We learned the hard way the quality varies as locations are managed by different franchise operators. Therefore, this review may be unfair as one can't compare apples to oranges. We usually order from the "no brainer deals" during the year. You can't beat the mini pancake skillet with its pancakes, eggs + sausage for under $5. Dining-in is a great option with friends and family; evident with the variety of groups meeting daily. On the weekends, especially on Sunday AM, go early before bigger groups take over the tables. In my experience, when we had issues, the team ALWAYS rectified it immediately when we clearly identified the issue. I came for breakfast with a friend pretty good but could have been better. I got the 3 egg breakfast over easy with bacon. My over easy eggs were more over medium and the bacon was super thin and dripping with grease. We also got the bacon egg cheese muffin only one super thin cold piece of bacon. Muffin was dry no butter on it or very little. Fried zucchini was 5 stat as usual. My recommendation is for everyone to slow down just a little and make sure all food is prepared correctly. I came to this location to take my grandmother out for a nice breakfast, and instead had a stressful visit. A previous review mentioned the worker we had difficulties with. She had dark hair in a slick back bun and appeared to be middle aged, (we did not get her name as she did not have a name tag on). She was very rude when ordering our food and was visibly annoyed and irritated when we politely asked to make a minor change to part of the order. When asking if we had the correct table number, she exclaimed, "Yes that would be yours" in a sarcastic petty tone. My grandmother was deeply offended as were my partner and I. We were very excited to get together and enjoy our meal but was left disappointed by the service. We understand it can get hectic and busy, but we felt the treatment we experienced was unjustified to our polite attitude. The friendliness and customer service here was off the charts. I bet someone came by our table five times to check on us. They engaged us in casual conversation and joked with my son. Yesterday Saturday June 22,2024 we went to eat lunch at the Farmers Boys on Foothill at Rancho Cucamonga, two chicken sandwiches with avocado, the chicken was dry, like jerky, the chicken portion was very small and the color of the chicken was like when you let the chicken on a plate for ours, disgusting color and flavor, the avocado had pieces of the skin avocado, I am pretty sure they give us old chicken. I recently moved to Rancho Cucamonga and was excited to try the Farmer Boys here, as I've always enjoyed the one in Upland. Unfortunately, the service here is night and day compared to Upland. Placing an order felt like an inconvenience--I had to ask the same question multiple times and got curt responses like 'anything else' as if they were just trying to push me through. Even a simple question about whether condiments would be on the side was met with annoyance or ignored entirely. Disappointed with the customer service and won't be coming back. Served my husband undercooked chicken (It was literally pink) which is a health hazard. The way the staff attends you looks like they are not interested in serving you at all. Today was such a disappointment. Ordered the French toast combo wih a side of hash browns. My wife ordered the 3 egg breakfast with white toast (a chunk of butter smeared on the toast). Hers came with a side of hash browns. When the food arrived we immediately noticed the hash browns were burnt. We asked the waitress for new regular cooked hashbrowns. Ordered a pastrami sandwich on 7/10/24 at least I thought I did. The worst pastrami I ever had. Should not even be on the menu. The pastrami was cut up chunky and full of fatty gristle.
