If I could leave 0 stars I would.... An absolute nightmare! Tonight I went in the this establishment today to get a pizza. When I got home the pizza was UNCUT! Called the place and the person who answered the phone poor costumer service! The gentleman I spoke to was not only rude but trying to say I lied about the pizza not being cut. Tells me to bring it back. I live about 20 minutes away from fat tomato and I proceeded to drive back and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone proceeded to say that it was someone else who did the order,my partner then goes in to find out it was the same person who did our order! When he was asked who did we speak to on the phone he then lied and said it was a different employee when he was the only one there working! Takes back the pizza and then decides he was going to try to rip apart the pizza with his barehands!!!!!!!! To try to verify that the pizza was uncut. Absolutely ridiculous behavior! Poor costumer service! I've been coming here for a lil over a year since this is the only establishment near me that has a genuine gluten free dough and I have never had this experience with this establishment. There used to be such good service! An absolute embarrassment of an employee this company has. Genuinely disappointed.

Came in for a slice of pizza around 11am ( don't judge). Paid about $5. Unbeknownst to me it was a frozen slice of pizza.. I was taken aback. Taste: The pizza was ok 3/5 . Cleanliness 4/5 ( didn't use the restroom ) Parking : 1/5 Customer service: 5/5 she was very kind

A huge shoutout to whoever was working this past Tuesday (1/27/26) my bf and I came in after going to the aquarium and it was just one person working alone. As you can see we added a lot of toppings and he did an amazing job everything came out wonderfully and as someone who has a gluten allergy this is one of my go to's for gluten free pizza!

Let's just say that I highly recommend Fat Tomato. It is gourmet pizza , they have cauliflower crust, gluten-free crust and vegan crust. They cover all the bases. It's not really a dine in establishment. It's pick up or takeout, but it is worth it exquisite the food. The services service you in you order or pick up. we have the pesto, sun-dried tomato and brie with arugula. It was to die for.

Negative stars I ordered off uber eats a gluten free dairy free cheese and got regular cheese.

Their pizza is always good, I have not had a bad experience yet. The ingredients are always fresh.

    Double pepperoni. Well done. Perfect!

Wow! Been living in lb for 20 years and just found this place lol some of my friends always say this place is good. So I came in to check it out for myself. Kind of on the pricey side because a small 10" was $21. But totally worth it! I always get my pizzas well done. I ordered it over the phone. It went smooth. I arrived early and my pie was done. Service was great. Lovely ladies are so polite here. Double pepperoni for me! The crust is really good. My tops-sauce ratio was perfect! Definitely coming back. Keep up the good work. Thanks for making my first visit a good one.

I had the grilled veggie pizza and it was delicious. The o my reason it's not a 5 star is that they put too much cheese.

I do have to round the block a few times for parking but this place is worth the drive and terrible parking. I am also a person of habit so I will always get the same dish as a precaution. Ellie's is one of the few places where I like every item from their menu. I am lazy to look for other food pics from Ellie's so here are three pics from my most recent visit. My favorite that is not pictured is the gnocchi. I crave it so often, I try to replicate it until I return back to Ellie's For the price, this place is $$$. Especially because when you are having a rich pasta, you MUST get the wine to go with it. Everything from here does add up but it's worth every obstacle (centralizing theme within this review). Servers are amazing and beautiful people. They are always in a genuine great mood that makes the dining experience great. Though the inside of the restaurant is small, there is plenty of tables on its patio. The patio is on the sidewalk, which I normally hate because restaurants typically lack in service and ambience when seated outside. Not for Ellie's, service and ambience is even better outside. I find it too stuffy and crowded inside the restaurant.

It has that old, red booth, old world sort of charm. Nothing fancy or pretentious, more of a neighborhood go-to. The manager's son, Kyle, stopped by my table to say hello. He was very gracious and warm, and I appreciated that. Now the prices have definitely increased in the last few years, but I suppose prices everywhere have risen, so, par for the course. This economy is really making it difficult for regular people to go out and afford a meal. It doesn't have to be this way. I won't go into politics though. So bottom line, same great food, same warm, old school experience

It's classy, the kind of place you'd see in a late-90s/early-00s romcom date scene. The staff was attentive and kind, though we asked for coffee at the end and it never came--we had a show to get to, so unfortunately had to leave without it. We started with the melanzane pizza. It was tasty, but I just realized later it was missing the nduja sausage listed on the menu. For my entrée, I had the paccheri pasta with braised short rib. The beef itself was rich, tender, and full of flavor--reminded me of an Italian birria, which I loved. But the rigatoni tasted undercooked, which was disappointing. My fiancé ordered the tagliata, and wow--she definitely picked the better dish. The steak was perfectly seasoned, cooked to a beautiful medium rare, and paired with a silky potato purée that was absolutely delicious. Overall, it's a romantic spot with some standout flavors, but the small misses kept it from being a perfect experience.

Right from entering the hotel lobby we were met with a beautiful restaurant that made me feel confident I had chosen the right place. The lighting, the table settings, the decor, all culminated in a beautiful restaurant for a wonderful evening. We had the special spinach ravioli which was divine, and the carbonara (was great but slightly salty). The cocktails were absolutely delicious, i highly recommend the old fashioned and the nettuno spritz! The calamari was fantastic, and the bone marrow was okay and awkward to eat. Our waitress was amazing and provided top-notch service that made my friend feel extra special, especially with a complimentary dessert for her birthday! We didn't expect that and felt extra cared for. Will definitely be back for more special nights or just on occasions where I'm craving a high quality meal and experience.

