immediately, and she never wavered in her friendliness. Super efficient as well, never wasting a trip to or from our table. Now the food. You get a lot of food for the money. I had the nine piece chicken tenders with a baked potato and a side salad all for under $16. My wife had the salmon with a baked potato and salad for nearly the same price. (We each had leftovers to take home) We got out of there For just over $40, without tip. (we tipped Sydney very well for her service) This was our first time, but will certainly not be our last.
