If I could give negative stars, I would. This used to be a great dealership, but things have really changed. Three years ago, we leased a car there and returned a prior leased vehicle. Everything went smoothly, including all of the DMV paperwork. Fast forward three years to the end of the "new" lease, and things couldn't be different. They never submitted the necessary paperwork to DMV, despite claiming that they did. I am now in DMV hell trying to get out from under a "delinquent registration" notice. I guess I should consider myself lucky that their inventory was depleted and I wasn't able to lease a new vehicle there. I only wish that I had returned the existing leased vehicle somewhere else. I can't imagine any other dealership being as inept as these people are. read more

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! from the moment me and my mother set foot on this property was a regret. My mom was buying my first new used car, and we saw a car we both liked and went to test drive. The Salesman that was (HELPING) us seemed dismissive of us maybe because it was 2 woman idk. somewhat went over the features but defiantly not going out of his way to sell us on the car. took it for a test drive and got back and my mother was trying to talk to the salesman about price and mind you we are making a cash offer. Salesman said he would get back to my mother. Never received a call and my mother decided to follow up and the salesman then told my mom that he needed to do a hard credit report check which would mean her credit would take a hit. It didn't seem right to check the credit report if we were making a cash offer and we decided to call around to 5 other dealerships including another Chevrolet dealership and all confirmed a credit check for a cash offer was unnecessary. My mom call the dealership back and asked to speak to the manager and he upheld the (policy of credit check regardless of cash offer) We refused to have them do a credit check and the manager said better luck somewhere else and hung up. IDK about you but last I checked they were in the business of selling cars but obviously they do good enough to turn people away. Please go anywhere else between the frat boy atmosphere and the uncaring behavior shown by the salesman and sales manger we took our business to a much better dealership across the street to Honda concord (please take a look at that review I have left for them) Those who read this please know unless you are financing don't let them check your credit its clear they are getting a kickback from doing so. read more

