It is opened 24 hours, which is very good for those who wants to dine late. Came here at midnight with a couple of friends. Just a warning that service is a bit slow but that's because it's only 2 waiters and there are people seated at the tables. Waiters were nice and helpful when we were there. The food is always good. As college students, we tend to order from the $2,4,6,8 menu. **make sure you have to ask for it, they don't tend to give those out automatically** I was craving a smoothie and wasn't hungry. Coming back for the 5th or 6th time and now know enough to share my opinion. First, this Denny's is always clean and well maintained. That includes the dining room and restroom. The servers are prompt, friendly & accurate. Ricardo M. was our server on January 25 2019. He was smiling, attentive and followed up in an unobtrusive way. The food was "Diner Delicious" in the best sense of the word. My wife had the Super Sampler with extra crisp bacon. Her meal came out as ordered and was delicious (I ate one of her buttermilk pancakes). I'm a vegetarian so I chose the Fit Fare Veggie Skillet. It came out literally Sizzling hot. I don't like cold or even warm food, so I was very happy! If all that was not enough, the portion sizes where very generous. We took home everything we were too full to eat. Then we had another meal that just needed to be re-heated. On that note, the leftover pancakes went home in a "round" microwave safe containers that had steam "valves" on top so we just popped them into our microwave and 1 minuet later... steaming hot buttermilk pancakes. Came in today on my birthday and had the worst Dennys experience at this location. I got there around 630am, there was 1 server and 1 customer. The server just stood behind the counter for several minutes staring at the 3 of us like we were going to leave if she didn't come to the front. Finally she acknowledges us and seats us. As I'm ordering I ask to redeem my free birthday breakfast (download the app if you want one) I ask for the French toast and she tell me I can't do that.i then look down at the coupon and begin reading it to her. She then says "oh you want that one" (even though I had showed her the coupon before ordering. I also asked for a side of hashbrowns. Later when she brings out our food she forgot my hasbrowns and she gave me 1 sausage and 1 bacon when all I wanted was bacon (the meal did not come with 1 and 1). I told her and she grabbed my entire plate and walked away to get me 1 piece of bacon. She then set my plate down and walked away. (Still only 1 other customer in the place) then she walks back behind the counter and every once in awhile she touches my plate. (Everyone else at my table is already eating) finally after several minutes I hear her ask for the bacon. What was she doing this whole time with my food? Finally she brings my plate back and tells me the hasbrowns will be out soon. I'm now uncomfortable eating my food because she took my plate away and just played with it for several minutes. I just start eating it anyway and she finally brings my hasbrowns undercooked. It ended up being a disappointing birthday breakfast mostly due to the server who could not handle 2 customers. This Denny's has been my parents' favorite location for many years. They come here regularly for breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill since changes in management. Good customer service from the servers is few and far between. One waitress always seemed annoyed and rude to my elderly father when he requested napkins or a water refill. Another server barely checks on our table during the meal despite it not being too busy. But yesterday's visit was a REAL DISAPPOINTMENT. Pancakes and hash browns were overcooked/burned. I went there a month ago and I was so cold I did not enjoy my meal. The employees were wearing padded parkas. I sent a complaint to Denny's main office and they said they would advise the franchisee to correct the problem. I went back today, nearly a month later, and it is still freezing and my waiter was wearing a padded parka and a beanie pulled down over his ears. Ordered for four people got my usual chicken fried steak this time I got the skillet. Upon arrival asked for the "discount menu". The manager she stated, "discount menu what is that?" They were pouring it from the green spout, I yelled from across the restaurant whoa I wanted caffeinated she said yes the green is caffeine and the orange is decaf. My partner and I looked at each other like wtf!!! Then my partner gets his salad and fresh fruit. Kids get their food. Mind you the waiters been bringing our food this whole time. Then out of the blue the manager brings my meal. Ummmmmn, great but why! Plus this was the skillet chicken fried steak it was luke warm, no sizzling half- melted cheese sprinkled on cold bed of possibly left over potatoes. That's how un fresh this looked. The other patrons were already finishing their meals so the weird off putting food and service were definitely not welcome. Please if something is wrong let these people know. Driving to the restaurant was pleasing, we saw three handicap spaces just at the front, one by one entrance, and two by the side entrance, there were others in the main parking lot as well. There were clearly marked signs for a handicap ramp, to the handicap entrance. It was really loud, and frustrated a couple of our Member's because they can't handle really loud noises. It took us 21 minutes to get seated, 35 if you count the 15 minutes of waiting to get through to talk to a host. By the time we sat down, we ordered a appetizer because the Members were shaking from needing food. It took approximately 21 minutes for the appetizer to get to the table, which was just nachos. Three of us got our food within 35 minutes, but it took the ONE member who got a club sandwich 41 minutes. Our waitress was stressed out, we tried to understand that it was lunch rush hour, but when we got our food, our burgers were so displeasing, the buns were soggy, we couldn't pick it up, they forgot items listed in the burgers such as cheese, bacon, and requested mustard. We had to art our burgers with forks, and got a little attitude from the waitress when we asked for the stuff missing inside the burger. The fries were undercooked, we saw our food sitting on the table waiting to get picked up for a few minutes before our waitress grabbed it. So I'm not sure how fresh they actually were. They do provide a wide menu of options like vegetarian options, and gluten free options, the quality of food was a 6/10. I feel if they were a little less stressed- and rushed, the food would have been better. But I also feel as if we paid too much for what we got- even though the prices are usually great, this time with the sogginess and how disappointed were, I wish they gave a little extra, or a little discount to do good business. However, they were very respectful to our Members with Developmental Disabilities, which is always very pleasing and appreciated. Also, the bathrooms were horrendous. Although there was handicap accessible stalls, the women's bathroom lacked any sort of paper in the handicap stall, and the line for the small bathroom stall was ridiculous, and both bathrooms were out of hand towels to dry with. Lastly, I love coffee, and I asked for a iced coffee, I could literally taste then "Burned" flavor even after I tried to drown it out with creamer (I never use creamer) and sugar. I feel like almost $3 for a coffee is ridiculous, especially when it's not even made correctly. Again, I hope that this was just an "off" day for them because of the overwhelming rush from lunch time, and graduations, but this was a horrible experience and the food was not something I would recommend to anyone. But we would give them another chance one day. read more

He always has a smile and a bright personality definitely needs to move up in management because he can take care of all of his guests without any issues. A few nights ago I ordered dinner and the cookie with ice cream and it was missing, my friend ordered pancakes and there was no syrup for the pancakes. I called and informed whoever was there, she ended up telling me she didn't know what was going on because she had just arrived. I let it go, whatevs, I go back tonight and order breakfast food and am charged extra for cheese on eggs and it's not even there plus the soda tastes like dirty tap water. Not sure if it's like this during the day but the night time staff needs to up their game and that soda machine needs to be fixed. ALSO!!! I came at midnight a few months ago and ordered the biscuit and gravy with eggs on them. I feel disgusted even writing this because the eggs were slimy on top.
