My all-time favorite has to be their 2026 Spring Earl Grey Matcha. I was getting it almost every week, and I was genuinely sad when they switched over to their summer menu. Thankfully, they kept the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha, because wow... what a flavor explosion. It's easily one of the best matcha drinks I've ever had, and my friend and I keep coming back just for it. I know it sounds a little adventurous, because it did to me, but when I tried it, it genuinely changed my life (kidding). If mango isn't your thing, I highly recommend either the Double Matcha or the Banana Matcha. The Double Matcha is perfect if you love a strong matcha flavor; you can really taste the quality of the matcha they use. As for the Banana Matcha, I normally don't gravitate toward banana drinks, but SIP completely changed my mind. They use what tastes like a banana pudding instead of artificial banana flavoring, and it blends so smoothly with the matcha that every sip feels balanced and indulgent. I'm a matcha lover and the cold foam and vanilla and lavender masked all the matcha taste and made it into such a thick milk based flavored tea drink.. not a fan. My friend's Yuzu matcha refresher though was very refreshing, but it was too sour for both of our taste. The more we drank it, the more confused our brain got... Is it a lemonade? is it Yuzu-nade? Despite the price increase on their Double Matcha ($8), I can now recommend Airoma FV to my friends who are matcha fans.

And with a bigger drink size (20oz I believe) it definitely feels worth the price. I got the double matcha and it was so smooth and creamy, with a nice mouthfeel and slight astringency. I don't know if it's added to the matcha cream on top, but it also had some saltiness that paired perfectly with the seaweed-y umami notes of the matcha. I also like that the matchas come with oat milk by default. The nuttiness of the milk suits matcha perfectly. Overall a great drink! My sister got the matcha einspanner and also says it was good. Line and wait went quickly. I'd definitely go again!

We are always welcomed with a smile and were even told on one visit in particular, "enjoy our time here." Often times, coffee shops make you feel like an uninvited guest. In a world that seems to be rushing around on tight schedules, this coffee shop is a nice and refreshing departure. Bonus stars to Kevin and all the staff who are incredibly hospitable.

Parking was easy to find. It's a shared parking lot with other businesses. Dex Coffee was easy to find and lots of parking available. The Pear Matcha Einspanner was good, but I prefer Coconut Matcha.
