I was randomly craving a late-night dessert and settled on Chocolate Bash. It was moderately busy upon arrival. I enjoyed their no-contact method of ordering, as you place your order on a kiosk. Their menu was extensive and offered a variety of chocolate-based desserts, from ice cream sundaes to chocolate-covered strawberries. The service was generally good and speedy. The shop is small, clean, and offers indoor seating. I ordered a chocolate brownie sundae, and it was ready just a few minutes after ordering. The sundae was good, but I wish there had been a better ice cream-to-brownie ratio as it primarily consisted of brownie chunks. Overall, Chocolate Bash was a valid one-and-done experience, and I'd recommend it if you're in the area looking for a chocolate-flavored dessert.

There are 2 self kiosk stations to order your desserts. There were so many options that it took us a bit to order. We got two shakes and a chocolate covered strawberry. Located in an outdoor plaza across from the Hangar, parking is a shared lot and there are a lot of spaces available. The interior looked like ice cream with the walls looking like chocolate fudge dripping down. Very cute. There are a few long tables that are great for groups and if you are just a party of two, there are some smaller tables outside or you share the larger tables with other people. The service was fast and nice. He gave me an extra strawberry for free, that was very nice of him. I tipped them before placing my order. Restroom requires a code and to show the numbers, you must press the finger scanner on the top. It was a single room that is wheelchair accessible.

Came for the Dubai strawberry cup. It looked amazing and with this variation being a hit on social media, it was an easy choice to check out Chocolate Bash. The kiosk is convenient to order but I wasn't sure the cup was going to come out exactly as I had in mind-it was easier to order at the counter. We were with friends and grabbed a seat to enjoy our goodies. I must admit, I was mostly underwhelmed. The strawberries were frozen and weren't sweet at all. For $17.99 I definitely expected better. Maybe the strawberries weren't in season and I may have to give it another go with something else on the menu. If I'm in the area again, I might make an attempt to try something else.

To my surprise, I really liked the Dubai strawberry cup. I thought it would be overly sweet. Since my sister is getting one, we shared a medium cup. The strawberries were sweet and the chocolate over it made it melt in my mouth. So yummy!! Wished they put more kanef over the dessert. Would I get it again for $15?... Yes! Located in the LBX, right next to Panini Grill. We skipped dessert after our meal and head over to Chocolate Bash!

Worst experience ever walked in waited for about five minutes. No one helped us. There is a tablet where you could order, but I'm old-school. I actually wanted to order in person since there was only one customer already eating and a few people in the back that never came out to help us. I will never be back anyways we walked to handles a few stores back. We received great service. LOL.

We got the crème puff selection! Oh my heavens. Talk about a treat! These mini puffs are perfect bite size to be able to taste each dipping sauce. Personal favorite is the pistachio. Staff is super friendly and I get a cavity every time I visit the shop. This place is like a mini piece of heaven!

I recently visited Chocolate Bash at the Long Beach Exchange (LBX) with a couple of friends, curious to try the trending Dubai chocolate everyone's talking about. The shop is located in a busy shopping plaza with plenty of parking, and it was clearly a popular spot. The store was packed when we arrived. The inside felt a bit chaotic and it wasn't immediately clear who was taking orders. It seems like a family run business, which I appreciate, but the ordering process could use a little more structure. Thankfully, I used the self service tablet which made things much smoother. It helped they had photos too. My order was prepared quickly. I went with the strawberries dipped in Dubai chocolate and they were delicious. I definitely would order them again. My friends got ice cream and really enjoyed theirs as well. We also picked up a Dubai chocolate bar and it was super tasty. If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the layout inside the store, even though there's outdoor seating the inside feels a bit cramped and could be more inviting, since it's in a trendy area, upgrading the space to make it more inviting, especially with updated walls and ceiling decor would definitely elevate experience. I'd come back!

The first time I tried chocolate bash was through Uber eats and it was so good I craved it so much I went 2 days later and it was just as good if not better because the chocolate was still melted vs hard. I love that you can order via kiosk and they have tables and chairs to enjoy your sweet treats! But the last time I went in they didn't really add much chocolate or pistachio cream on my Dubai strawberry cup and I noticed prices went up which I totally understand because everything has gone up but couldn't enjoy it the same :/

I loved this place sooo much I came three times in a row!! Each time I got something different and I loved it all. Service was great, if they aren't busy with orders they take your order in the front otherwise they have 2-3 self order stands. My favorite was the chocolate covered Oreo and the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup. I grabbed one every day! I don't usually eat this much chocolate but this one is actually sooooo good! When we ordered, it usually didn't take too long to get our orders to go. The inside was a bit dirty tho, especially the tables... but that's because there's people and kids in and out of there! I can't wait to be back in Long Beach so I can stop by here!

