First time at this Denny's. Near the freeway. We stopped here on the way home from my mom having cataract surgery. We arrived around 3:00pm and there were only 2 other parties occupying tables. Employees were very friendly and attentive. Our waitress was bilingual and spoke Spanish also. She kept or bottomless glasses filled. Not sure if Thursday is normally a slow day for them, but on average only about 3 parties at tables the whole time we were there. Food was good as can be expected for any Denny's. Will stop here again when we are out this way. read more

I ordered two orders of club sandwiches which comes with french fries. The sandwiches are on point except it had a too much mayo. I could do less of it. I didn't think the price range I paid equals the amount of food. I can get a great club sandwiches for less than what I paid for. Lesson learned. read more

Extremely slow service plus got order wrong. Ordered cinnamon roll pancakes received chocolate chip pancakes‍. The excuse was they had a new cook in training. Why was I told that? Coffee was cold and tasted burnt.Asked for extra napkins; received 2 extra napkins, one per guest. Come on, I'm sure you could've spared more. My remembrance of Denny's were their good breakfast. Came into Denny's this evening for dinner. Was greeted with a pleasant smile by the manager Jessica. She sat us, gave menus, and grabbed our drinks. My boyfriend and I took a while to decide what to order. Stephanie was our waitress and she was patient because I didn't know what to order. She showed me some of the local favorites and pointed out Moons Over My Hammy because I was leaning towards breakfast but also a sandwich. The refills kept coming and the food didn't take long to come out. Our food was hot and fresh and tasted great. I want to thank the manager Jessica and Stephanie for just being nice and friendly as well as thank them for always seemingly to be happy to be at work. We eat here often and Jessica is always up front to greet me with a smile. The service here is consistent and that's what I look for in any business I want to frequent. I am so disappointed! My sister & I walked in & the lady said sorry I can't seat you. The kitchen needs to catch up & I can't handle another table & then walked away. The restraunt was empty. Only a few tables filled. I understand being the only worker, but to completely turn us down & walk away is not appropriate customer service. On October 10th about 1:30 in the morning I went to Denny's on charter way , I had an online order. I had ordered pancakes and then I ordered steak and eggs with hash browns and the clerk there she was very nice very sweet she didn't make my milkshake until we got there because she didn't want it to melt .when I got home with my breakfast and I proceeded to sit down and eat it I realized that my steak was done to perfection exactly how it ordered and it was so tender I could cut it with my fork, my plastic fork yes I could cut it with a plastic fork that's how tender and good it was it was awesome I highly recommend the steak and eggs they get five stars for me because they were great! I came here to enjoy a meal. I worked a 13 hour shift in a warehouse and my clothes were a bit dirty. I was too hungry to go home and freshen up first. As I was eating, this woman by the name of Jessica comes to my table and asks me how I'm doing. I told her I'm doing fine. She then makes comments about my appearance and asked me to leave. She said it was making her feel uncomfortable. I asked to speak to her manager and she replies with "I am the manager." I am disgusted and will not be returning. Do not eat here. Nope. Came here after a long drive to grab a cup of coffee and a salad. No one in the dining area, but still took 15 minutes to get seated. Asked for a glass of water and coffee. Got coffee but no water or spoon to mix the sugar and cream. Waited 30 minutes for my salad and still didn't get any utensils to eat with. Waited another 10 minutes for a fork. When I got the check, there was things I did not order on it. Also had a man with 2 backpacks on and kinda smelly walking around the dining area. At first I thought he was a bus boy but not to sure now. Needless to say, I will not be returning here again. Dennys has gone downhill. read more

Never fails! Excellent costumer service and extremely friendly staff. Hardly any ever wait time and friendly atmosphere! I had to update this review, a couple of months back the service was awesome, now I'm not sure what happened. I asked how long the wait will be, I received a horrible response in an unprofessional manner, the waitress telling me she'll "go back there and cook the food herself" and then telling her co-workers I gave her an attitude and not taking my order. Come to find out, the lady responsible for out table had left without telling her co-workers, but yet the lady's seen us with no food/ drinks sitting at the booth for over 20 mins. My husband and I used to go to this location every Saturday or Sunday. This place was great! The staff was great and the manager, Delilah was a sweetheart, Recently, my husband and I went there for dinner and had the worst experience ever! Delilah was on leave and the "Manager" subbing in was terrible. Now, I worked in the food industry for 7 years and was a store manager, so I can say from experience that the manager did not have the staff in control. Staff was defiant. The manager was loud and unprofessional. I heard her talk about customers while I sat and ate my food. Also, I noticed the food quality was not what I was use to. I would give a 1 out of 5. I hope Delilah returns and is able to fix this restraint, the staff and the quality of food. It use to be a busy and happy/friendly place to have our late dinners. read more

Customer service was a bit slow today...We didn't get ask if we wanted any refills until we had to flag down our server. Minus the star. The food was good. I order the special pancakes of blueberries and strawberries with whipped cream. HAHA I don't recall the name. I believe it's red, white and blue pancakes special. Abysmal experience. Food was mediocre. They didn't have iced tea but still put it on my reciept. Food was not ready until after an 1 hour of waiting. Nacho chili was too salty too eat. A guy throw up near our table, they never cleaned the mess up. The waitress never bother to refill our water or update us on our meal. I won't be returning to this Denny's again. read more

I try to avoid this Denny's, honestly. My latest experience here was awful. I came to this Denny's with my mom on a Sunday (Jan,2016) around 4-5am. We weren't greeted, didn't receive any immediate service, I had to grab our menus, and at that point we seated ourselves. The waitress wasn't dressed professionally, in fact she had on a low cut shirt and sweatpants. Update** This place is still horrible as of 8/7/16 It took my waitress 15 minutes to bring me a coffee and twenty to take my order, as she plainly gave me my coffee and walked off without asking if I was ready to order. When she brought out our food she nastily exclaimed "yaay it's here", followed by "anything else?". If it weren't for the convenience of its location, I would NEVER eat here again. read more

I was hoping to wait until I smelled urine until I went into the bathroom, but these people have no shame or self-respect. All they want is a handout. So, what does Denny's have to do with this? Well, its on their property and they seem not to care. The entire intersection is homeless row. I'm not one to give to the homeless. I'd rather give $$ to the local shelters.
