    Blackened Steak Bites
    Jaquay R.

Superb experience! I decided to dine in here recently for dinner. I am subscribed to their email and every summer they send a dining perk. I missed using it last year before it expired, so I was determined to use the one for this year and I'm so happy I did. My server Chloe exhibited amazing hospitality. She smiled the entire time and was very pleasant. She checked on my table frequently to make sure we were good. I ordered the Blackened Steak Bites and Lobster Mashed Potatoes because I wasn't very hungry. I had planned to order off the happy hour menu but the email promotion excludes happy hour items. The food came out fairly quickly. Hot and ready to be eaten. When I tell you the food was delectable. Not one bite disappointed. I ordered the calamari for the appetizer. I have never had such a full portion of calamari before. And they were cooked just right. The batter on them was so good, I didn't need the marinara sauce that came with it. The steak bites were cooked to perfection so tender they melted in ny mouth as easy as butter. They were well seasoned with so much flavor but not in an overwhelming way. I am not a big fan of lobster, but those lobster mashed potatoes almost made me start singing at the table. Really the potatoes were the star and the lobster added the extra shine. I was very pleased with my meal and shared it with Jeff, the manager on shift. He shared some fun facts about the history of the retirement. How they came to be at the current location and how in the evening the restaurant takes on a different personality with he sunset. The chocolate cake dessert set off the whole meal. So rich and light. I was so full I couldn't eat as much as I desired, but I tried lol. It was amazing. I already have reservations to check out the evening scene and try an entree. Thanks DC Steakhouse for a wonderful dining experience.

From start to finish, this visit was exceptional. I ordered the Blue Cheese Wedge Salad, Blackened Steak Tips, Lobster Mashed Potatoes, Calamari, and the Layered Chocolate Cake, and every single bite was delicious. The steak tips were perfectly seasoned, the lobster mash was rich and indulgent, and the calamari had that ideal crisp without being greasy, very good portions too. But let's talk dessert: if you're a chocolate lover like me, do not leave without trying the Layered Chocolate Cake. It's decadent, beautifully presented, and worth every forkful. Chloe was our server and she was amazing, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Huge thanks to Jeff, the manager, who personally stopped by our table to greet us. It's rare to see that kind of hands-on hospitality, and it made the experience feel even more special. DC Steakhouse has officially earned a spot on my go-to list for great food and even better service. Can't wait to return!

Crystal was an amazing server! I took my mom here for an early Mother's Day celebration. We sat outdoors and it was so nice to enjoy the evening out here. The lychee martini was the best drink I've gotten and worth the price! The steak was juicy and tender, I got it medium rare. The salmon was fresh and super delicious. I can't wait to come back again!

Made a reservation on open table and we were sat right away once arriving. Love the outside and inside. We got the bread as an appetizer and the bread basket wasn't that good. My husband got the 1 lb ribeye and a baked potato, comes with a salad too. I got the ny strip, broccoli and comes with a salad too but I can't eat salad so asked if I can sub for anything and that wasn't an option. The steaks were good along with the sides. Got a complimentary dessert for my bday which was awesome. The service was excellent. I would recommend eating here- more casual than other steak houses we have been to but that's okay!

My husband and I absolutely love DC Steakhouse -- it's our go-to spot for anniversaries, birthdays, and special date nights. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and perfect for an evening out, and the service is always consistently great. We especially love starting every meal with their truffle fries -- they're our favorite and never disappoint. The food here is always outstanding, and one of the things that keeps us coming back is that they offer different specials each time we visit, in addition to their regular menu. It makes every experience feel unique instead of the same standard selections you see at a lot of formal dining restaurants. Another thing we love is the location. It's right across from the distillery, so we enjoy dinner here and then walk over to go dancing afterward -- it makes for the perfect night out. DC Steakhouse will always be a special place for us, and we're grateful to have such a wonderful restaurant right here in Chandler. Highly recommend!

You gotta be hungry and in the mood for some really, really good meat when coming here. From their drinks and wines to their appetizers and main courses, you've got some serious selecting to do - and unless you mind is made up ahead of time on what to have, it's not going to be easy deciding, I guarantee it. And it's not just the food you'll encounter here... the service and hospitality entering to exiting you will know management not only know what they're doing, but you can feel the vibe with everyone who ensures your visit is an enjoyable one. And, with appetizers ranging from Shrimp Cocktail to Fried Green Beans, Cheese Curds to fried Calamari you can't go wrong, we went with Blackened Steak Tips and their Sausage & Peppers - fab. When it came to our main courses, we had an even harder time deciding. Their huge selection of red meat shows up like an encyclopedia of beef, game and poultry, not to mention fish! All appear to be exquisitely done! To date, everything we've tried at the DC Steakhouse has been worth writing home about. I our book that means a lot.

Had a little staycation in Chandler. DC Steak House was right across the street. Decided to give it a try. First and foremost, our server JT was really friendly, professional and attentive. Steaks were cooked to perfection and extremely tender. Restaurant also had a great vibe to it and ambiance was top notch.

We were very disappointed in our experience. My husband was excited about having the Osso Bucco and I was planning to have Branzino, but we were quickly informed that they were out of both! So then the server talked us into the Dover Sole, which we then ordered. A few minutes later, the manager came to inform us they were out of the Dover Sole so we would need to pick another entree . We also ordered bottle of wine and then informed they were out of that kind of wine. So I ordered the Chilean Seabass and my husband ordered risotto. My husband did enjoy his risotto. The Seabass was very disappointing. It was tough. I had to cut it with a knife. It was very bland! Then we decided to order dessert and we were immediately told they were out of the cannolis ,my husband's favorite. We did order the crêpes which were delicious and prepared at the table. What a treat. Exactly what I'm looking for in a Caesar salad. So good! The pesto on the Caprese was house made and so tasty. I want to try a pesto dish next time. My wife had the Sacchetti Porcini with truffle and it was light and perfectly balanced flavor. The pillows melted in your mouth. Will definitely have again. The Lobster Ravioli had a well balanced limoncello flavor and not too creamy. Cool striped pasta. Perfect for those not super hungry but wanting a unique dish that is sure to please. Steak Nicola was was cooked to perfection and had a suburb combination of black truffle, aus jus and prosciutto cotto to make it a memorable dish. I'm still craving it the day after. The cannelloni for dessert was perfectly Italian with awesome flavors. A perfectly compliment to an amazing dinner. This is a gem is Chandler!!! We also ordered a bowl of rice. We did enjoy what we had but it seemed heavier than what we are used to. We were not big fans of the sausage mixed in and our service was fine, but not amazing. We were also disappointed that there were not scissors offered to help get the meat out of the crab / lobster - we really had to work for it! On a positive note, we did make good use of the wet wipes that were given to us as well as our bibs and gloves. It is quite a messy meal and note that I learned the hard way: don't wear white if you're planning on ordering any kind of seafood boil! Pricing is similar to the competitor. Ambiance is chill but not as fun. I would not rush back, but I also would return with reasonable expectations.
