I hadn't been here in a while since Covid, for no reason really. Glad to come back. I love Korean Fusion food and my order of a Beef Kalbi Burger and BBQ Chicken Salad were both fantastically filling and satisfying. The portions were good and very tasty! Staff were pleasant and the interior was clean and pleasant. Prices are reasonable too. I was surprised to be the only customer eating in, Parkimg could be tight however when I was there I got a spot outside.

Fried shrimp is delicious. I wasn't expecting to get rice and salad with the fried shrimp, so nice surprise.

Delicious Korean food from a unique Korean fusion restaurant that serves traditional Korean plates like beef BBQ with rice and salad, but also Korean style tacos and burgers. The beef BBQ was flavorful and a generous portion. Fried shrimp is delicious. Strange choice of Christian music if you dine-in.

After a glowing review from Jason the Chao, we immediately set sail to Corner Grille. Such an unassuming plaza holds an incredible fusion gem which really captures the Korean American combo. The galbi sandwich on Hawaiian sweet rolls is a classic that we have all put together at some time and this menu item was a favorite. My personal favorite was the fried chicken sandwich on brioche bun, and the tacos were also delightful--we tried one of each. I would say that the fish and shrimp were decent but the other tacos were excellent! They even brought some ice cream out for us on the house--what a wonderful treat! This restaurant really embodies the valley--fusion done very well, with no pretense, in a plaza you would pass by and not even notice. We will absolutely be back, as we enjoyed every bite!!

Was quite surprised by Corner Grille. The location is kind of sketchy and from the outside it doesn't seem like much. However once I ordered I discovered this may be one of my new favorite spots in the valley. It can take a minute to get your food but the wait is definitely worth it. I've been here several times and have never been disappointed. Pretty sure I've tried half the menu at this point. There's only a few people on staff but all the food comes out piping hot and fresh as soon as it's ready. Their chicken strips are phenomenal. Very crispy and good flavor. The Loaded fries are also a MUST have with the beef on top. Just utterly delicious. This is a meal in itself. I've also tried the wings, Tacos, Kalbi Beef Burger, Chicken Teriyaki, and Xango. All of them where just outstanding. The staff has always been very nice and helpful as well. I highly recommend.

Nice tacos! I got the BBQ beef tacos and got to choose the spice level. I really liked the flavor of the beef, and the taco was delicious. The portion seemed pretty solid too. We ordered online for pickup, and it was very time efficient.

I wish we had taken pictures before devouring everything, but that just shows how good it was! We ordered the beef tacos, which were packed with flavor and loaded to perfection. We also tried the medium spice chicken plate with salad and rice, the spice level was just right, and every bite was absolutely delicious. For dessert, we got the macarons, and they even surprised us with an extra flavor to try, such a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Service was excellent, truly 10/10. The young lady who helped us was friendly, attentive, and walked us through the menu since it was our first visit. The food came out quickly, hot, and delicious. This experience definitely turned us into loyal customers, we can't wait to come back!

On 5/19 I visited the restaurant to get lunch for my overnight shift. I've always passed the restaurant and wanted to try it based on the reviews and pictures of the food. I went in to order 10 piece wings, which after tax was $18+. Overpriced and I should have walked out but ordered anyway since my time was limited. The large boards, bragging about their excellent reviews additional lead to me staying. While still waiting for my food, I ordered a Western Hamburger also know the wings would not be enough. So the pictures and videos are below. I wasn't going to bother with a review but after talking with a person the next day saying that the wings are normally cooked burnt, it was my duty to let you know to not order the wings. Go to 7/11 where they are bigger and taste better. Also burnt was the onion ring in the burger. I grade this restaurant a D for poor execution and lack of accountability. These wings went to the stray cats at work. At least they enjoyed my money. Will never go there again after no compensation for a disappointing experience. The last picture is what I thought I was buying off the menu. $26 total for a terrible meal. The ambiance was empty as only 1 person was in the restaurant and 1 person waiting for take out.

A small hole-in-the-wall spot tucked into a strip mall--not in the best part of town and with limited parking. The setup is modest, with plastic utensils and a no-frills dining area, just a step above fast food. That said, the food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the service is warm and friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you care more about flavor than ambiance. A suggestion is to remove the award winning signs from many years ago. It makes one think "what happened that they're no longer winning any awards". One can also assume, they're up only to hide what goes on in the kitchen as the separation between kitchen and dining area is a glass wall.

Amazing Burger!!! I ordered the Hungry Boy Burger & it was delicious! Every single bite was amazing! Loved the grilled Hawaiian rolls, the spicy beef made the burger more dynamic & bursting with flavor, bacon was great quality & plenty of it, the special sauce went perfectly with the burger. Overall great experience & excellent Burger!

