The food was mind blowing. The cinnamon roll was so delightful, the orange zest elevated taste and the blueberry preserve was delightful. The tiramisu latte was really good too. My absolute favorite thing was the gravy, best gravy I've ever had. The portions are huge, the prices are great for the quality and effort into the food. Our server was so kind. There was an ID mix up and she handled it with grace. The ambiance is very welcoming!
We started off with both the biscuits and the cinnamon bun - and enjoyed both, though the orange zest on the cinnamon bun provided an unexpected flavor to the dish. I had the French toast, which was wonderful and flavored well, while others had eggs, pancakes, and bowls. An excellent stop for brunch that fueled us up for the day ahead!
Hands down one of our favorite brunch spots in Atlanta, it's part of our top two. We went today for Mother's Day. We arrived early thinking there would be a line. Showed up about 20 minutes before open and we were the 2nd to arrive. I guess we don't go often enough because we didn't know they started taking reservations. We ordered the biscuits for each of us, party of 5. It's an absolute must when going to BK. We also ordered the cinnamon roll to start. I ordered the hash with eggs, my wife ordered the chicken with pancakes, we ordered the kids meal for our toddler and someone else ordered the hash and farm omelette. All tasted amazing, can't wait to go back again. The biscuits are really something else, especially with the sea salt butter.
I had an amazing Southern-style breakfast here! I visited with a friend around 11am and we had to wait for about 1 hour before getting seated. This is walk-in only I believe and they will send you a text notification once your table is ready. My friend and I shared the following dishes: - Biscuit Donuts: A weekend special. These were warm, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and perfectly sweet. Delicious and I can imagine how good the savory version of these are. - Chicken + Waffle: Wow, among some of the best chicken and waffles I've ever had. The chicken was juicy and the breading was perfect. Only downside is I wish the chicken portion was bigger. The waffle was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A perfect texture. With the butter and maple syrup, it all worked so well together. A must. - Spiced Maple Chicken & Grits: Really great grits texture and flavor! This dish was overall good, but pales in comparison to the other dishes we had. I do think the hot sauce overpowered the dish a bit, so I would recommend toning it down. It also had a very generous amount of bacon which was nice. The service here was great, a Southern hospitality staple. The interior is homey and cozy, like dining at someone's house. For parking, they do have free spots behind the restaurant, but it can get packed. Overall, I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for an authentic Southern breakfast option in Atlanta!
This is clearly a local staple! Coming in around 10 am, the parking lots were small but all full. There's about three lots and all were pretty full and smaller. It was only me so i was sat immediately at the bar. The service was great! And customers were very friendly. I ordered the shrimp and grits. Downside is it came with bacon. I requested turkey bacon but they don't carry turkey. The waitress requested lite bacon but it was in almost every bite. The tomatoes gave it a good added flavor. The shrimp was also very tasty. With better parking I could come back but just would try another dish.
The service was excellent and the food was good overall, but we found the dishes to be extremely heavy. I'm not exaggerating when I say I felt full for two days afterward--and I barely touched my meal. That said, I'm also not very used to foods that are high in butter or salt, so a traditional Southern-style breakfast may simply be richer than what I'm accustomed to. Others in my group mentioned the same thing--that the food really seems to sit in your stomach for quite a while. The ambiance is very cute. The restaurant is set in what feels like a charming little house, which gives it a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Parking can be a bit tricky depending on the time, but we had a 2 PM reservation on a Sunday and were able to find a spot right in front. There are also several small parking lots nearby with signage to help customers locate them. I ordered the grits bowl, which is a great gluten-free option. The spinach had a slight spice to it and was very flavorful, and the roasted tomatoes were a really nice touch.
First time trip for breakfast. Very crowded -restaurant feels small Unisex bathrooms. Ordered cinnamon roll after seeing pictures. Served lukewarm. Soso. Not what i had expected. Maple bacon good just not hot. Kinda limp. Hash browns are a weird experience too. Kinda mushy inside. Omelette served lukewarm also. We did not have to wait long for our food so not sure why the food was not hot. I think we will go to egg harbor cafe next time. Sat at the bar. Never was offered coffee or water refill
