Went in at 1am on my lunch break and service was excellent ordered to go and my food was out in 10 min was able to go eat it back to work . Food tasted really great I got the expresso pancakes combo and they pancakes extremely delicious plus the melted expresso beans and the bacon was crispy plus the hash brown was in good flavor as well . You give me a Breakfast Sampler and I'll give you the world! Sometimes when I work late hours, I come to this Ihop and take pleasure in that very same plate with the addition of hot chocolate. Everything is appetizing here and very pleased that you're seated immediately. It never appears busy so you don't have to feel anxious sitting next to an annoying family who can't control their damn children. I do however have a complaint, when you're ready to leave and receive your check; it takes them an eternity for them to recognize that acknowledgement! They simply take your order; check on you once and never again. It's happened to me twice so I'm positive it's not an excusable fluke. Other than that, my food has always been warm and delectable and the prices are very reasonable. This is such a peaceful place to come and eat when it's not jammed packed and crowded with kids, strollers, large parties and so on. The service is pretty good, they make your food at a pretty fast speed, and come around often to check up on you. During my last visit, we encountered a huge wait (about 15-20 mins) and were told they were planning to change the menu and that I wasn't going to be able to order what I wanted. They no longer have the Red Velvet pancakes that I always came here for, BUMMER! The waiter did apologize and at the end, he gave us our drinks for free for the inconvenience. So i went for breakfast actually yesterday. I called in the order for blueberry pancakes. I really do enjoy there pancakes however i think they should really take there time. While i was eating i began to make my way to the middle and long behold they were not fully cooked. I paid $14.00. I wasn't able to go back i had to start work. There is always a line when I come in the morning on the weekends, but surprisingly the wait is not that long. Parking is somewhat easy to find here. I like how they are open for 24 hours; it really helps when you want to make spontaneous midnight food-runs. Sometimes it can be hard to get the staff's attention as they have other tables to take care of, but for the most part they are helpful and friendly. I find that their food can be a tad bit expensive for what it is; the proportions are mediocre. So that's why I try to order from their $7 menu. Asked for a booth and waitress Giselle came and brought my drinks and left for 15mins no where to be found... finally she came and took my order. But after that she kept fucking up by not asking us once how the food was, if we needed more drink (which we did) she never showed her face until it was time to bring the check. Well guess what bitch! NO TIP for you! Honestly don't know why i keep returning to this location, the past 3 times ive been here, they legit always fuck up order, EVERYTIME! Nothing ever comes how i ask for it. Today we came in and i ordered the Jalapeno "steak" burger and my girl ordered the breakfast sampler. So i orderd it cause it looked pretty good and i love me some pepperjack cheese, i noticed as soon as it got to my table American cheese was on it and and not pepperjack, when clearly shows in the images posted all over the damn place that it has pepperjack. My fries were colder than fucking Alaska. I told the waiter what the issue was and she just insisted to bring me a slice of pepperjack to put on my burger, like what the fuck, that shit gonna melt it self on the burger or what? She asked if i wanted a new burger instead, i said yes of course. Everything was okay when they brought my back a new plate, they gave me more fries (wonder why) and they were actually piping hot this time, not like the first. And now my girlfriends food, came out cold and the french toast just tasted like egg... man oh man yall need to hire some better cooks, some cooks that actually care about what they're putting out. I'm sad that I forgot the servers name but it was honestly such a warm experience. He was able to speak to my parents in Spanish which is so amazing. I wish I could go back to give him a bigger tip, to some people it might not be such a big deal but when you're parents don't speak fluent English it is. Definitely will be coming back. read more
