Chick-fil-A is always great, but the Oviedo one is run super well. Their staff is always super punctual with the orders and genuinely goes out of their way to ensure that everything is correct. Typically we order ahead and pick up curbside and minutes after pulling up they have our order out to us. First visit to this location. Don't think I'll be going back. Two nights ago, I ordered two Market Salads ($7.90 each) Got home to eat them and the lettuce looked days old (wilted and many brown pieces) and chicken didn't look fresh either. I honestly could not get enough fresh lettuce FROM BOTH SALADS to make one salad for my husband. I ended up making a salad for him with my own lettuce I had. I ate the chicken but nothing else. Oh, and they forgot the salad dressing. So, I wrapped the salads up and made a trip to ask for a refund. I go inside and a nice young lady listens to my story. She has to ask a manager what to do. After literally 2-3 minutes (the manager was very busy helping in the to-go line up), the young lady tells me they can replace the salads, nice gesture but I (1) wasn't going home anytime soon and (2) I needed the salads two nights ago. So, I asked to speak to the manager. She came over and repeated she could replace them and I repeated the above. Then she asked if I had my receipt. NO I didn't. She says "it is their policy to only refund with a receipt". WOW. What great customer service! I told her I'd be contacting the corporate office and as I'm walking away, she says "do you want the info for corporate and have a nice day". I didn't respond. FYI - I AM NOT A COMPLAINER NORMALLY. Don't let the line scare you... I go here once a week and there are usually 15+ cars waiting in the drive thru. They usually have 3-5 people outside ready to take your order. They are quick, friendly and always accurate. Never wait more than 5-7 from start to finish in the drive thru and the food always comes out fresh and hot. read more

They'll have a line of people waiting for refills and ignore the pleading looks of people who just want to go back to their meals or get out of the restaurant. The chicken nuggets are always amazing of course but let me tell you... today... they were outstanding. I just couldn't get enough of the tasty, crispy and perfectly salted nuggets! And the extra little crispys at the bottom of the batch... the outsiders if you will... they were just as good, maybe even better, than the main characters, the inner circle if you will. They changed my life forever! I cant thank you enough. These nuggets have made me realize that maybe i should start listening to my parents, maybe even shower twice this week instead of once. The second I bit into the crispy goodness of this nugget my taste but said, "wow this is the best dang nugget my taste buds have ever tasted" PS not to be a Debbie downer or anything but the fries could use a little bit more salt I'm not complaining or anything they were still good but a little bit more salt would've been a bit nicer than the salt less fries I had but I'm willing to overlook this due to the greatness of these nuggets. I think this location is a giant pain in the a**. Honestly, between the wait and the fact that it took THREE people to process an order, it was just stupid and the food was below par. I went early on a Saturday morning to pick up a couple of biscuits. Two lines open at the drive-through, two humans taking orders, mine asks if I'm paying cash or credit. I went to hand him cash and he said he couldn't take cash...then why the hell did he ask?! Then, I have to drive to the next person sitting outside that WILL take cash and it seemed to be a real bother for her, finally get to the pick-up window and the woman in line front of me apparently wasn't happy with her order and was there forever! Why didn't they ask her to move along and they'd bring her order out to her instead of holding up the rest of the line? It was just a joke AND the food sucked. Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been too. Order was taken incorrectly therefore the meal provided was incorrect. Requested a manager to correct the issue which they did while whispering back and forth and eventually giving me back my sandwiches and stating I should charge you an up charge but this time I'll let it go. Kind of rude if you ask me for a piece of cheese. Upon tasting the sandwich it was what seemed like less than room temperature cold. Overall the sandwich was nothing more than nasty. I would have had no problem paying the up charge if that meant an enjoyable meal. Management was informed of the cold sandwich and she could have cared less. Waffle fries were not completely cooked and barely warm and when we both took off the top layer and there was nothing but crumbs of fries stacked in both fry containers. Must have been cleaning out the fry tray. Overall I would give the meal 1 star and I would give management a big ZERO. The remaining staff was typical Chuck-fil-A friendly. New restaurant its a shame they can't provide a quality meal. read more