Rolled in on a Sunday morning and got hit with the classic Atlanta brunch experience. One hour wait for two. Translation. If you are not hungry when you arrive, you will be by the time you sit down. The place was packed, energy was high, and the turnover moved steady. Now the food. Biscuits with sea salt, blueberry jam, and spicy jam. 5 out of 5. These were elite. Soft, balanced, and layered with flavor. The salty top with the sweet and heat from the jams worked perfectly. Easily the best thing on the table. Eggs. 3 out of 5. They were cooked fine. They tasted like eggs. Nothing more, nothing less. Grits. 4 out of 5. Well seasoned. Creamy. You can tell someone paid attention back there. Hash browns. 4 out of 5. These surprised me. Not your typical diner style. Crisp, structured, almost like a salmon patty in texture. They held their own. Chicken sausage. 2 out of 5. Respectfully, get the bacon. Some battles are not worth fighting. Pancakes. 4 out of 5. Great flavor and fluff. Only thing missing was those crispy edges you get at home on a hot pan. Overall, solid brunch spot. Worth the wait if you plan for it. Come patient. Order the biscuits. Skip the health kick.
I havent been here in years, so it was so nice to stop by for lunch on a weekday. There's parking in the front and back on both sides that were not full at 10:30am on a Tuesday. There was also no wait line. My friend and I both got the chicken and waffles and shared fried green tomatoes. The fried green tomatoes were really crunchy and they had this vinegary/acidic kick that was really good with their ranch sauce. The chicken was nice and crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. I'd say the waffle tastes like a standard waffle. It pairs well with the chicken and syrup. All the food came out super quickly and the service was friendly. The chicken and waffle meal was closed to $20. Left with a very full and happy tummy!
Buttermilk kitchen is my favorite place to eat breakfast in Atlanta! Every time I have been, the service has been great and the food consistently delicious. The biscuits (as expected) are to die for and live up to the expectation in the name "buttermilk." I also recommend the cornbread muffins with the honey and butter to start. The pancakes, bacon, and grits are great as well. The service has been exceptional each time. Our cornbread came out without the honey and by the time we were able to grab our server, we had eaten the muffins. He kindly offered to bring a whole new order out without us even having to ask- that is great service! And to top it off I love the farmhouse vibe and atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant but definitely recommend booking a reservation or being prepared to wait an hour + on the weekends.
My first time trying this space and I'd definitely return. The ambiance and decor and is nice & quaint. The food was also delicious. I ordered a buttermilk pancake with blueberries which was tasty but not too overpoweringly sweet which I love. I also had a fried chicken breast on the side. It was moist inside with a nice crunch outside. For my beverage I wanted to try the golden hour but they were out so I got the ginger honey soda. A 10/10 out of ten as well. All in all, I would definitely come back and try them once more
I'm back at it again with another post-church review! This time, it's Buttermilk Kitchen--a spot I hadn't heard of until it popped up in my brunch search. My friend joined me this time, and off we went. Now, parking was tight and a bit tricky, and I actually missed the entrance on my first pass because the sign is placed right after the entrance. Inside, it's small and intimate. Aaron at the front took names, and we waited a bit over an hour...pretty standard for most places. I ordered the short rib hash with pickled fried green tomatoes, a cold chai, and we split a cinnamon roll. My friend had the French toast, scrambled eggs, and a hot chai. She loved her eggs, but found the French toast bland--no cinnamon or nutmeg, mostly vanilla and sugar. She gave it a 2.5/5. For me, the short rib hash was excellent! The meat was tender, the sauce was great, and eggs were on point. The potatoes could've been crispier and seasoned, though. The pickled fried green tomatoes? Easily the best I've had--amazing, though at $10 for three, I wish there was one more piece. The chai, made in-house, was great. The cinnamon roll had fantastic cream cheese frosting with a citrus hint, but the roll itself tasted like a plain crop dusted dough. I'd skip the roll next time, but honestly, I'd put that frosting on anything! Overall, it was a nice experience. The service was attentive, and despite the minor drawbacks, I'll definitely be back to try more.
Buttermilk Kitchen is exactly how brunch should be. They have set a standard for high quality southern dishes that is always consistent. I've been several times and highly recommend you make reservations to avoid long wait times. Every time I've ate at Buttermilk the service is always excellent. The vibe is cozy and friendly whilst also charming and welcoming. I recommend getting the maple chicken or chicken and waffle but you really can't go wrong. The biscuits are delicious especially with the pepper jelly and I love trying something new during their seasonal rotations. If you like to dine alone, the bar is a perfect area to chill and have some solo time. I will continue to be a patron of Buttermilk and have brunch here with friends and family. 10/10 you won't regret trying this place.

