My sister had always raved about this boba spot to me, and I had been meaning to try it, so we had to make a stop here. Well worth it. The interior is adorable and has a modern aesthetic with a cute sign and Halloween decorations. Since I don't drink tea, I got the Aloe Vera Lychee drink and my sis got the Winter Melon Milk Tea. We got both with less sugar, but they were still on the sweeter end for sure, but tasted great. We also appreciated the crystal boba!! That is seriously the move. This is my first time trying out Ding tea Fontana, came in on 1/11 around 5:30 ish. I ordered the brown sugar boba . Taste was good & had plenty of boba (4 stars because ) I got tons of ice and the place had a "dirty" feel to it. It was kinda muggy inside and employees weren't rude but they weren't friendly. I probably won't be back to this location mainly because I got way too much ice in my drink . Things like this really do effect how one chooses to spend some extra cash on a boba. Went here on a lunch break as it's not too far from my work. There was no line so I was serviced quickly. Ordered a Jasmine Milk Tea with boba. The boba itself was good (chewy and soft) but the tea was definitely way too sweet for me. Overall, I feel like my drink was mediocre in comparison to other boba drinks i've had from other establishments. They do offer a stamp card, which is great, so I will probably be back to try something different next time. read more

The baristas were very friendly, and it didn't take them very long to make my order (4 drinks in about 5 minutes). One of the drinks I got was a taro milk tea with boba. I was a bit disappointed at how the taro wasn't mixed very well during preparation, so the drink had a crumby texture. As I walked in I got no greeting as one of the workers was bringing out the syrups. I was there for about 5 minutes waiting until she told me she'd be right with me with attitude. The boba is amazing every time. Not too squishy or too firm. The brown sugar milk tea is what I get every time. It's a touch too sweet for my taste but it's adjustable. Customer service is nothing to complain about or praise. It's average customer service. The surrounding environment is my only complaint. I always get an iced Jasmine milk tea with cheese foam and when it's made correctly it's bomb. It's never consistent though. Sometimes it's under sweetened and the ice dominates. We come here several times a month. The mango tea with popping boba is beyond sweet to the point where it's like drinking syrup. I've never stepped foot inside this place because it's always brought to me so I can't rate the inside and the employees. read more

I use to go here quite a lot and I never had a problem with my drinks, recently I went in for a milk tea smoothie and I asked if it could be well blended just right not too watery, the girl who was helping me out at the register told one of the staff that was wearing glasses who was going to make my drink about the instructions and he already had a heavy attitude. When I got my drink it was literally just ice the texture wasn't smooth at all it was literally just ice and no flavor. I went back and told the girl who originally helped me out and she said she would make it again, some time pass by and she asked for my drink then some more time went by and they gave me my "new" drink, it looked like they just took of the the lid part and put on a new one because the drink was exactly the same! I went back inside and told them that the drink was still icy, the guy who originally had made my drink proceeds to tell me "it's a smoothie it suppose to be like that" with attitude. I'm sorry but a smoothie is not suppose to have that super ice crunch texture where you can see the big parts of ice from the cup, especially when I asked for it well blended. I kindly asked for a refund because there was not point of trying again since "that's how a smoothie is suppose to look like". Horrible staff, poor communication, and bad attitude over all. My younger sister wanted some boba so I took her here as it was the closest to where we were at. We came around late afternoon and were surprised how empty it was. (Customer Service - X) While we were waiting, we were sitting and looking around at decor. While my sister was looking around, I spotted dried up boba balls near the table we were waiting it. It looked gnarly, but everything seems to be okay. (Cleanliness - ~) Our drinks are ready. We say our thanks and headed our way back. I tried my and was it water-downed. The amount of ice to drink ratio is just off the charts. The boba was a disappointment as well. It wasn't soft nor was it in between.
