I'm really disappointed with my first time visit. I made an appointment for 8 am and I'm still here it's 12. I knew something was wrong with my car such as the code I gave them specifically for the cam shaft sensor and even ran the entire code for p0014 and yet it takes a whole 3 hrs more to diagnose what I already knew and do an oil change ? Plus when I asked for an update from one of the service advisors Jim. He brushed me off with oh it's busy we only have 3 people and someone is on vacation and I'm like dude I didn't ask about about them I just wanted to know what was my status on my car ? Is it even in the shop right now or is it in the lot waiting to get checked. In the midst of that I never got offered to get a rental when I'm taking a work day to be here since I thought they had good service. The first service advisor I talked to was sergis who was nice but not attentive to know that he was gonna go on lunch or even update me like he said he would. I've been here so far for 4 hours now and I observed that they totally treated me like shit cus the way I look or something and serviced other people better.I literally just saw a woman get her car service done before me when I got here at 8 in the morning. I'm hella upset I asked to talked to a manger and yet to see them or explain my frustrations of the communication that this team has. They didn't even give me an estimate time or anything. I just feel out of place because as I see other people's car getting here after mine, I noticed that they are getting serviced faster. I just wished they would be more attentive and not brush me off like I'm not a paying customer. I'm still here writing this , and this will definitely be my last time. Update: After asking for the service manager twice. Wesley the service manager understood my frustrations and feelings and accommodated me way faster than the rest of the team. Wanted to share my sales experience with Johnny. I bought a car from this dealership with Johnny's help in November. The car I was shown was not my preferred color, and Johnny's solution was to say, " just get the car wrapped after you buy it." instead of maybe making some attempt to find what I was looking for. That should've been my first red flag. I initially went in to buy 2 cars, one for me and one for my partner. Johnny focused solely on the purchase of one car and had to be reminded several times of the second car we were looking at. He rushed the buying process for the first car and completely blew off the request for a second car. Before the purchase of the first car was made I asked for a simple add-on to the sale, I wanted all weather mats. Didn't seem like a big deal, but it was what I wanted. Johnny agreed and assured me SEVERAL times that I would have them asap. After several months, and several communications via text (which I still have), and several broken promises on his end I have officially given up. It has become clear that the initial sale was done in a manner that was only convenient to Johnny and he had no intention of keeping his word. He was more concerned about traveling to the east coast to set up a house he is purchasing. Bottom line, instead of keeping his word and getting me the all weather mats, a very small gesture on his part, and potentially gaining positive advertising through me, he opted to ignore this request. And as a result, I will be sure to tell EVERYONE I meet about this negative interaction. Management and marketing personnel should instruct their sales people on the importance of a Net Promoter Score and how positive and negative word of mouth can affect a company. I've had my truck serviced here since new. Over a decade. A few instances just in the last 6 months. I've been charged for the wrong service, even after he looked up my service record. He said I must have been undercharged this whole time. I've experienced rudeness and ignorance. There's certain aspects of maintenance that need to be monitored as sever damage can occur, yet nothing was reported. Anyway, I did my online shop, click and drive, and was able to print out my online configuration, and convert it to PDF. I took this printed estimate to Jag at Concord Chevy, and he honored every single letter on that estimate, and was waiting, ready with the truck when, I said I was on my way to check it out in person. My wife bought a car here back in January, the salesperson said it had apple play and remote start, it has neither. I can add a remote start if I pay for it, apple play though is impossible since the stereo controls parts of the car. Rudest people ever in the service area. Gilbert and Rodney were extremely rude! IF I can give zero stars to there certified service area I would. There was no line, no cars pulled up in front of us and my son and I are standing there literally in front of their little booth. They made eye contact with us and looked back down DIDNT say "just a moment, or didn't say how can I help you, or even give me a moment" Finally Gilbert says " Did you need help?" Slow! Buying a car took hours and they kept saying "any minute now." 3 months later, one of my car tires turned out to have a faulty stem. It's has taken them 5 hours to diagnose & patch because they cracked a sensor along the way and the parts person was at lunch. They also pretended (during that same visit) to go ahead put me in the queue for the recall work. I found that out a few weeks later when I called to confirm. Started the process with them after seeing a few trucks online. I didn't need a vehicle, so I wanted something specific (new, black on black Silverado) that would fit the budget I set for myself. After a little bit of back and forth to describe exactly what I wanted, it seemed that they had one in stock but in Dublin. We signed the contract, so they could get the truck moved up here. But when it came in it had a lift kit and tow package, which I didn't mind but didn't actually need. It was also $6400 more than what I was quoted the night before. On top of that it seemed the truck was coming from Lodi, not Dublin (more on this later). When I was messaging the sales rep, Jag, he mentioned he could get a silver version of the same truck without the lift, which would have been great if I wanted silver. I was put on speaker with the sales agent, finance manager and sales manager, who didn't seem to understand my frustrations. They said it was an error in their system, even though the sales agent said he talked to the Dublin manager and said that the truck was good to go. Magically between his conversation and the next day it was shipped to Lodi and an additional $6400 worth of stuff put on it?? We asked them what their solution was for this and they told us to go deal directly with Lodi because they didn't want us to think badly of them. Well guess what... You seemed like you were trying to do a bait and switch , and then you didn't even want to come up with a solution. So yeah we will think badly. Having been in real estate for many years I can't tell you how many times my seller or buyer had to make concessions to make the deal work. I myself have put in part of my commission to make it work, yet these guys had NO SOLUTION to the problem they started. I would have even been okay with a "Hey, our bad. We didn't look that deep into the details of what was really on the truck. We are truly sorry but would like to keep your business so we'll keep looking for exactly what you are looking for." But apparently they were not sorry nor wanted my business, unless it was to sell me something that I didn't want. read more

This female service advisor was like it's two hours and I'm like OK I guess I have to stay here then but that's not what I was told wasn't friendly then she hit me with a price that I was not quoted prior $289 And change for just a simple oil change and this is not my first oil change. I have with a different Chevrolet dealership I asked for her boss Ryan Ford came out and I automatically knew he had the same energy as his service advisor. Tell me about my car like I don't know About my car that I brought some story up about how to have to pull the skit played and listen I just do the oil change blah blah and only thing he can do for me is give me 20% and I still have to wait two hours and I showed him the email And that I was quoted $129 I know they wasn't being fair with the price and if I was quoted the price when I originally made the appointment they should've honored the price I really feel they were treating me unfairly because the color of my skin maybe they felt I shouldn't be driving a car that nice since they felt like I didn't know nothing about it I will never ever come to Concord Chevrolet again I end up going back to the service Chevrolet dealership I went to before they end up taking me in and giving me the price way lower than what they quoted me and I was only in there less than an hour or close to an hour. Their customer service was outstanding and amazing and the only reason why it went to the Concord one is because I was going to do some shopping at Whole Foods after I got the oil change, but I'm so gladthat I did not their customer service was very disappointing in 2024. But hey, we liked the car, so we moved inside to work out a lease. Offer came back super high. Pulled up offers online, and there's was up to 20% higher than anyone else in The Bay Area. Their lease offer was $85 a month more than the lowest online offer. Would not pass on the $9k electric credit they'll get from the government. I brought this up. The response, "this is the best we can do". Ok, bye!! Salesman shrugs and we're out the door. Called that other dealer on the way home and are picking up our new Bolt for $4k less than the "best offer", with better lease terms. Concord Chevy, you suck! read more