Buttermilk kitchen was amazing. We made a reservation and were a bit late but they were nice enough to still give us a table with a short wait. They super busy but maintained great service from the moment we got there until the very moment we left. Seating is indoors but with a great environment. Parking seemed small but they offer other parking areas to help guest. Once we were sat I ordered the BELT sandwich and my boyfriend ordered the special called angry bird then we got a pancake to share. Both was so good with unique flavors. The BELT has a lemon mayo that truly makes the sandwich. The angry bird ended up being my favorite because of the habanero sauce. It has the perfect kick to it. Everything is fresh and homemade and you can really tell. Great flavors and great experience! Highly recommend checking them out! read more

We tried this great place this morning for brunch. When we arrived at 11 there were already people outside waiting to be seated, So I went inside and gave our names and to the hostess and we only waited about 30 mins but it was sooo worth it. Be careful because there is a parking lot but it's really tight!! They also offer cocktails! Overall Buttermilk Kitchen gave me an at my grandmas feel! Loved it! 10/10 read more

We came here as our first stop to Atlanta. My girlfriend made the reservation as she found this I believe on TikTok. We were both hungry and in town for my uncle's funeral and decided to get breakfast here. This place was so great it almost made me forget I was sad and here for an unfortunate occasion. The place itself was very welcoming and had a very homey feel. The decor was very natural and felt like a country kitchen type of feel. The staff were extremely helpful, our server Tyler was excellent! He knew it was our first time and offered both suggestions and feedback on possible choices we would make. This is always a welcome thing for us as we have a hard time deciding because everything looks so good! His recommendations and feedback or spot on and we were very pleased with our meals. We both got natural sodas to start and went from there. My girlfriend got the strawberry one and I got the ginger one. You can tell they are natural because they do not have anything artificial in them. They tasted like naturally made syrups with seltzer water added for the carbonation. They were actually very good even if outside of our normal drink choice. We then moved on to the food which was absolutely phenomenal. Everything is made in-house from scratch fresh. You can taste the love in every dish. My girlfriend got the chicken biscuit sandwich with potatoes which were flavored well and the chicken was not dry. I got the hash bowl that featured eggs, bacon, cheese, and potatoes. Everything we had was prepared exceptionally well from the fluffiness in the biscuit to the flavor and seasoning of the chicken and my hash bowl. We decided to end our visit with the delicious and highly recommended cinnamon roll that featured orange zest. It arrived fresh and hot with the icing and orange zest on the top. It was a very nice size for cinnamon roll so much so that we took some home. That was a very good cinnamon roll, We definitely enjoyed our visit and can't wait to return! - SupaFlyITGuy approved! 10 outta 10. We recommend making a reservation in advance so that you won't have to wait very long. We were seated almost immediately around our reservation time. Even the bathroom was very tidy and had a hilarious wall decor. This speaks volumes to how your food is prepared as well. I usually check the bathrooms in places that I eat as this is often a reflection of how clean the place is overall and how well maintained most times with a few exceptions. They passed with flying colors in my opinion on all facets. Get here! read more

Buttermilk Kitchen is hands-down my favorite breakfast spot in Atlanta. It is absolutely worth the hype! My favorite thing to order is The Standard ($17) with: scrambled eggs, pimento cheese grits, fried chicken, and a biscuit with their blueberry jam. It is always delicious! I also absolutely love the blueberry basil lemonade. It is amazing! My husband likes their chicken biscuit and also the biscuits and gravy. I am so happy they now accept reservations on OpenTable. It will make it much easier to have breakfast here! It's a cute restaurant with a lot of little rooms, and they have outdoor seating on the deck, as well. The parking situation is interesting, but there's always parking available. Just follow the signs to the different lots. read more

