Everything was made to order, and the staff were quite attentive, ranging from preparing the food to ensuring our order was correct. My only suggestion is after their soft opening is over and they have their grand opening that they should have some type of background music to make the store even more welcoming. I found this place off Facebook and they were advertising BOGO through 9/16. I like a good deal so I drove over from Santa Ana to try this place out. The first time I came by was a Thursday evening half an hour before closing. There were a couple people behind the counter making the bowls. I placed an order there and they told me to pay in the app to get the BOGO deal, easy peasy. The dragon bowl was really good. The dirty matcha didn't look as pretty as the pictures but it was still good. Since the BOGO deal was still going on, I came by again on a Saturday evening. There were more customers inside eating. I actually placed my order online as I was driving in and created my own bowls. They have so many flavors for the base. My least favorite is probably the vegan cacao and only because it's a little too runny and ruins the layering affect. So I sent my order in just as I was parking and it didn't take the 20 minutes that the app said it would take to have my order ready. I walked in and there was one order in front of mine. The employees were digilently working making the bowls and I just watched, didn't even say I'm waiting for my order. When they started making my order, I paid more attention and watched to make sure they got all the random toppings I picked. When they were done, I walked up to the cashier and told them my name and he packaged up my order. The bowls were delicious, they weren't stingy on any of the ingredients. The BOGO sale is over but I'd come by again and order. Maybe if I only get one bowl, I'll remember to actually take a picture of it before eating. read more

Workers were not fulfilling the online orders and would instead service walk-ins even after they were technically closed. I received my order after people who walked in and ordered at 8:20pm.
