Financed a 2019 Mercedes c300 here 55k miles. Haven't even been able to drive it. Engine light after engine light popping on the dash since driving it off the lot. Wait actually? Since the damn test drive there's been lights on the dash but "Hey it's probably nothing we'll take care of it". Absolutely terrible attention to detail by the mechanics. I've had to waste many hours of my time dealing with this place back and fourth and back and fourth. Severely unprofessional. The people are nice but I'd never do business with this place again or any Findlay after my experience. Will tell anyone that asks to stay far away. They've had the car in the mechanic shop longer than I've had it and have put more miles on it than I have quite literally. Weeks are past and I've still yet to drive the car without lights on the dash. Zero updates without me calling or texting in. They sold me a car with a failing cooling system in the engine and let me drive away putting me and my family in potential harm. TRASH. Seven years ago this dealership had one of the best managers around. A former marine, he had integrity, honesty and the utmost respect for his customers. Fast forward to today and the new guy is an angry liar. Angry because he's angry. A liar because he lies. Before going in we asked (using their website option) for a sale price, rather than rely on the MSRP at a time when car pricing is unpredictable. We were emailed a sale price essentially the same as the MSRP that even showed our payment and gave us the option to complete the purchase. So we went to the dealership. Yet after the test drive we discover there's a $7000 mark up. If they can get that much for a $60,000 vehicle that would be $55,000 before the new models arrive in any normal year, then so be it. But we are not interested in being gouged. Moreover we were annoyed they got us to drive over on false pretences. The "sale price" was nothing of the sort. When we expressed our shock, the managers response was ignorant and arrogant. Instead of admitting (at minimum) that their email could and should have been clearer, he bluntly declared that the mark up was displayed in the vehicle (which it was). But he told me I was "being an asshole" and needed to lower my voice (I wasn't shouting or even close, he must have super sensitive hearing) because I called him out for lying. He denied sending the "sale price" email from Findlay Acura even after we showed it to him. And apparently I prevented him from saying anything, another lie since he'd already said what he said and denied sending the email. And then he bluntly told us to leave. (We had only been waiting to get our key back which they were holding, something lost on him apparently.) So be warned. Ignore anything they tell you to get you to their dealership. And don't expect any classy level of respectful service or even acknowledgement of the truth. Just lost my trust in the dealership. We won't be back. read more

My family has owned Acura(4 currently) for years, and every other dealership used has been pleasant for the most part or at least able to correct any issues. This dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare with the service department. While purchasing my item, we were assisted by the assistant manager. We brought the core in immediately, so with that not being the norm it changed the process. We were informed that he was going to keep the box, which was unusual but we didn't object, after all was said and done we never were given an invoice. So after getting the part it turned out it wasn't the part at all and was never touched so we took it in for return and this is where it got messy because we were met with hostility. They questioned why we didn't have the box, had to call the assistant manager to confirm, then we were informed that we had to pay a restock fee of 30%. We were never told about the fee and were advised it was on the invoice, the Invoice that we NEVER received. We were able to negotiate that fee down to 15%, although when they went to issue the refund, we were informed that the register was not set of override for 30 to 15%, so were advised that we would benefit from this obstacle, although when the configurations came through that was not at all true. They were taking more than the negotiated amount. At any rate it is my strong advice that you use Cardinal Way Acura. It is by far a much more seem less experience and actually customer focused. This place is a never again nor will I ever buy a car with them and we are an Acura family. Very disappointed. read more

This stealership is truly something else. I wanted to trade my Audi for an Acura and they had my Audi for over a month. The deal fell through and I brought back their Acura on 9/18/24. As soon as I get to the dealership to return the Acura and retrieve my Audi, I was met with nothing but attitude. These people took FOUR hours to give me my keys back. The sales manager was extremely rude when I asked where my car is as I needed to go back to work. He walked around non chalantly taking his sweet time to give me my keys back. Four hours later, I get my keys and notice when I start my Audi that my check engine light was now on as well as a spliced tire as if they wanted a slow leak on the tire so it would flatten. I open my hood to my Audi with my mechanic to see why my check engine light is on and my mechanic shows me that Acura cut my wires to my temperature coolant sensor. Now my car is sputtering and I can't drive it. The cut was so neat that my mechanic told me Acura clearly did it in spite because they lost out on a deal. I would like to get refunded for my wasted time of four hours waiting on my keys, meanwhile, the reason it took so long for them to give me my Audi keys back is because clearly the sales manager was pissed he lost out on a deal and wanted to sabotage my car. I will be contacting the attorney general as I have proof they messed up my car. Then; one of the sales people asks me for $250 as a "security deposit" when they already had my car. A whole month later and Acura still hasn't canceled the deal through Honda. I've called two times with Honda finance and they will not send over the documentation to Honda to cancel the deal. i recently bought a used car here, the sales, finance, and parts rep here are amazing to say the least. My issue is with the actual mechanics down stairs, and their lack of caring for their job. I understand i bought a used car but on the website it states the cars go through a 200+ point inspection and i'd be surprised if mine even got 2 points inspected. When i bought it originally i took it home for maybe half a day and had to bring it back with a whole list of different things in the car literally MISSING (battery covers and mufflers in the engine bay) or broken like the ac knob was stuck on, was literally driving sideways bc it needed an alignment so bad and ect.. well they kept my car for a week, just for issues that i specifically asked if were fixed to not be fixed (wheel liner hanging down) and they did an alignment and didn't tighten my lug nut locks so 2/4 of them fell off my wheels before i noticed.... well i bought the warranty and it works at all finlays so i took it to cadillac and i found out that it had a recall since 2019 and that acura should not have been allowed to sell it with the recall ... so just another thing to add to the list. would i buy a brand new car from here yes, but used, absolutely not. read more