The food? My palate was satiated! I stopped by this afternoon for a solo brunch and I was very pleased with my overall service. All waiters were super friendly. One recommended I try the Spiced Maple chicken and grits. I orders just that, modifying mine with cheddar cheese instead of pimento. Delicious! Unlike most breakfast spots I didn't need to pick up the he salt & pepper once! Everything was seasoned perfectly including the biscuit! I think you'll be pleased by this homey breakfast spot. read more

Visiting Atlanta for business and we had breakfast with clients here on a rainy morning. We ordered biscuits for the table which were very good, and I think would have been even better if they were a touch warmer. I ordered the French toast with a side of scrambled eggs with cheese and both were great. Definitely recommended. The green tea latte I ordered wasn't my favorite though. Our server was very nice and overall did a good job. I do think as they got busier, she slowed down with us a bit and we had to request some beverage refills for the table. Overall, it's a cute breakfast spot, and I wouldn't hesitate to eat here if I was in Atlanta. read more
Cute farmhouse style restaurant in Buckhead. The food is okay. The shareable biscuits and cinnamon rolls were fantastic. Make sure you try the pepper jelly with the biscuits-it's incredible. My friends and I got different drinks to try. I got the boozy blue drink with tequila instead of vodka-it was great! The Aperol Spritz also tasted really good! I got the hot chick grits as my meal. The eggs, grits, and chicken tasted good. The hot chicken was a touch sweet which really made the meal. The one bone I do have to pick about the meal is that the bacon was gummy and hard to chew and threw off the taste when I would get a forkful. Serving staff was really sweet. However, hostess and the person who brings the people back to the table can be a bit harsh and unwelcoming. I guess they have to because the wait time without a reservation is 2hrs+ and I can see people being rude to them if they aren't cold, but still-be a bit nice. Make sure to make a reservation or you will be waiting hours. Parking is very limited so look at their website to see where you can park during specific days. read more
Decided to drop in for some breakfast and planned to start my remote work day here! I was able to easily find parking in the front, which is RARE! Entered the establishment and was greeting immediately. I requested to sit outside, a specific table, I was told the table was "closed", no worries, I chose a table right across from it. The table and outdoor area were clean. Looking for a spot out the way, due to the fact I needed to work. It took about 8 minutes before my service came to greet me. I placed my order (Chicken + waffle) and ordered water to drink. While waiting for my food, I continuously tried to request access to the WiFi, as it failed on multiple attempts. When the server brought my water to the table, I inquired about the issues I was experiencing. Unfortunately, she informed me their WiFi for patrons has been down since last week, and the WiFi they have for the restaurant they do not share the password... because they don't know the password. Major inconvenience as I was trying to sit, eat and work (without using my cellular hotspot, as I need my phone for work). Not sure I can say I loved the Chicken + Waffle. The chicken had a weird "sour" taste to it. Not sure I would ever order it again. The waffle was cool. I believe my server was a little busy (inside the restaurant) because she mentioned she forgot about me outside. Not too many pics to accompany this review, but I hope this is helpful! read more

We had a reservation for 8 on Mother's Day and they sat us right away. Ashley was great, and the food came out fast and was quite tasty. I was happy with my Chicken Biscuit and definitely recommend the Pimento Cheese Grits, even if you're not a big grits person. Our table was right in the front, so unfortunately I didn't get to explore much or really experience any ambiance. read more

My wife was having a procedure done at nearby Northside Hospital and we had arrived at the hospital at 5:30 am. Since I had several hours to wait, I decided to go out for breakfast. I had read about this restaurant on Yelp and in a recent Southern Living article. I arrived shortly after they opened on a Wednesday morning and the parking lot out front was full and I got the last spot in the back lot behind the restaurant. Upon entry, I was greeted and seated immediately. The restaurant appears to be a converted residence. I was seated at a 2-top table in an area that was bustling with other guests. My server brought me a menu and a glass of water. The server was friendly and asked if I wanted anything additional to drink. I ordered the breakfast plate called "The Standard" which includes two eggs cooked any way you want with cheese grits, a fried chicken breast, and a huge biscuit. The server offered me blueberry preserves or honey to accompany my delicious and ample biscuit. The blueberry preserves were delicious. I ordered my eggs over medium and they were cooked perfectly. My only disappointment was that the fried chicken breast was not freshly cooked and so it was not hot like the rest of my breakfast components. I plan to bring my wife back so she can enjoy this great breakfast spot. read more

