Went here for a bachelors day with my friends and family and got coffee from here. I hear the food is great and saw some of the biscuits and gravy and what I believe to be was a biscuit sandwich and all of it looked great but I didn't get it as I was not hungry at the time but I did get coffee and illl say the coffee was good! Atmosphere was nice and I really enjoyed the decor and overall feel of the place. The service was immaculate and the workers were really pushing out orders quickly and effectively. Stopped here on new years day because it's a place I've been wanting to try and it happened to be open. The staff were super friendly and efficient despite the high volume of customers coming through. There was a lot of room for seating both indoor and outdoor. I had a single origin drip coffee that was delicious. My family had an iced chai tea latte, a cortado, and a latte and they were all good. My sister mentioned that her chai tea latte was delicious more than once. They serve food but we were just there for the coffee. Will definitely come back to try there delicious looking biscuits read more

Cute coffee shop located in the heart of the beautiful quaint Tustin town. It's kind of small inside but they have an outdoor seating area in the back. The coffee is good and they have a small selection of pastries and sandwiches. It has a really cozy vibe but it gets very busy on the weekends. read more

Updating my review. They've been open for quite a few months now. The coffee is still not to my liking. Burnt beans and tart as well and overly milky in latte form. I wanted to give them a better review this time around as my partner likes their biscuit sandwiches. I decided to try one in our order this morning. They seemed to be training a new cashier (this is the 4th time I've been with them training a new different person). I ordered 2 biscuit sandwiches and 1 biscuit with jam and butter. I go to grab my order and they say it's all there have a good day. So I felt confident my order was correct. When I get back to my place to have the biscuit with my partner and a friend and geuss what. One is completely missing and it's mine!! I'm inclined to given them a 2 star at this point but will leave it at 3. Disappointing to say the least. read more

9/10 Brûlée con leche 8/10 Bravo Avo (good, just expensive). Came here in New Year's Day and the line was out the door, but it went by quick. It's a great coffee shop with a nice outdoor seating area! It was definitely on the pricier side, almost $50 for 2 lattes a biscuit sandwich and avocado toast and a tip, but everyone deserves to treat themselves every now and then! read more

Great little breakfast spot in Old Town Tustin (which is also cool to explore) First visit 2 weeks ago got the biscuits and gravy were good and semi filling. 2nd time got the sausage biscuit and was very good. Sausage seemed hand formed ie fresh and the egg and potatoes fritata is a great idea. Cold brew is good and smooth. We got food pretty quickly. We've walked by this place so many times, we were looking forward to finally being able to stop in for a light breakfast. We ordered lattes and biscuits (because we though that is what they are known for). One bite into the biscuits we could tell that they were old, really old. They were dry and very stale. The butter had hardened and had that filmy consistency that is truly unappetizing. At $3 each, we certainly expected better. Neither of us could finish the biscuit and ended up throwing them away. When we were leaving, my friend inquired with the barista if the biscuits were fresh. She confirmed that they were old and indicated that they have informed the owners that they have gotten complaints and despite that still insists that the single biscuits sold are day old and beyond. Me and my wife think Hola Adios is a underrated gem in Tustin! Located in Old Town Tustin, the shop continues that homey feel of the location inside as well! Old town Tustin is already a cute little area and Hola Adios adds to it with their red barn exterior. They have lots of seating inside or cozy seating outside on their patio. The vibes are inviting and chill, with the staff bringing positivity and comraderie. Most of us ordered a biscuit sandwich which the pics we saw do NOT do them justice!! They're much bigger in person and the biscuit is super flaky and fluffy. The fillings were all cooked and flavored well (especially the carnitas and barbacoa) and their salsa is actually homemade tasting (and spicy!). The toasts were pretty decent too. Only thing that was basic was the coffee. Our lattes were ok, nothing special, so maybe needs something there to jazz them up. read more

I definitely have had better in the area. Like substantially much better, so my drink was a bit of a bummer. This place did have customers. There were a few people inside. There were a couple of people outside and there was someone ahead of me in line, so, people clearly like it. Welcome to Tustin, Hola Adios! I've been meaning to try their Newport Beach location and I'm so glad this location is much closer. I didn't have their coffee, but tried The Sal Biscuit Sandwich ($9). The chorizo wasn't the best, it lacked flavor. Also, I didn't like how little chorizo there was in the sandwich. What I really enjoyed was the biscuit itself! It was perfectly crispy on the outside edges and soft on the inside. I'll come back just to buy the biscuits by themselves and dip it in honey when I get home! read more

Tried the chai latte iced as I wanted a non-caffeinated option and it looked like pure milk but ended up tasting really flavorful. This is my first time. The line was long but moved quickly. They were really busy but still gave really friendly and helpful service.Amaris was so sweet and helped me pick out my food choice. Espresso tonic with (house made) rose infusion. Check out the color. The red is from the rose. Way cool. It tastes off the hook terrific. There's no dairy or creamer in this one - so the cloudiness is a combination of the (extremely flavorful) espresso, the tonic and the rose infusion. I love iced coffee drinks. Came here for the first time after exploring old town Tustin for Small Business Saturday! We got a Cold brew with milk and brown sugar cinnamon syrup and a Cold brew cranberry hibiscus tea. I didn't realize the tea was unsweetened. It was delicious but next time I would ask for some simple syrup as well. The cold brew was delicious. I came here with some friends early morning. It was my first time here, while my friend had come before. The men at the register were friendly and knew their knowledge of the food and coffee items. I failed to get their names, but they truly provided great service and were patient with us. I had ordered the Spanish puff pastry quiche, which was a perfect size and tasted amazing. My friend had ordered the Bacon puff pastry quiche. We halved it so we can both taste it. For a beverage, I ordered the Iced Vanilla Latte and it hit the spot. They also have merchandise there and you know I'll be back for other food items, coffee beverages, but also will be buying some merch. The area this establishment is wonderful too! read more

Hola Adios is a cute coffee shop in old town Tustin! I frequent this area a lot for coffee and decided to try this spot out. Upon entering, we were happily greeted by their staff. It is a small coffee shop but they had several guests dining in or studying and there was also a large friend meetup while we were there. There were still a few open tables to grab even with it being crowded. I tried their June gloom which is an earl grey latte, and my husband had an iced americano with a cinnamon syrup. We also ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and the veggie quiche. For reference, we spent approximately $35 on these items. My veggie quiche was delicious. The egg laid on top of a pastry crust which was nice and filling. My meal also came with a salad and dressing which was pleasantly unexpected. My husband enjoyed his sandwich and said it was filling due to the crust or breading. You can conveniently drop off your donations, and then treat yourself with a nice biscuit sandwich and a cup of coffee to start your day off right. If you want a cup of coffee, it's batch brew, which is kind of disappointing, but it is also priced accordingly. I went with a cup of the Senorita blend and a Sal Biscuit. The Sal Biscuit was really good. The chorizo is flavorful, and while I typical like my potatoes in a breakfast sandwich fried, the texture of the biscuit meant I didn't miss it. The usage of a fritatta adds the egg and potato into the sandwich without making it difficult to eat. The side salsa really didn't do anything for me, and didn't seem to enhance the flavors of the biscuit much. All in all a pretty nice spot. read more
