We also tried the Moonlight in Vermont which was their riff on an old fashioned. For the Moonlight in Vermont they replaced the simple syrup with maple syrup... a nice twist that was not overly sweet. My husband enjoyed the French dip sandwich with Brussel sprouts. The Brussel sprouts were crispy & tossed in an aioli. I had the steak frites skewers. I loved all the sauce options that came with the steak. The garlic aioli was my favorite sauce.