Unfortunately, I didn't find this to be the least bit enjoyable. Honestly, I would've preferred Chick-fil-A. I came here a few years ago and gave it 3 stars, and sadly it's gone down from there. We decided to give it another shot because we were pressed for time and it was the closest breakfast restaurant to us at the time. I can assure you that we won't be back. I ordered the chicken and waffles and it tasted like something they serve at an elementary school's cafeteria. It just seems like they're cutting corners and their food has declined because of it. Their prices went up and quality went down. My partner didn't enjoy her meal either and neither did our little girl. Our waitress was super apologetic and felt bad, but we reiterated that it wasn't her fault & she was the lone bright spot. So needless to say we didn't eat it and all 3 of us left hungry. If school cafeteria breakfast is your thing, then this is the place for you! Otherwise, keep looking. read more

Stopped by Buttermilk Kitchen in Atlanta, after visiting a nearby hiking spot -- don't remember which -- and headed to Bamboo Forest, which was a one-hour hike from there. Long story short, we didn't make it to our destination, but this restaurant spot was nearby, so we were able to grab a bite to eat afterwards. Small parking spot out front, easy enough to find parking as needed. Came here with family and cousin. Requested for table for six outdoors in the patio as we brought our dog, and we were able to split up and get two tables, seating three each. One person at our table had the vanilla cream latte, I think it was called. I tried a few sips, it was very sweet, but overall pretty solid. I believe our table had the grilled salmon, the Nashville hot chicken, and I myself ordered the chicken and pancakes upon recommendation, with hot sauce on the side for the chicken. I also got the Irish Coffee under cocktails, as that looked good. Overall, the Irish Coffee hit it out of the park in terms of presentation alone, but the taste was somehow not to my liking. I also did not like the whipped cream on top, even though I should have known it came with it. After a long delay, my pancakes and chicken arrived, with buttermilk-brand butter and a miniature jar of maple syrup on the side, and two regular-sized pancakes and a fried chicken leg smack dab in the center of the pancake. To be real, I found the pancakes bland and unexciting, and the maple syrup was smooth like liquid cardboard. The chicken was ok, but the hot sauce was essentially just glorified buffalo sauce. The Irish Coffee downright sucked, and I wouldn't get it again. All in all, not my style or liking. However, we did get seating rather quick enough, and the food *was* filling enough, so there is that. So, pretty decent brunch or lunch spot, after a lengthy hike. I probably won't mind if I never come here again, though. read more

Wowza! I met a fellow professional for a semi business semi catch up meeting. It was an inaugural visit for both of us. We were seated inside at a table for two that I originally thought was going to be tight but turned out to have just enough space for note taking and dining. My fellow diner order the egg white frittata... I went all in with the Standard Breakfast. My choices for the meal were scrambled eggs- enjoyably fluffy, crisp thick cut bacon, their take on hash browns- a near latke like patty, and a drop biscuit with a side of a blueberry sauce. I can imagine that the parking is quite treacherous at times of high customer volume l... I watch a Suburban do a 137 point turn to back out a spot as I pulled up this morning. Buttermilk Kitchen -- oooh wee do you know how to make a BISCUIT! They are large and in charge the moment they hit the table. Served with a side of butter and homemade jams. The appetizer combo comes with 3 biscuits ~ you can easily add extras to it. *Warning: You can also simply cut the biscuits in half! I had one by myself and could barely eat my main entree. **Warning 2: You may forget to snag a photo because you grab and eat them too fast! For entrees, you can grab classics or go fancy. I went with a classic cheesy grit bowl with eggs on top. Personally, I wish I would have gone alil' wild with their fried chicken or fluffy pancakes. Service was good! We never got checked on after the food was served so that was a bit upsetting. A girl really needed some more coffee & water. However, I do respect the grind and hard work I saw from the entire staff. They were a packed house and were really trying to do their best! I'm looking forward to going back at some point in life to try what I missed aka the fried chicken or biscuits and gravy! They both looked like a Southern Treat. (: read more