Let's start with the win: the burger was "the best he's had in a long time"--which says a lot. Kudos on the burger! The banana smoothie also got a thumbs-up. Everything else? Meh. The pancake was okay. The scrambled eggs were... weird. Tiny little egg bits that had me wondering, are these real eggs? I asked for crispy bacon; it wasn't, so I couldn't eat it. The breakfast potatoes tasted reheated--no crisp, not much flavor, no joy. And the London Fog? Don't expect Starbucks loveliness. The plain black coffee was better. I also had the grapefruit juice, it was bitter, but tasted fresh squeezed, which I appreciate. Service was good. My server saw that I didn't eat my food and tried to make it better. The venue is nice, but if you're coming for great food--burger aside--we didn't find it here. The velvet chairs are comfortable and beautiful, but the stains and spills were evident. I was worried when I sat down about what was on the chairs getting on my dress. Overall, it's a place we'd only return to if we were craving that burger, everything else was a fail. I left hungry. Last morning here at the Fairmont. Tried breakfast at Nettuno again... disappointed and leaving hungry again. This time we had oatmeal (needed to add water, so dry we stuck the spoon in it and it stood straight up and didn't fall over), fruit (good), boiled eggs (took 20 minutes), and the avocado toast with a fried egg. It was not good. The menu says it comes with kale, but I received mixed greens with it, not kale and the flavor was bad. It's hard to make bad avocado toast, but they did. Disappointing. Plus, service was very slow today. Our order came out incomplete and out of order. The atmosphere is beautiful, but this restaurant has a lot to work on to be worthy of its prices and the Fairmont brand. Second fail.

We had a great time to find some new hand care products @Lather and went to discover an authentic italian restaurant which lots of Yelpers mentioned. My wife said, we have to order at the front, then they bring the foods to the table but the owner took our orders, and brought the foods so fast just like other Italian restaurant. We love meat lasagna, pasta w bolonese sauce, and some flat breads like appetizer pizza. We ordered 3, lasagna, tagliatelle bolonese, flat bread sandwich called Cassone w sausage, bell pepper, onions. I had some italian red wine per glass ($14). First, I loved so much my lasagna and kept eating until finish my entire portion. I give 10 stars. My wife's pasta, she said pasta is too thick, might be on purpose? She likes soft, thin texture handmade tagliatelle. For the first time, we ordered flat bread sandwich. The sandwich flavor was good, but not the dough for flat bread. Well, we tried here for the 1st time after shopping. Today was almost 81 this afternoon. Hot and humid.....unluckily AC was broken so he opened the entrance door. One big fly bothered a lot annoying us eating the foods. And so hot inside restaurant. Overall, I liked my lasagna a lot, not really tagliatelle bolonese, nor the flat bread sandwich. If AC was working during lunch time. We felt much comfortable to enjoy our foods. One thing, I loved the red wine but the portion was not enough for $14. Even my wife said, not much for this price. I got 2 glasses of italian red wine, not enough. The view was great ocean side from the patio. This is a strong point eating here for the view. My wife saw the live pasta cooking show, a chef made the pasta, stretching the pasta dough in the kitchen....great show! Fun! Hopefully AC runs well especially hot summer season, the portions of pastas and wines might be more generous for the future.

I discovered an authentic homemade pasta restaurant inside 2nd PCH…read more First test day, my hubby and I got there around 1:00. I planned to eat lunch after I finish my 1st Appointment at Lather. Wow! Almost nobody....so hot in dining area, the main door was completely opened. I didn't know until the owner told us, AC was not working until tomorrow. We are not lucky today....the temperature was almost 81. I knew the order system was self order but the owner took our order from the table. I had in mind what to order here, chose tagliatelle bolonese, meat lagsana, and Cassone (flat bread sandwich) w sausage, bell pepper. My hubby got the italian red wine per glass ($14). The foods were served right away. Almost nobody at the time. No AC, no customers....seems like. Lots of Yelpers mentioned lagsana, flat bread sandwich, pasta were so good. As soon as I bit my flat bread, tagliatelle, I said ummmm....fresh, good, tasted the chunky bolonese sauce w handmade pasta in yellow egg color. Some people like thick texture of hand made pasta but not for me. I liked their chuncky bolonese sauce. My hubby finished his lagsana right away enjoying his italian red wine. He kept saying this is the best lagsana so far. He finished it. To be honest, the wine glass is small and only filled less than a half. Not generous portion w the price $14. I saw many people mentioned on the Yelp reviews. Flat bread sandwich was good but the flat bread itself was not really tasty, not like real flat bread pizza dough. I understand AC unit was not working but hard to stay eating hot foods inside. Bad time for us. I saw the chef were making the pasta in the kitchen. Great chance to see how to make pastas in person. Overall my experience was not bad but I like thin and soft pasta I've used to eat all the time in Italy, France, even here. And one suggestion, What about giving a little more wine over a half glass? It doesn't look like an average wine portion per glass. Pros Ocean view: 5 stars Patio: available toward the ocean side Quality: 4 stars, hand made Cons Portion: small compared to other Italian restaurants including wine, pasta