Came here for lunch again! Once again, they were nice enough to give us some free potstickers they were just as delicious as the first time. Place was a little quieter this time it was during the weekday so maybe it was just a little slower this day. But the food was still incredible. My husband ordered the kalbi beef ribs and I ordered the spicy beef bulgogi and salad with a side of rice. I actually love their salad. It is so good and the dressing that they give you is delicious. OK so next visit I definitely need to tell them just to make it regular because when they say spicy even though I picked just a small spice level or I believe it was medium it was really spicy. I couldn't eat it so I ended up giving half of it to my husband and taking half of it to go. My husband loved the ribs though they were absolutely delicious if you'd like spicy I recommend getting these and making the spice level high on them. And once again, we had a great visit. Definitely a good spot to grab a quick bite. Highly recommend giving them a shot. Thanks for another incredible visit corner Grill.

This place is definitely an interesting take on classic valley favorites. It used to be a Fatburger but I guess it was bought in the past year or 2. The Korean BBQ fries are pretty good and I'd definitely recommend. I got the Kalbi Burger and wasn't exactly the biggest fan but also wasn't unimpressed. I guess all in all it's a good spot for something new to add to your taste buds. But if I ever come back, it's only going to be for the fries read more

After driving around trying to find a new place my family and I could try out, Yelp saved us. The service is beyond 5 stars. The cashier lady was so sweet and helpful. This little joint is amazing, my gf I came in are after a gym session the owners were so sweet and attentive helping us pick something we'd both like. We had the chicken which was spicy but didn't burn your mouth and the beef which was tender and flavor full. We also tried the Korean tacos which were sooo yummy. Yummy kalbi burger, beef short ribs, and fries!!! The burger was on 4 Hawaiian rolls and bigger than I expected. The beef short ribs came with a pretty good size portion, it was a little spicy but it was enjoyable. The fries were delicious, we skipped the spicy sauce so that they could be kid friendly. Excellent customer service!!! It was our first time here so we weren't sure what to get so we got samples and great advise on the most popular items. read more

Looks like they don't get as much service/customers due to the location but everything on the menu looks so good & promising. Corner Grille is hands down a 5 Star purely from the quality and taste of food. The workers upon entry where very friendly and even helped us order a little. We already kind of had what we wanted in mind and ordered with ease. The food came out rather quickly and looked amazing. Some people next to us got the KBBQ skillets and it smelled amazing. Our food looked fresh and was straight off the grill. The flavors in the KBBQ fries all tied together and worked well. Same with the Hungry Boy and that KBBQ on the burger. Food was amazing and I recommend trying this place out! read more

Went in on a Saturday about an hour and a half from closing. Ordered the Kalbi burger and the meat fries. WOWOWOWOWOW. the food amazing well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Super friendly staff, will make you feel right at home. I need to go back. A lot. Forever. read more

Went there today for the first time without knowing what to order at all. The cashier was very kind attentive and recommend me the Korean bbq burger I believe. My husband and I tried it for the first time a couple weeks ago. He brought it home from work. I got the roscoe burger and chili cheese fries. My husband had the tacos (2 fish 2 beef). Everything was delicious! So good in fact, we went back a few days later. The fish tacos are fresh and crunchy, they also have this sweet but spicy sauce on them that is awesome! The beef and burgers are super juicy and tasty. They have great specials and everything we've tried thus far we love! We will definitely be back sooner than later! The only con is that it's not closer so I can eat there more often. read more

Now that is a tasty burger. Ive tried a few here including the kalbi and the hungry boy. All delicious especially on a kings Hawaiian bun!!! The fish and shrimp tacos were also pretty good while the wings were just alright. I'd eat here anytime in In the area. read more

Not sure why this is 5 star. The Korean fries were too sweet. Beef tacos bland. The fish tacos were ok. They were the best thing we ate. The Korean bolgogi was too sweet and chewy. The only reason it was three stars is because the owners were super friendly. read more

This place just opened up. It used to be a fatburger but I was instantly intrigued when I saw that it was a Korean fusion restaurant. I ordered the Korean tacos. Each taco is $2.99 but they have a special deal, buy 3 tacos, get one free. The meat was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The tacos do have a lot of toppings. Considering the size of the tortilla, it's pretty messy to eat. I'm looking forward to trying their burgers. read more

I stopped in for the first time tonight after my softball game because I was starving. I was immediately greeted with a smile by both owners - husband and wife. I ordered the Chicken Korean BBQ plate and let me tell you, it was delicious!! I highly recommend this little gem over Yoshinoya or the Hawaiian bbq place in the same lot. Don't let the outside fool you! These folks come from a Japanese restaurant background and they know their food. Next time, I'll be ordering the Korean bbq tacos and the Chicken Korean bbq!! read more

First of all I want to admit we judged this place by the location. We were skeptical of coming in here and sat in the car for a few before deciding to just come inside and look at the menu. The customer service was amazing so we decided to stay and give it a try. We ordered the Korean BBQ fries, the kalbi burger, and a beef taco. All three items were AMAZING! We sat here with the itis for a while. Still can't believe we almost passed up this place. Happy stomach, happy heart. read more

We serve the best Korean style BBQ and Tacos. Our Korean inspired burgers are also a hit. Our famous Kalbi burger is packed with our mouth watering beef barbecue served between slices of Hawaiian bread. All burgers are cooked to order and served fresh hot off the grill. We also make our popular tacos using the same delicious barbecue with freshly made salsa and other fresh ingredients.