As I scanned the menu of all their delectable desserts I was amazed of all the chocolaty goodness in front of my eyes!! My son ordered me the chocolate covered strawberries! They were amazing! Stumbled across this dessert shop, and they have so many options! I couldn't decide what I wanted because so many things are right up my alley. I decided to go with something chocolaty, and chose the chocolate brownie sundae. This picture makes it seem like the sundae is really small, but actually it's pretty large and filling dessert. I only finished half, and I pretty much always finish my dessert.They stuffed the ice cream sundae with loads of brownie and cookie butter and it is absolutely delicious. Service was really friendly and prompt as well. This location sits conveniently in a strip mall with lots of good food, so it's a great spot for dessert after a meal.

Dessert from the desert? Fell for the hype and tried the Dubai Chocolate Shake--figured, hey, if I never make it to Dubai the country, at least I can say I tried a camel-worthy treat! I'm not usually big on pistachio ice cream, but since I do love pistachios, I gave it a shot. Expectations were in the middle of the desert--low and dry--but the shake was actually really, really good. Super creamy, full of tiny chocolate bits, and a cool twist on my usual flavor picks. The chilled chocolate stuck to the inside of the cup was surprisingly fun to scrape off--like a little reward at the end of a desert journey. Maybe that's part of the hype, but honestly - visually appealing. I'd ride my camel to Long Beach again for this oasis!

A good place to satisfy your sweet tooth! Desserts are a little pricey but they also use really good quality chocolate and the portions are shareable. Although I tend to not share especially when I'm craving sweets hehe. My go-to order is a crepe topped with banana, strawberry, and Nutella. But today I tried the banana roll, wrapped in a crepe and topped with Nutella. For $10, I thought this was a pretty good deal. Definitely rich so you could probably order it with slightly less chocolate since they make everything to order. It's a cute place to eat after a dinner date or catch up with friends. Tried this place today for the first time with my daughter. Love that they are open later. Things tend to close a little sooner at the shopping center so I appreciate the longer hours. We got prompt service. The shop is really cute with a wide variety of chocolate options from drinks to food, I would recommend sharing some thing I am a sweets lover but it was even a lot for me! It was so yummy though I got a brownie ice cream. My daughter got a shake and we took three Oreos to go. The servers were polite. The prices seem decent. Only two things I would recommend changing. I was sitting in there with my seven-year-old daughter, and there was music playing with a ton of F words. Also, the spoon I was given, for my ice cream wasn't sturdy and kept bending, almost breaking while I was eating. Honestly this was disappointing, it was super basic and the ice cream was not good. The viral Dubai chocolate strawberry cup was not good at all and it was almost $20! The chocolate bar it's self also not good. Not worth the hype for $80! I would not return for something so over priced that's not even worth it. read more

[3.5 ] Food: The bash roll was huge and dense, but could have been fluffier inside. Lava cake was standard but still a tasty treat. Chocolate marshmallow was too sweet for me - I prefer mine in Rice Krispies or hot cocoa. Loved the vanilla bean ice cream! We enjoyed our desserts in the truck bed with our dog. Brand new dessert location at the LBX next to Panini grill cafe. Soft opening today, 11/25/22. Husband and wife owned. Very friendly and great service. They gave us a chocolate covered strawberry on a stick and the Belgium Chocolate on the strawberry was delicious. We also ordered the sampler plate which includes waffles, mini pancakes, and crepe. Great place, great dessert. There's some indoor seating but probably just enough for 20-25 people? Which isn't bad but I could see this place getting really busy - we happened to be there on a day it rained. Aside from the delicious dessert you'll be served, You're gonna need something to drink haha the chocolate is very rich and perfectly melted. The crepes are perfectly cooked and you really do get a lot for what your paying. My friends and I each got our own thing but we should have shared. It was a very sweet treat. The self prefer kiosks were very helpful but the staff was attentive as well. I look forward to trying more of their creations! I'll just make sure to have it with milk! read more