Buttermilk Kitchen is one of my favorite breakfast spots. If you're craving a classic and comforting breakfast this is your place. The restaurant gives charming/cozy country cottage vibes. Beware the wait on the weekend gets ridiculous so I recommend making a reservation. Parking has gotten better. They have a few more parking lots you can use - varies depending on the day so double check the signs. Decided to go to Buttermilk on a whim on Saturday. It was too late to book a reservation so we were prepared to experience a long wait. Not only did we find a parking right away but the wait was shorter than expected. They originally told us only 20 minutes but we called us early. - I got the chicken biscuit, it's one of their most popular dishes and with reason. The biscuit is heavenly, the chicken flavorful and the red pepper jelly adds something special. Next time I need to remember to get the jelly on the side. The bottom of my biscuit which had the jelly eventually started getting too soft for my liking. - Of course you can't go to buttermilk and not get the pancake. We split 1 cake. So yummy! - You can't go wrong with the standard. You get eggs, your choice of protein, choice of potatoes or grits and your choice of toast, biscuit or fruit. - Love their chai latte, if you're worried about it being too sweet or you just want a pick me up I recommend adding a shot of espresso. I wish our server gave a little more attention but overall service was fine. I appreciate her quickly resolving a minor issue with our order when we brought it to her. read more

This is one of my favorite breakfast/brunch spots. The food is always wonderful. My favorite food on the menu are the biscuits and they never disappoint. My daughter had the fried chicken sandwich and said it was absolutely delicious. The only reason that I'm not giving this visit a 5 is because our server was very distracted and not very attentive to us. She seemed to be overwhelmed. I've never had bad service here before until today. read more

Pretty solid spot! Service was excellent! The venue isn't the biggest spot. It's a very homey feel. I had a waffle, biscuit with jam, sautéed spinach and bacon. The waffle was bland. I took one or two bites and put it to the side. The biscuit was huge and one of the best I've ever had. I'd imagine the breakfast sandwiches on biscuits would be amazing. Sautéed spinach was delicious. My fiancé had the lobster omelet and he loved it. He didn't care for the sweetness of the collard greens. Their blueberry lemonade is delicious. I did not like the strawberry soda. Overall, a solid spot. It would not be a place I'd visit regularly. read more
Stopped in without reservations and was about a 20 minute wait. The orange juice was freshly squeezed. The chicken biscuit was pretty good. The biscuit is good and the chicken was fried well and the meat wasn't weird at all. The pimento grits were good however, i had to send them back as they were lukewarm. The cinnamon roll was okay. The frosting was very cream cheese dominant. Reminded me of a bagel at first vs a cinnamon roll. Also was lukewarm. I see the potential overall as the flavor was great however, my experience would be better if the food was hot. Somehow the chicken biscuit wasn't very hot either but overall I would return and give it another try. Thought it was cool that some famous folks have been there. While traveling to see my daughter, we stumbled across this gem! What a cute little house and they have packed every room with random dining tables that make it look so welcoming! First, at the front door where you check out is a table full of homemade jams and cookbooks for sale. When I first see things like that I figure this is one of those places that are trying everything to stay open. BUT... Our service was absolutely top-notch. Although the place was full, we only waited about 5 minutes because it was just opening. Good thing we got there then since when we walked out there were people standing around outside waiting for their name to be called. With that's knowledge, I'll be making a reservation next time - and there WILL be a next time! The biscuits were amazing and I've never been one for biscuits because they always seem too dry for me. These were moist and the jams...oooh! The jams. NOW I understand why they're selling them at the front door. Every table must buy a jar of jam since we don't have Blueberry-Basil in the grocery store! Even if you did find it, there's no way it's better than Buttermilk Kitchen's jam! Since the service was so good, we had to leave so other people could experience what we did, even though I could've stayed all day and just drink their coffee. Yummy all the way around. There was a long wait time but worth it. Would've been a 5 star review, but due to the hair found in my original plate, I had to bring it down to 4. My server was very apologetic even tho it wasn't her hair. My plate was remade & enjoyable. Of course the meal was comped, which was appreciative. I'll give them another try. read more