Corner Grille is a new concept based on the popularity of Kary's other restaurants. The previous restaurants were a fusion of Japanese and Korean dishes. Corner Grille offers the famous Korean barbecue along with hamburgers, tacos and other dishes with a unique Korean flavor.

Didn't like the noodles and wanted to order another Chicken Katsu, it was darn near impossible to get the waiters attention, they were talking amount themselves in the back, and a hand gesture wasnt getting their attention. It was giving "manager isn't here today so we are going to just hang back and chill, chit chat amoungst eachother and not put in effort into our tables. I don't think waiters relax that its their job to atleast ask their table at the least 1 time if everything is ok, your customer/table shouldn't have to hunt you down, or walk to the back to get some help. The last visit here the young lady was so attention she asked 3x if we were good and she asked if we needed more ginger or anything and attention with brining a to go box and the bill without having to be asked. Service like that makes a big difference and always leave a big tio for that service. The katsu was good as per usual and the dumplings were also good!

I have ordered here before and live a couple minutes away but the food usually prevents me from leaving a negative. Not the case this time. 1st star taken off because the person who answers the phone should have an IQ over 10. Mandatory requirement. I ask until when there open he says what can I get you? So I guess they open. 2 stars taken off because you don't put food in a plastic bag or anything that is hot and then close it. Very very simple things a door knob knows. You're food if left wrapped in a plastic bag while hot will turn into a smoothie. Fries soggy, onion rings soggy, spicy chicken burger looked like it had been chewed prior and put back together. Last star taken off due to a thing that irked me from before. Do not charge me 50cents for a small side of ranch. I ask the guy for 2 of the special sauce, he gives me two sides of ketchup and charges me a dollar. You guys are honestly a joke. I ask for 2 sides of ranch, you give me two sides of garlic sauce. Food: Ordered KBBQ Fries, Fish Tacos (there's a Monday special 2 tacos for $3), and the Crazy Boy ( a burger consisting of pork cutlet, shredded lettuce with various sauces and KBBQ meat). Fresh, reasonably priced, and delicious. Corner Grille passes with flying colors. Service: Wait time is roughly 5-8 minutes from the time you put in your order. However, one evening it was completely packed and this small joint was overwhelmed with orders having 3 out of 4 of our orders on the table. One of my buds was missing his meal for 10 minutes but once it came out the sweet lady had included mozzarella sticks and an order of sweet potato fries topped with some of their special sauces on the house for everyone in our party to compensate for the wait. One of the best chicken sandwiches in LA. It is absolutely delicious and even delivers well! It arrives crispy every time. The Kalbi burger on the Hawaiian rolls is also quite tasty! I would highly recommend. Service in the store was a little slow so I'd either order ahead or order delivery. The location isn't very great and parking in the plaza can be hard to find. Yet another reason to order for pick up or delivery. I don't think the store has an air conditioner. They had a fan going the last time I went. Don't let the deter you from having the food though. It's absolutely delicious. I'll give it all five stars because it really does deliver well and the issues aren't worth being bothered by since there are ways to get around them. read more

Among the meals I've tried are the kalbi burger, the Korean BBQ taco, the fries, the egg rolls, and the stuffed jalapenos. After hearing positive reviews from a buddy who had the fish and shrimp tacos, I decided to order the kalbi burger and chicken kalbi fries. My wife and I stopped by here for the first time today since we were (sort of) hungry and in the area. Wife got the Hungry Boy burger per the recommendation of someone who worked there. Y'all ever see that old "songified" version of Dayum Drops reviewing a 5 guys burger? You know, "Dayum Daaayuumm DAAAAAYUUUUMMMMMM"? Cause that. For a quick bite to eat, this place is great. Their offerings are different than your typical corner burger joint. I had the signature chicken sandwich, but wasn't as wowed as everyone else. Maybe because i am not from the valley. Idk. It wasn't anything I would trek back across town for, but if I was local I might stop by again. Give it a try if you are in the area. Now the burger was a different story. The meat was tasty, but the bread and the toppings were sweet. it was tasty but together it was sweet and the taste of the beef was lost. My favorite place to eat in the last couple of months. The food is always cheap and delicious. The crispy chicken sandwich is famous for a reason. Upgrade to the brioche bun and you won't be sorry.