I have been looking at a new Acura Integra for the past 6 months. My salesman, Bob (Great person by the way) texted me recently that one of the color combinations I was looking for was in stock. Bob had indicated that he was off today however, someone else would assist me. I drove from North Las Vegas and meet with a salesperson and test drove the car, however, after careful consideration, my arm missed the armrest and I decided to pass on the car. As I was leaving, sitting in my car, the sales manager came over to talk to me. He tried to convince me that I could order something to help my arm (BS) and challenged me about my decision, eventually insulting me that he would call the police if I ran him over or hit him with my car! All I wanted to do was get the H*&^ away from the dealership ASAP. Over the past 5 years, I have purchased three cars from Findlay and have always been treated well. The only reason I drove to Findlay Acura was in hopes of being treated that way again. I assure you, I will NEVER set foot in this dealership until this person is reprimanded and/or released. We've been coming to this dealership since moving to town five years ago. We purchased a new car here and have brought both of our cars here almost exclusively for regular maintenance and repairs. Our car purchasing experience was a five star experience. We worked with Ty who was the representative assigned to us through USAA. We're planners so we went in to buy having already done our research and a test drive. Ty was not even remotely pushy, but helpful. We were planning to do our loan through USAA, but Acura was able to get us an even better, almost non-existent interest rate through another lender. I think our large down payment helped. When purchasing our car we also purchased the maintenance plan which was for three oil changes a year and one detailing a year for three years. Since the price was quoted as part of the monthly payment I forgot to ask the cost of the plan which was my mistake. After later doing the calculation I realized that I'd never purchase the maintenance plan again. I just don't put enough miles on my car to really take advantage of that many oil changes and inexpensive detailing is a dime a dozen in this town. The service department at times has been a mixed bag. Sometimes good, but sometimes not what you'd expect from a brand that would fancy themselves a luxury brand. When they remodeled it seemed like they made some positive changes to their level of service as well. On my last few visits I've worked with Todd and have been happy. He has been great about communicating the status of my vehicle, reviewing recommended services, and being respectful of my time. For one repair he was able to help me out with a loaner car. This really made all the difference in reducing the hassle of having a car in the shop. I love that Acura has gone back to loaner cars instead of rentals. The service department remodel looks very nice. There are two small seating areas with televisions. They also have a coffee machine with a variety of coffee options, a soda machine, and they offer bottled water. The service advisors each now have their own area with their own door. There is a main door, but the reception desk is unmanned. When you arrive for service you have to track an advisor down at their desk. My only suggestion for this area would be a receptionist or someone to help direct since advisors are sometimes with other customers. read more

