This restaurant looks very clean on the inside, the menu is straight forward. It reminds me of a chipotle but Greek style. I ordered a build your own pita. I didn't really know what the ingredients were but I was willing to try it. My portion was very fulfilling. I think you could share a pita if you want. They also have salads and grain bowls to choose from. The drinks are different. There are no Coca Cola products but they have fresh made teas and juices which were delicious. I've already reviewed this cava about a year ago. I've eaten here consistently ( probably once a week) since that review. I love a Greek salad and it is a good healthy quick option. A year ago I said potions were skimpy. I swear the portions keep getting less and less. Last week and this, who I think is the manager (always there) served me. This was A THIRD of the salad I can get down the street at Salata. $11.20 for a tiny salad. Thanks but no thanks. Food is decent but I cannot continue to pay that for such a small salad. My girlfriend and I love cava. It's always very good; no complaints up until today, 5/7/2023. We got to cava around 8:50pm (1 hour and 10 minutes before close) as we are getting to the door to pull the handle, a young lady behind the bar was eating, saw us, rolled her eyes at us and threw her arms down in a very rude fashion. We stood in the doorway confused, so much so that we thought we came in right before close, but when we looked to double check they had an hour and ten minutes before close. All four employees just stared at us clearly annoyed and said nothing. Instantly we were treated very rude and as if we were bothering them. As we were ordering they were out of most of the things I wanted, like the braised lamb, spicy lamb meatballs, and the Mediterranean cucumbers. In response to this one of the male staff members said "this is probably why you shouldn't come to Cava at night" which we thought was a very rude comment. Once we were checking out the staff member instantly turned around to go chat with his coworkers before asking if we were all set ( we were not) then I had to go ask him if I could get the extra pita bread I asked for which within itself was a battle trying to get his attention due to the lack of awareness of the customer needs. Will not be returning to this location. GOD FORBID YOU COME IN 40 minutes before close because they probably might just kick you out. Not to mention their 4 recorded health code violations. read more

Well done. Just hope they secure high quality organic when possible ingredients. My only ding for 1 star is the ordering process was a little shady and not communicated well. I informed the employee I'd never been before, she said on meats you can order 1 meat full portion or 2 half portion meats. At no point whatsoever did she explain there was an up charge for half portions. She also asked if I'd like falafel? I said "sure!", not knowing it was also a separate up charge from my previously selected protein. It was pretty late when we decided to go, they close at 10PM & it was 9:50pm and the employees there were so welcoming and didn't make us feel any kind of way about coming close to closing. The food was AMAZING the customer service at THE RIM was SO UNBELIEVABLY WELCOMING!!!!! I will definitely recommend and would go there again and again! Worse place,, my first time order there, I ask her how to build your own work , what does it come with , she is like what whatt, sounds like I'm speaking Japanese or whatever, then I choose spicy lamb and meat ball, she starts putting stuff in the bowl with 3 little pieces of meatball and a couple other things she hesitated while picking and put just a little bit of a couple things in there, not even half a bowl, I see just a little of food , I ask her why don't put some grain in there , the other lady said you have to pay more if you put grain in there, I said that's fine , the girl came and put half a spoon of rices in there, I was like that's it, then she put another spoon in there which is only a little bit about half a bowl and they charged me for almost $17. I was very frustrated, when to the car didn't feel good at all, came back ask her where is the spicy lamb, only 3 meatball, the older lady said it's lamb in the meatball,and they advertised as spicy lambs & meatball,not lamb meatballs.