Disappointed in the presentation and quality. Ordered chocolate covered strawberries for $55 through UberEats for Valentines Day and they arrived all loose in the box and looked a mess. Very sloppily made. Also the photo they show online shows nine strawberries, there were only 8. The leaves on the strawberries are moldy!! I just spent $30 here to watch the lady cooking the pancakes use the cooking stick to scratch her body and then try to use it to flip the food. I made a comment about it being unsanitary, and she proceeded to argue that she used the other side of the stick. Hello it touched your body and now you want to use it to cook. She didn't understand the concept of unsanitary. Would they say this to a food inspector? read more

The name of this place is very intriguing for someone who loves chocolate! Staff were very friendly and able to recommend their most popular items. I came in at the end of the night and since I was ordering large batches, they gave me a good deal since they were also trying to finish the product for the night. This is one of my favorite Dubai chocolates that I've had. I've ordered numerous times and my only critic is that I wish there was a bigger option, I do think the $10 is pricey for the size but the flavors of the pistachio butter, the crunch, and the chocolate are magnificent. I've also ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my kids and they loved them, they threw in a free one with an online ordered we had placed before. Service is good and quick so no complaints. I'm never the one to leave reviews, but this is my second time going there, I got the Dubai chocolate strawberries. I had to ask for more chocolate cause all I can see is plain strawberries with no chocolate or pistachio. The male worker then proceeded to rudely add more after I asked him nicely and said a sarcastic comment saying he's gonna charge me 17$. like I'm sorry I'm already paying 17$ and expect my cup to AT LEAST have chocolate since it's what I'm paying for. TERRIBLE customer service VERY RUDE. Won't be coming again. We're paying 20$ for some plain strawberries with no chocolate or pistachio and top of that RUDE employees when they can't do their job right read more

I just went to pick up an order here. Just opened! Right when I walked in smelled like cold stone inside. It's your typical sweets shop, ice cream, crepes, donuts, waffles, with a twist of extra sweets as toppings and it's brand new and it's in a good clean area. The man working looked like the original owner or partner of the business. When I asked him a question he could barely hear me. I could tell he was in his own world. read more

The crepe, the waffles, the fruit - all dipped and enrobed in chocolaty goodness. We bought some chocolate covered strawberries for some friends who enjoyed them profusely. Their menu is pretty overwhelming, but if you like having a lot of options to choose from, this place is for you. There are two kiosks to order from, and your receipt prints out at the cashier station. There is a decent amount of inside seating and two small tables outside. Service was great. They included extra fruits with our fruit stick, and gave us a free scoop of ice cream when we ordered the Cookie Butter Triffle Cup thinking it came with ice cream (it doesn't, lol). We ordered a variety of items for everyone to try, and everything was good. We got dark chocolate with our fruit stick which was tasty, but the milk chocolate that the Smores Bites and Brownie Bites were made of was overwhelmingly sweet. Would only recommend if you have a sweet tooth. If you're a chocolate lover, it's worth a stop, but it's not the best dessert option in the area. read more

First timer, found there shop from TikTok! Tried the viral Dubai strawberries and the pistachio bar and let me tell you it was AMAZING! I will definitely be back for more. This place is so cool! I came in with my daughter who is a chocolate lover. I love the aesthetics of this place and the menu is fun. You can pretty much have anything dipped or covered in any kind of chocolate. We tried the chocolate covered strawberries with dark and milk chocolate. The strawberries were sweet and juicy. I'm really unsure how to rate this place. My girlfriend and I decided to try it out, and she ordered crepes along with a milkshake. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. Long story short, she ended up with food poisoning, and I came down with a sore throat that eventually led to three weeks of relentless coughing. We were hoping for a nice outing, but instead, it turned into a health nightmare. Not sure if it was a one-off issue, but it's hard to recommend a place where this could happen. I had a disappointing experience at the store. After a long, exhausting day at work, I was looking forward to enjoying a sweet treat, so I decided to try the Dubai strawberry cup, which was priced at a steep $18. Unfortunately, the service was far from pleasant. The staff made rude remarks while I was trying to decide what to order, which only added to my frustration. This place is an absolute gem! I visited on their opening day and about two weeks later and the food keeps getting better. The crepes are absolutely worth it and I would recommend it to anyone! The staff there are amazing and the owners are so nice. They really make it a personable and memorable experience. read more