I only have the car for about 10 days and found out later on the car has a problem with the 5th gear the car has a bad synchro, I told them about it and they never want to help me at all, they have me going back and forth there for nothing, I only want them to fix what is wrong with it but they did not even check the car, I get it its an older car but at least fix it before selling it, I went there to get it fix before it gets worse and literally was told nothing they can do anything about it, conversations is off and sent me home with out trying to see whats up with the car. It was my first visit at this dealership Findlay Acura and when I got to the dealership for some reason my service appointment for 1pm was not recorded on their list but without hesitation Michael Rodriguez Service consultant was able to accommodate me and was able to do the Service A oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection and since I was already there waiting for my car he even recommended to have the coaxial cable replaced that might cause the popping sound on the radio/ screen blanks out. And he even went out his way to get my smog test done since I just recently relocated to NV and not very familiar with the area to look for a reputable and honest Smog station. I needed it done for registering the car to get a NV tag. I find the customer service here is excellent by far a lot better than CA. So I refuse to take my care back here for service. Now that I brought my car to Cardinaleway, they noticed the side piece coming off. Which no one at Findlay noticed last week. Or maybe they did and just said screw it. Because I could never get Gus or Jay to fix anything anyway. Now Cardinaleway wants to charge me 220 bucks to fix a piece of side of side trim coming off the car that the wonderful service staff at Findlay didn't notice last week. Not to mention the person that scheduled my appointment at Cardinaleway isn't at work today. After scheduling my appointment Monday and ensuring me he would get my issues taken care of. So it seems that not only is Findlay full of shit, so is Cardinaleway. The side trim was put on the car by someone at Findlay with double sided tape. It's coming off and that's going to cost me 220 bucks? The whole reason I came to Cardinaleway is because I couldn't get the service department at Findlay to do shit, now I can't get Cardinaleway to do anything but charge me 220 bucks either. Made a 10 am appointment online for my front breaks because they started to make noise and noise is no good on brakes. As soon as I arrived I was directed to a desk and helped by Nathan, he told me that they would inspect the breaks and let me know the problem, he also asked if I was going to wait there or if I wanted to get a Lyft which they got for me for no charge, I decided to get a Lyft to the mall to wait, after about a hour I got a call and I was told needed new brakes and rotors which took afew hours. I got the chance to pick up a 2019 Acura TLX A-Spec 2-3 weeks ago, & the car has been AWESOME since. I gave the internet salesman Travis a heads up call about my situation before I made the trip down to the dealership. Within that night I received a kindly greeting by Travis who then introduced me to their salesman Brian. & BOOM, within the next 10-15 minutes my trade-in was appraised. Travis & Brian provided me the finance numbers quick & swift. There was no traditional back & forth offerings... Well maybe just 1 counter offer by me. However, they were able to beat out CardinalWay Acura's proposal probably 3 hours quicker compared to my time spent with CardinalWay. It was straight to the point, no legs pulled here. I was able to hit my desired number. My only issue at the moment was that they had a very limited amount of color options due to the fact that they were getting rid of their 2019's at the time. When purchasing a car, probably the second biggest purchase in my life, I'm going to opt for the color of my desire. Came here for a B123 for my Acura RDX and I was in and out no longer than maybe an hour. Wasn't costly either for a dealership as I was expecting it to be much more. The customer service was great. I was greeted right as I stepped out of my car. The people here were super friendly and answered a lot of my questions. Waiting area is cool. Complimentary wifi, pastries, water, soda, and coffee. Seemed like something was leaking cause they had towels under one of the machines. Got a complimentary car wash after all was said and done. Be careful when dealing with the sales people, especially Michael A. My lease was maturing and the dealership contacted me and said there was an offer if I certified my car by paying $2,500 that I would receive a 3.99% interest rate. I did the certification based upon that offer and was given what my monthly payment would have been. I did my own calculation and the numbers given by the sales person appeared to be accurate. I also specifically asked whether I would have to pay the doc fees and was told that I would only have to pay the transfer fees of approximately $30. As it turned out, after the car was certified, I found out the interest rate I received was 6.99% and did not need to get the certification to get that rate nor would I have certified the car had I known Acura was not offering that deal on my car. Also, I ended up having to pay doc fees of $499 even though the salesperson told me otherwise. While I understand each car transaction requires these, the misrepresentation of the salesperson is despicable and thus salesperson is the exact reason why car salesmen have such a bad reputation. The Finance Director tried to make it right to the extent she could and gave me 4 free oil changes. That being said, I would not have given more thought about goi g forward with this transaction had I been given accurate information. I take some responsibility for this and have learned a lesson. Buyers beware and be sure to see everything in writing and verify. I should have known better and this is my second Acura I got from this dealership. It will certainly be my last and will never go that dealership or even to any Findlay dealership if this is the type of salespeople they have working for them. I will say the saving grace is that their service advisor, Omar, specifically is awesome and the main reason that I decided to purchase my car because it's the last v-6 they make in a sedan. I'm not regretting buying the car but disappointed that I had such a horrible experience with this salesperson with the misrepresentations. read more

This review is overdue from me. The end of my lease from another dealership was up and I was in the market for a new SUV. We visited the Auto Mall in Henderson and stopped in at Acura. We were greeted immediately by Travis Aguilar. He was friendly and not pushy. He showed us a couple of models of SUVs. We weren't wanting to buy that day but exchanged numbers for the future. Over the course of a couple weeks, I would receive texts from Travis just checking in and seeing if there was anything he could do to answer any questions or help me decide. I like the Acura Dealership but would never recommend their service center. I waited 2.5 hours for my complementary oil change.