Food was delicious. Wait definitely was long and we had to sit at the bar to get in under 2 hours (which was fine but with the winter weather the cold air came in every time the door opened). Enjoyed the cinnamon roll! read more

JOIN THE WAITLIST THE MINUTE YOU WAKE UP... they will start taking reservations starting December 13th, 2022 but the way the online Waitlist and walk-in wait time is, I'm sure it'll be similar with a reservation. If you are walking in, expect at least a 2 hour wait. This is the ONLY reason I would have taken off a fraction of a star. FOOD: Extremely delicious, prepared quickly, very hot and flavorful without being salty. Drinks were delicious as well, the OJ, Lemonade and Mimosas. CUSTOMER SERVICE: From the manager to the hostess and waitress, everyone was a delight and professional. ATMOSPHERE: The environment gives you traditional country kitchen, almost nostalgic. Wow!! It took me years to finally try this place and it did not disappoint. I've wanted to try eating here so many times but have always been so packed. Now that they have a reservation system, we took advantage of it and booked a table for 4. We booked a few weeks out and was able to snag a table for 12:30 pm reservation in the outdoor area. Let me tell you but parking here is a pain in the you know what. They have 8 different lots where parking is available and we had to loop around twice to find a spot, some of these lots are only available on Sundays as well. The spots are tight so just beware that parking sucks, so make sure that you allot time for this especially if you have a reservation. Our friends checked in shortly before 12:30 but they didn't seat us until our entire group was there. The hostess area was packed and tight but warm with the heater on. Even then, we still had to wait 10-15 mins until we were at our table. Once we sat down, everything went pretty smoothly. We were greeted right away by our server. Went to order our drinks and when she came back, we ordered food. My husband ordered a Bloody Mary that he enjoyed very much. It was topped with an assortment of accoutrements and was just pleasing to the eyes. We were interested in sharing a cinnamon roll but was told they just sold their last piece and so she asked if she wanted us to check how long it'll take for the next batch. I said we could order our meals first then she can come back to tell us when they'll be ready. I ordered the folded egg frittata and got a side of biscuit. My husband ordered the pimento omelette with a side of chicken sausage. We did end up ordering the cinnamon roll and was so worth the wait. It had orange flavor to it and was warm and soft in the middle. It wasn't too sweet and was covered with cream cheese frosting. My frittata was delicious packed with veggies and topped with cheese. I loved the salad dressing but the real star of the show was the biscuit. It was fluffy and just perfect, served with a blueberry jam. Service here was wonderful as well! Wow this place is SO good! It's my new favorite brunch spot. I got the folded frittata with a side of toast. And my friend got the chicken and waffles. Both were very tasty! I can't wait to come back. Also definitely join the waitlist. We joined around 10:20 am on a Sunday and it said the wait would be 2 hours and 30 minutes, so we showed up around 12:50 pm and only had to wait 15 minutes. read more
There was a slight wait at the restaurant. The host got us in as quick as he could. We actually got lucky at the bar. The service was great. The bartenders were very friendly. We ordered the chicken n waffles. This was the first time in a long time that a waffle I ordered came out piping hot. It was excellent. The chicken was moist. The chicken biscuit was very good. The Bloody Mary was very flavorful and well decorated. The thick candied bacon gave it a nice touch. I highly recommend this spot for brunch! The atmosphere was chill. read more

My church workers would go in groups. You must call ahead.
Will they let you put your name on the waiting list even if your whole party isn't there?
I had a party of two and they let me put my name on there. Not sure for bigger parties.
What is the typical wait on a friday for Brunch? Hours?
I waited for over an hour the last time I was there.
Do they allow Registered Emotional Support Animals?
It didn't post that they wouldn't but I've also never seen any on my visits. I have an ESA and I would take him there so I say go for it! They have a cute patio seating area as well