I'm a big believer and supporter to my local community businesses. I like to contribute and spread good positive reviews for their long success. However this time was not as expected and I am highly disappointed. I took my truck in for a service repair. I was assessed by Gil who by the beginning was unprofessional no customer service at all he wasn't even welcoming. I felt as if I was bothering him as I came in. I was trying to explain the issues with my vehicle, he was not considerate with my concerns as he was on his phone the whole time with no acknowledgement of what I was trying to explain. So unprofessional! I did not receive any calls in regards to the diagnosis of my truck, as expected all customers should get a guaranteed call with the diagnostic test and with the plan to proceed with repairs. I did not receive any calls whatsoever that my vehicle was even done being serviced let alone worked on. I had to call to find out what was going on and if my car was even ready. It was very hard to even get through to someone to talk to a customer service representative. I physically walked into the service department to talk to someone 7 hours after I dropped off my vehicle. Mr. Gil Guzman was there just walked by me with no acknowledgment again whatsoever I had to ask him what was going on I was promised a call and so at this point im assuming my vehicle has not been worked on. I asked him if my vehicle has been worked on or not and all I got was "I will find out." 5 mins later he comes back and says my paperwork is ready at the front desk waiting for payment. Again no excuses for their lack of communication and no apology for not calling. He clearly walked away. I Went to the front desk, lady at front desk just handed me paper with no explanations of what was done to my vehicle, I had to ask for a supervisor to get information as to what was done. I guess if you want someone to work on your vehicle without a diagnosis or letting you know or approval of whats going on than go for it. Never again coming back. Jag picked me up at the airport got to finance and they wanted me to pay California sales tax and would likely have to pay Washington also I asked them to deal with that before I recommend stay away from them at all costs especially do not fly in they felt like they had me so I wouldn't walk! Also while I was waiting for the finance lady to get off of her personal phone call they pulled my credit twice for a total of 3 pulls I would highly recommend you not buy from them. We found this dealership because they had the Camaro we wanted. We went into the dealership when it opened on a Thursday morning. We were greeted right away by the general manager Phil Brecher, we told him why we came in and he jumped up right away and started looking for the vehicle we were asking for. He then had the sales consultant Mark Nguyen assist as well. My BF was able to tell show him the Camaro we were looking at online, once they did find it. Mark went to their other lot and brought it to us. Even though it was dusty, he apologized for it and asked if we want to test drive it. The poor guy sat in the back and was smooshed. Obviously, we loved it and wanted it. When we got back to the dealership, we told him what we had for the down payment and monthly costs. I was so excited to walk away with our vehicles and I gave a great review because I felt it was deserved however things changed two days later! My vehicle has had small issues since purchasing and I've had to visit a couple times. At first I was in and out, then I came back and had to sit on two separate occasions after. I can't stress that I have kids enough nothing in your building is kid friendly what am I to do on multiple occasions with multiple kids?? I had to smog my own vehicle, the check engine light is coming on and off, and it just seems to be annoying to Chevy that I keep coming back (imagine how I feel). On top of all of that my girlfriend didn't even take the car she got from here because something was wrong and it had to get sent to Ford, I was to blame by Jag. He said "Jessica is the reason your not getting the car huh, I talked to her she talked you out of it" hi Jag I'm Coryann and I'm not to blame Chevy should have checked the vehicle because WE HAVE KIDS we don't want to visit you or any other mechanic every other day. If I could give no stars I would. I was brought by a family member to do a soft ppi (pre purchase inspection). I meet the sale person Lennon. Seemed to be a nice kid. I looked over the vehicle. Seemed to be buttoned up well. But you never know till you lift it up to see all the grit that lays hidden. We asked for him to provide a copy of the carfax. He brought out a micro printed copy. He said he'd pull it up on his phone. Once he relised he needed to turn off the football game on his phone, he insisted on I to use my phone instead. Professional for the job, I think not. Stay off your phone kid! Your at work. So I needed to give it a test run. Lennon asked to join us. No fowl in that. So as were about to go I realized that he did not get any copy of my ID or insurance info, just in case of an accident or potential vehicle theft. Not good. So as we traveled through our unguided tour of concord I asked Lennon various questions about the vehicle. He left me hanging, and could not give me much info. Plus the hole time he was constantly on his phone with volume on watching the game. No respect. As we were now unknowingly lost in concord, I asked Lennon to get us back. He did begrudgingly. He acted as if this vehicle was already sold, and he was just here to humor our visit. After a couple day of research we discovered that their mechanic had flagged many repairs. The dealership differed the repairs. About 4k in repairs. Plus this vehicle had a lengthy history of electrical issues. So not to our surprise the dealership was hiding it all. I and my family member talked to the main purchaser and told him of all the problems that we discovered. As a mechanic of 15 years I would not shop here or work here. To say I'm dissatisfied would be an understatement. And just to to say it... these kids have no respect these days......lennon. read more

When I got the car back Monday morning it looked like this car sat outside in a back yard for a year. I asked Wesley how he was going to give me my car back like this. My usual dealership/service dept. that I would take my company car to is closed now. (Walnut Creek Chevrolet, GMC, Buick) I'm very sad about that because they were awesome. Instead I have to come here now. I had free time today so I thought I would take it in for an oil change and to repair my right passenger side blinker light. I went in at around 10 AM. and didn't call ahead to make an appointment. I highly recommend that. It was my fault I didn't, which I think affected how long my car was being fixed. So call to make an appointment before going in. The shuttle driver was very nice and really knows his way around town. He even said hi to me when my husband dropped me off later to pick up my car. Customer service wise they were very nice and efficient. My blinker is repaired yet I didn't get an explanation as to what was wrong with it. I picked my car up after 3:30 PM. It was quite a wait and had to use my personal car for a little bit today to get work done. I'll probably have to come back here in the future as long as I still have a Chevy to drive around. Hopefully nothing else will go wrong with this car for a while. read more

I love coming here. I remember coming here when my parents were getting me my first car. The dude was super nice and friendly, telling us all the right things we needed to hear. But my favorite thing about it is when I take my car in for the little service check up thing. I love how they wash my car, and clean out all the trash in the inside too. And I love how they dust my dashboard. I never, ever do that, being the super lazy person that I am. The waiting area is awesome. The area is pretty big, and it's cleans too. They offer free coffee, donuts, tea, hot chocolate and more! They have nice leather arm chairs to sit and relax. I think they have free wifi too. Staff is super nice, nice waiting area and I really felt like they appreciated our buisness instead of treating us like we were holding them up from a nap! Took about 1 hour to have my AC charged, oil changed, new filter and everything else that comes with that AND washed and a vacum for $49.95.
